Abstract

Designing of programs for livestock and poultry breeding with a better decisions needs to some information about commercial characters of animals. Because of using SELECTION while regenerating of the LINEs, the amount of genetic progress at later generations, caused by breeding programs, can be calculated by estimation of the mean of traits. In this study productive traits of, LINE C Ziaran broiler breeding society were studied for three successive generations. So least square means of weight at six weeks, age of sexual maturity, weight and number of eggs produced in a 12- week's period for different generations were studied and evaluated.
