The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of teaching research on the professional development of primary school teachers in Aliabad Katoul. The research method in this research is descriptive research from the correlation branch. Data collection was field and the data collection tool was a questionnaire. In the present study, the statistical population of the study is 47 primary school teachers in Aliabad Katoul who did not participate in the study course. Therefore, these individuals completed the questionnaire once before the start of the course and once after the end of the course, and finally the information was analyzed. The results of this study showed that the research course has a positive effect on the development of teachers' professions and its dimensions, and it was also found that the research course has a positive effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
