Abstract

This study aimed at investigating the relationship between dehloran agricultural production cooperatives' success and their managers’ entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to cooperation principles. It was an applied research interms of purpose and a descriptive research interms of data collection. Twenty managers of 5 top Agricultural cooperatives in Dehloran were surveyed. Data were collected by using a questionnaire which its validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and Cronbach alpha indicated its reliability acceptable (0. 81). Conducting spearman coefficient analysis, results revealed that there was a significant relationship between Agricultural cooperatives success and the level of their managers’ “ internal control” and “ tolerance ambiguity” as well as their commitment to “ democratic control” , “ Education, training and information” and “ concern for the community” principle of cooperation.
