چکیده: 

THE OBJECTIVE OF THE PRESENT STUDY IS TO INVESTIGATE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN OVER-INVESTING, INFLATION UNCERTAINTY AND OVERCONFIDENCE OF MANAGERS IN LISTED COMPANIES ON THE TEHRAN STOCK EXCHANGE. THIS APPLIED STUDY WAS CONDUCTED USING DESCRIPTIVE-CORRELATIONAL METHOD. THE STATISTICAL POPULATION CONSISTED OF 114 COMPANIES LISTED ON THE TEHRAN STOCK EXCHANGE DURING THE YEARS 2010 TO 2015. RESEARCH DATA HAVE BEEN EXTRACTED FROM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF COMPANIES; THESE DATA WERE THEN ANALYZED BY COMBINED DATA REGRESSION MODELS. THE FINDINGS OF RESEARCH SHOWED THAT THE INCREASE OF INFLATION UNCERTAINTY IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE DECLINE OF OVER-INVESTING OF COMPANIES. ALSO EVIDENCE SHOWS THAT THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN OVERCONFIDENCE OF MANAGERS AND OVER-INVESTING OF THE COMPANY AND THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN OVERCONFIDENCE AND OVER-INVESTING CAN BE MODERATED (DECREASED) WITH THE INCREASE OF INFLATION UNCERTAINTY.

CREATING LONG-TERM BONDS BETWEEN A COMPANY AND ITS CUSTOMERS RESULTS IN COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE IN COMPLICATED COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT OF TODAY. SO, SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE IN A CRUCIAL POSITION TO SHAPE THIS LINK AND ARE ABLE TO BOLSTER RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE CUSTOMERS THROUGH THE HIGHER PERFORMANCE OF SERVICE RECOVERY. CUSTOMERS OFTEN SHAPE THEIR OPINIONS ON SERVICE QUALITY OF THE FIRM BASED ON HOW WELL THE FRONTLINE EMPLOYEES PERFORM. THE PURPOSE OF CURRENT STUDY IS TO PROVIDE A SERVICE RECOVERY MODEL TO INVESTIGATE THREE CONSEQUENCES OF SERVICE RECOVERY INCLUDE RECOVERY IMPACT ON EMOTIONAL RESPONSE, PERCEIVED VALUE AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. AFTER REVIEWING AND APPLYING THE RELATED LITERATURE ON THE RESEARCH TOPIC, A QUESTIONNAIRE DESIGNED AND DISTRIBUTED. THE STATISTICAL POPULATION OF THIS STUDY IS COMPOSED OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS OF THE TEJARAT BANK’S BRANCHES IN THE TEHRAN.THE COLLECTED DATA HAVE BEEN ANALYZED USING SPSS 22 AND SMART PLS 2 SOFTWARE. AS THE RESULT SHOWS, ALL OF THE HYPOTHESIS PROPOSED IN THIS STUDY HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED.

WHENEVER SOCIAL ACTORS FIND A GAP BETWEEN WHAT THERE IS AND WHAT SHOULD BE, A PLETHORA OF PROBLEMS HAPPEN TO EXIST. IN THIS REGARD, RESEARCHERS IN THE FIELD DETECT THE PROBLEM AND CARRY OUT ALARGE NUMBER OF STUDIES TO FIND THE CAUSES AND FACTS RELATED TO SUCH A SOCIAL PHENOMENON. THE FORM AND STRUCTURE OF THE PROBLEM DETERMINES THE METHOD OF SOLUTION-FINDING AND DECISION-MAKING; HENCE, ADDRESSING SUCH A PROBLEM IS REGARDED AS THE MAIN TASK OF THE POLICY-MAKERS. ALTHOUGH PERMANENT DEVELOPMENT IS CONSIDERED AS ONE OF THE MAIN OBJECTIVES OF EVERY COUNTRY, THERE REMAIN A MULTITUDE OF ARGUMENTS IN ACHIEVING SUCH A PRECIOUS PURPOSE.TO THIS END, THE CITIZENS’ SOCIAL PARTICIPATION TO CARRY OUT SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES RELATED TO REPAIRING OR AMELIORATING SOCIAL DAMAGE IS REGARDED TO BE ONE OF THE MOST EFFICIENT WAYS IN NGOS. NEVERTHELESS, NGOS OR “SAAZMAN-E-MARDOM NAHAD”, AS RECENTLY RECOGNIZED IN IRAN, HAVE ENCOUNTERED A PLETHORA OF PROBLEMS IN WORKING EFFICIENTLY IN THE DEVELOPING COUNTRIES; THEREFORE, THERE IS AN URGENT NEED TO FIND SOLUTIONS TO FIX OR AMELIORATE THE NGOS PROBLEMS THROUGH A DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH DESIGN. IN THIS REGARD, THE CURRENT STUDY FINDS THAT POLITICAL, LEGAL, AND ECONOMIC STRUCTURAL BARRIERS AS WELL AS THE LIMITATIONS OF FINANCIAL SOURCES, MANAGERIAL WEAKNESS, LACK OF NGOS FREEDOM AS ENDOGENOUS BARRIERS, ALL AND ALL, ADD TO THE MALIGNANT DISEASE OF NGOS.

