Abstract

The Purpose of this study was to analyze the challenges of micro-credit fund of RURAL WOMEN. Statistical population of this research consisted the RURAL WOMEN of micro credit fund members in LORESTAN PROVINCE (N=772) that 160 of them determined as a statistical sample by using Cochran’s formula. Samples were selected based on multi stage cluster sampling method and data were collected by questionnaire of them. Questionnaire›s reliability and validity were confirmed respectively through computing Cronbach›s alpha coefficient (0.96) and content validity.Data analyzed by SPSS and LISREL software. According to results of the exploratory factor analysis challenges of micro-credit fund in the EMPOWERing of RURAL WOMEN in LORESTAN PROVINCE categorized in seven factors that in order of importance are: Managerial – Administrative, Legal - Political, Production – Marketing, Members Character, Educational, Financial - Credit and Monitoring- Planning challenges. These challenges explained 74.5 percent of the total variance. Results of the confirmed factor analysis indicated the significance of these factors as challenges of micro-credit fund in the EMPOWERing of RURAL WOMEN in LORESTAN PROVINCE.
