IN THIS PAPER, A NEW Expert System TO RECOGNIZE NORMAL HUMAN BRAIN, BLEEDING, OR BRAIN TUMOR IS PROVIDED. THE INCIDENCE OF BRAIN TUMORS INCREASED OVER TIME AND IN TERMS OF INCIDENCE AND TREATMENT OF THE DISEASE FACTORS SUCH AS AGE, GENDER, RACE, GEOGRAPHY AND GENETICS WERE CONSIDERED. SOME BRAIN TUMORS SUCH AS GLIOBLASTOMA MAY SUDDENLY OR THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF MALIGNANT PROGRESSION ARISE FROM THE LOWER CLASSES. THEREFORE, THE DIAGNOSIS OF A BRAIN TUMOR AT THE RIGHT TIME PLAYS A VERY IMPORTANT ROLE. THIS Expert System USING FUZZY LOGIC, WHICH INCLUDES THE SUBDIVISION OF THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE, THE INFERENCE ENGINE, AND DEFUZZIFICATION ARE RULES. INPUT System PROTEIN, RED BLOOD CELLS, LYMPHOCYTES, NEUTROPHILS AND EOSINOPHILS AND OUTPUT A DIAGNOSIS OF THE PATIENT'S CONDITION IN ONE OF THREE MODES: NORMAL, BLEEDING AND BRAIN TUMORS.
