Abstract

Environmental pollution today has become a permanent image of metropolitan faces. The new look at problem solving is to move the activities towards virtual spaces in order to reduce the Environmental problems in the context of the urbanization of the two regions and in the context of information technology. What follows is part of the achievement of the doctoral dissertation titled “ city of two spaces” policy in sustainable Environmental, economic and social development of metropolises. Case Study; Tehran Metropolis, and intends to examine the impact of diphasing on the sustainability of Tehran’ s development. The research question is: How does this trend affect Tehran’ s sustainable Environmental development?
