Abstract

Increasing population in Tehran and following problems caused by citizenship in economical, social, cultural and environmental aspects make it necessary to create and use modern urban management with the best technologies. One prevalence and important problem in Tehran’s urban management is its weakness in receiving information about citizens’ demands so that the managers can provide urban services in different regions. Here one of the best ways to get information about citizens’ problems and issues and their ideas about urban management is to provide some phone lines and get this information from themselves and this is being done by having 137 in Tehran municipality.In this research which its information has been collected from 412 citizens using questionnaire, it is tried to survey the effective factors on 137 phone line and help the line to be used more by citizen.The result is that the most important factors for 137 are "understanding the EASE of 137" and "understanding the usefulness of 137" which effect a lot on how much people use it.