TODAY, THE TERM "CORPORATE GOVERNANCE" IS OF INTEREST AND DEVELOPING CONCEPT IN THE BUSINESS WORLD.CORPORATE GOVERNANCE IS THE FOUNDATION OF CORPORATE RELATIONSHIPS WITH BENEFICIARY GROUPS. IT IS NECESSARY TO PAY ATTENTION TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FACTORS AS WELL AS ECONOMIC, POLITICAL, AND CULTURAL CONDITIONS OF EACH COUNTRY IN ORDER TO FORMULATE A DESIRABLE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SYSTEM. ACCORDINGLY, IN THE CURRENT SITUATION, ONE OF THE FACTORS, WHICH IMPROVES FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC PERFORMANCE AND, CONSEQUENTLY, INCREASES THE PROFITABILITY OF COMPANIES, IN OTHER WORDS, IMPROVES THE SITUATION OF COMPANIES, IS TO USE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE ELEMENTS INCLUDING THE PERCENTAGE OF INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS, THE PERCENTAGE OF NONEXECUTIVE DIRECTORS, AND THE PERCENTAGE OF MAJOR INVESTORS. IN THIS RESEARCH, THE MAIN GOAL IS TO ANALYZE THE ROLE OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE IN THE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF ATLAS TEDA COMPANY. THE RESEARCH IS A KIND OF QUANTITATIVE AND FIELD RESEARCH. THE STATISTICAL POPULATION OF THE RESEARCH INCLUDES EXPERTS IN THE FIELD OF RESEARCH AND MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES OF ATLAS TEDA COMPANY IN TEHRAN. RESEARCH STRATEGY IS ANALYTICAL SURVEY AND TOOL OF DATA COLLECTION IS QUESTIONNAIRE. THE FINDINGS SHOW THAT THE PERCENTAGE OF INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS, THE PERCENTAGE OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS, AND THE PERCENTAGE OF MAJOR INVESTORS AFFECT THE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF ATLAS TEDA COMPANY AS THE MAIN DIMENSIONS OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE.

TODAY, ACCESS TO COURT JUDGMENTS FOR REVIEWING THE TRIAL PROCESS HAS BECOME AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT IN ESTABLISHING JUDICIAL TRANSPARENCY AND COMBATING INJUSTICE. PUBLICATION OF COURT JUDGMENTS IS COMMON IN MANY CASES. IN IRAN'S LEGAL SYSTEM, ALTHOUGH THE OPENNESS OF TRIALS IS COMMON, IN SOME CASES SUCH AS ECONOMIC OR POLITICAL CRIMES, THE COURTS ARE NOT OPEN. WITH REGARD TO THE IMPORTANT BENEFITS THAT SOCIETY RECEIVES, THE PRINCIPLE OF THE OPENNESS OF TRIALS, FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION, ARE AMONG THE MOST IMPORTANT FOUNDATIONS OF MEDIA ACCESS TO THE TRIALS AND JUDICIAL INFORMATION. ON THE CONTRARY, SOME PRINCIPLES OF FAIR TRIAL, PUBLIC ORDER AND GOOD CONDUCT REQUIRE THAT THE PRESENCE OF MEDIA IN THE COURTS AND THEIR ACCESS TO JUDICIAL INFORMATION MUST BE PREVENTED. IT SEEMS THAT THERE IS STILL A NEED FOR MORE STRINGENT RULES. WITH REGARD TO THE IMPORTANT BENEFITS THAT SOCIETY RECEIVES, IT CAN BE STATED THAT THE PRINCIPLE OF THE OPENNESS OF TRIALS, FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION, ARE AMONG THE MOST IMPORTANT FOUNDATIONS OF MEDIA ACCESS TO THE TRIALS AND JUDICIAL INFORMATION.

AS MENTIONED IN THIS ARTICLE, THE NEURO-MARKETING TECHNIQUE IS AN INTERDISCIPLINARY STUDY IN MARKETING KNOWLEDGE. THEREFORE, THE RESEARCHERS IN THIS FIELD ARE CONCERNED ABOUT HOW TO MAKE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN DISCUSSIONS OF NEUROSCIENCE AND MARKETING. THIS ARTICLE CAN PERFORM AS A GUIDELINE FOR RESEARCHERS OF NEURO-MARKETING.
