Research findings show that the evaluation of the status quo in the municipality will be ideal for planning and indigo. If we consider the progress of IT progress in the city in three phases: identification of the status quo, the position of the ideal and the transition from the status quo to the desired position, we can identify the mayor› s position in terms of readiness and review the strengths and weaknesses of the four axes. To determine the extent of municipal progress in electronic, it should be used in a number of consecutive years. The action that comes after evaluation is precisely dependent on the future goal of the municipality, (considering the current state of the city) evaluation of the electronic readiness of how to achieve future goals.
