FOR THIS REASON, THESE SUBSTANCES CAN BE USED TO DELAY OR INHIBIT THE GROWTH OF PATHOGENIC OR SPOILAGE MICROORGANISMS. THE CONSTITUENTS OF ESSENTIAL OILS ISOLATED BY HYDRODISTILLATION OF THE FLOWER OF CITRUS AURANTIUM WERE EXAMINED BY GC-MS.
