Abstract

Main purpose of this research was to study the effects of LHRH-A3 hormone on semi artificial reproduction indices and compared that with LHRH-A2 hormone in HYPOPHTHALMICHTHYS MOLITRIX. For this purpose, were separated in 3 treatment of female and were injected with hormone containing 3.75, 5 and 6.25mg/kg respectively. Per treatment consists of 5female with 1repeatation were studied. For male stockes just used doze of 2.5mg/kg. Also another group with similar condition, asprone control group were injected LHRH-A2 hormone. Results indicated that using of LHRH-A3 hormone, can be induce SEXUALLY MATURATION in HYPOPHTHALMICHTHYS MOLITRIX stocks and releasing of egg and milt of those injected with hormone. The best of doze for SEXUALLY MATURATIONwas abserved on 5mg/kg. This hormones have similar effects with LHRH-A2 hormone and No meaningful statistical differences was observed in any of the factors (amount of stocking, fertilization percentage, hatching percentage and survival larva percent until frysac absorb) (P<0.05). Paying attention to the obtained results, indicate that using Doze of 3.75 microgram of LHRH-A2 or LHRH-A3 hormone induce decrease in releasing egg.
