Abstract

The model presented in this study to evaluate the management and operation areas of Tehran, the two models we are based. Model EVALUATION AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT in MUNICIPALITIES And in the urban areas, And the correlation between motivation and organizational dimensions (with component history, mission, culture and reward systems)Resource management (with the components of process management, financial management and budgeting, financial management, facilities management and human capital)Performance (with component-level performance of staff, program and practice levels of performance across the organization)And stakeholder satisfaction (with the components of the citizens, civil society, employees, investors and providers of municipal services)The equilibrium level of performance was confirmed Balance in performance and satisfaction of its citizens (municipality) will be.
