Abstract

Water users cooperative (WUC) is an instrument for management and optimal use of water with emphasis on participation of all beneficiary groups. General goal of this research is the study of factors affecting on unsuccess formation of WUC, in Jarghoyeh region in Isfahan province, in form of five indexes of awareness, participation, economic incentives, social incentives and communication of local and governmental organizations with farmers. The study is benefited from using fuzzy regression with fuzzy triangular symmetric and nonsymmetric numbers. The estimated coefficients, showed that among the five mentioned indexes, economic incentives neither has been explained for beneficiary groups, nor practical efforts has been done for this purpose. The other indexes are appraising "very low".
