The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of macroeconomic policies on economic growth, with an emphasis on external debt. In this regard, using the econometric model autoregresive Distributed Lag and using annual time series data over the years of 1359-1391 has been dealt with, Variables in the long-term external debt, multilateral debt, trade, the ignificant positive effect of inflation, public sector debt to the Central Bank (representing the deficit), and a significant negative effect on economic growth in the dummy variable.

As far as government intervention in economics has argued during the economic history as a basic discussion so influence measure of government on private sector has been a contention subject in so many economic articles. “How is the public sector relation with private sector performance?” has been a title in many economic articles in different areas.One influence is on the private investment measures. Can government influence on private investment with increasing itself expenditure? We estimated the private investment function with separating our government expenditures into two parts as investment and consumption expenditures. Our empirical results shows that government consumption expenditures as increases lead to outgoing private investment from the market (government investment expenditure crowds out private investment) and increasing government investment expenditures of public sector arise private sector investment as a result(crowds in private investment). At last we tested all variables to make sure our regressions are not spurious.

The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of liquidity on national savings in the economy using econometric regression vector and vector error correction model in 1973 to 2007. The results of the model indicate that the effects of changes in short-term and long-term liquidity on national saving rate is positive and significant, and with the passage of time these works are neutral. there are negative and statistically significant.

Study the technical and professional training, in terms of impact on growth and economic development, is important. The aim of this study was to analyze the impact of technical and vocational training on economic growth in 16 selected developing countries for the period of 1990 to 2011. For the analysis Panel Data, as well as fixed effects regression model was used. Results showed that the labor force, the number of people envolled in colleges technical and vocational training, gross capital for mation, and government experditure had positive and statistically significant effect on economic growth. also, the rescentage effect of the people with technical and vocational skills were more than theses people with only theoritical trainings on economic growth.

In this study the effect of sport facilities in terms of the number of the sport statiums on economic growth was followed. Panel data for 2000 to 2011 for two groups of middle income and high income countries were used. For the analysis a sgsellion model was estimated. The results showed that the sport facilities had positive effect on economic growth of the high income countries. This effect was negative for the tow income once, however. The result for loth country growes was statisieally lignificant.1. Sport facilities are of these factor affecting economic growth.2.
