Data analysis was done based on dimensions and measurements and was confirmed by experts in the form of a five-point Likert questionnaire and finally verified with SMART PLS and SPSS software. The compilation of information was formed using a deep study of internal and global research related to the knowledge management model. After performing open and central coding, a semi-structured interview was compiled to categorize measurements. The statistical population studied was modified from 154 people to 110 qualified respondents through semi-structured interviews based on Cochran's formula.
