This paper considers a technique for evaluating the operational efficiency of large-scale computer networks via data envelopment analysis and queuing models. The technique consists of two stages. In the second stage, a target DEA model is used which yields the advantages of the proposed technique over the previous one. Numerical illustration is provided to show the improvement of our aspect.

The objective of this paper is to develop arithmetic operations between generalized trapezoidal (triangular) fuzzy numbers so that the drawbacks of the existing works are overcome. In this respect, the extension principle has been used to calculate different arithmetic operations.

In this paper, a general complex fuzzy linear system is introduced and a numerical procedure for calculating solution is proposed. Finally, some numerical examples are given to illustrate the mentioned method.

In this paper, the variational iteration method, as a well-known method for solving functional equations, has been employed to solve a class of tenth-order boundary value problems, which governs on scientific and engineering experimentations. Some special cases of the mentioned equations are solved as example to illustrate ability and reliability of the method. The results reveal that the method is very effective and convenient.

In this paper some results of continuous frames are discussed. After giving some basic definitions about these frames, we give some results about the characteristics of continuous frames in terms of the synthesis operator and its adjoint. Also we discuss the model of normalized tight continuous frames, and the orthogonal projection which is in relation with these frames. Moreover the best approximation of the coefficients for these frames is discussed.
