Abstract: 

The objective of the present investigation is to codify a framework for the effectiveness of E-Learning programs of the work and technology course in the Islamic Republic system of Iran. The approach of the investigation is qualitative and the method used is grounded theory Strauss and J. Corbin (1994). The community of the investigation is experts of the domain of training and planning the new technologies and the work and technology course which 18 people of them were selected purposefully as samples. Open, axial and selective categorization techniques were used in order to analyze the data. Based on the results obtained, a matrix effectiveness framework of grounded, causal, inhibitor factors, strategies, and outcomes was formed such that the codification of a framework for the effectiveness of the e-learning programs as a comprehensive content included the mentioned factors. Each of these classes itself has various aspects in the basic contents. It is evident that the findings of the present investigation have made it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of the e-learning programs of the work and technology course in the Islamic Republic system of Iran.

Abstract: 

گزارش پیش رو ضمن آسیب شناسی فرایند نظام حکمرانی در حوزه مشاوره ازدواج و خانواده، شاخص ها و کارکردهای مورد نظر و ساختارهایی را که بتوانند در نقش متولی فرایند تنظیم گری به ایفای نقش بپردازند، با استفاده از مصاحبه با خبرگان در حوزه مشاوره و روان شناسی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار داده است. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده در راستای استفاده از ظرفیت مشاوران و روان شناسان در جهت تحکیم و پایداری نهاد خانواده، فعالیت و خدمات این حوزه برای آنکه پاسخگوی نیاز جامعه باشد و موجبات رشد افراد را فراهم آورد، به نهاد تنظیم گری نیاز است که باید کارکردهایی همچون بازنگری الگوی اعتباربخشی و صلاحیت سنجی در کنار سامان دهی نظام مجوزدهی در راستای هماهنگی میان نهادهای مجوزدهنده را دارا باشد. لذا با استناد به یافته های پژوهش 6 ساختار از جمله: 1. بازسازی موقعیت موجود با مرکزیت ستاد ملی زن و خانواده، 2. تشکیل وزارت خانواده، 3. وزارت بهداشت متولی سلامت روان در کشور، 4. سازمان بهزیستی متولی مباحث روانشناختی در کشور، 5. استفاده از ظرفیت شورای عالی سلامت و امنیت غذایی، 6. تشکیل سازمان ملی سلامت روان، برای نهاد متولی از میان مصاحبه با خبرگان احصا شد و در رتبه بندی که در مرحله بعد، همان افراد انجام دادند، تشکیل وزارت خانواده در اولویت اول قرار گرفت زیرا از نظر آنان وزارتخانه از قابلیت هماهنگی، امکان ارزیابی، نظارت و پاسخگویی بیشتری برخوردار است.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Doctors and nurses are in frequent contact with burn patients, therefore, the best sources for receiving care information are to design a comprehensive program to improve the quality of care. For this purpose, this study was conducted to explain the experiences of physicians and nurses of burn wound care priorities. Methods: This study was qualitative research based on content analysis that was conducted in 2020 in 1 teaching hospital and 1 military hospital in Isfahan. Participants included 7 nurses and physicians with at least 5 years of experience in burn wound care who were selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected using indepth semi-structured individual interviews and sampling was continued until data saturation. Data were analyzed by conventional content analysis. Results: After data analysis, 3 main classes and 10 subclasses were extracted. Class of burn wound assessment with two subclasses of patient evaluation and first aid and assessment of burn surface and depth, burn wound management class with four subclasses of cleaning and exfoliation, burn wound dressing, pain management, and patient education, follow-up care class were divided into four subcategories: general health care, skincare, multidisciplinary support, and malformation prevention. Conclusion: According to the experiences of nurses and physicians, patients with burn wounds have various care needs in physical and psychological fields, which make care priorities different from each other, and it is necessary to pay attention to this issue in patient-centered care.

Abstract: 

Background and Objective: Increased amount of phosphate in the aqueous solutions disrupts the balance of aquatic organisms leading to serious environmental problems. This study aimed to evaluate the experimental phosphate removal using graphene oxide nanoparticles. Method: In this study, the used adsorbent was initially synthesize by Hummer method its surface was covered by epoxy and hydroxyl functional groups. The adsorbent synthesized on the surface increases the hydrophilic property and promotes the use of graphene oxide in aqueous solutions. The effects of various parameters including the amount of adsorbent, pH, initial concentration, temperature, and contact time on adsorption were studied. Further kinetic and thermodynamic studies were performed on the data. Findings: The highest absorption rate by 0. 2 g of adsorbent was equal to 75% at pH =3 of the solution after 3-hour contact with absorbent. The results show that the kinetic pseudo-second-order model fits the data. The experimental data were adjusted with Langmuir model. Discussion and Conclusion: According to the results, graphene oxide adsorbent as an adsorbent for the removal of phosphate has a good ability to adapt to the environment.

Abstract: 

In this paper, simulation-based (software-based) teaching of a 4-channel optical demultiplexer based on photonic crystal is presented by using the R-Soft software. The teaching of the demultiplexer structure is based on the use of a photonic crystal filter. In this analysis, with the variation of the radius of the cylindrical nano-ring resonator and the radius of the scattering rods, the critical length parameter of 1573. 6 nm is improved in the design of the filter. The advantages of the 4-channel demultiplexer include the mean quality factor of 4525, mean channel power transfer factor of 95%, and maximum and minimum channel cross-talk of-19. 6 and-40. 4, respectively. Also, mean channel width is obtained as 0. 375 nm. Moreover, the proposed 4-channel demultiplexer can be used in WDM systems. The simulation-based teaching of these structures is very important to develop and improve the multiplexers performance. Therefore, the related syllabus is suggested for master of science (MSc) students in Electronic Engineering major. This syllabus can be considered as a part of Photonic Crystal or Photonics courses.

Abstract: 

Background and Objective: The aim of this study was to survey, identify training needs, Tehran Municipality staff about environmental issues and the educational model which is based on the DACUM model. Method: For this purpose, the population of 1331 people formed the staff of Tehran Municipality 2. Studied a random sample of 310 participants were identified. Tools for data collection questionnaire which its validity confirmed and its reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient above 0. 7 calculated. Data were analyzed using MATLAB software. Findings: Environment is one of the most vulnerable aspects that have always been threatened. Protection of the environment is a national duty. In a way that should be the responsibility of individual and society to preserve it, and the municipality as one of the custodians plays a vital role in this regard. Discussion and Conclusion: The results showed there are significant differences between different levels of educated staff which means staffs with higher education diploma need higher level of training compare to the two other groups with underground and postgraduate degrees.

هدف از انجام این طرح مطالعاتی، شناخت گونه های موجود مسکن روستایی و استخراج اصول و مفاهیم حاکم بر معماری مسکن روستایی در مناطق مختلف استان هرمزگان جهت به کاربردن آنها در طرح های معماری جدید مسکن روستایی است. این طرح مطالعاتی شامل دو بخش عمده است. بخش اول به شناخت و معرفی کامل روستاهای استان هرمزگان، انتخاب 40 روستای نمونه و برداشت اطلاعات و نقشه های 120 گونه موجود مسکن روستایی اختصاص یافته است و بخش دوم به تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها و یافته ها و همچنین ارائه ضوابط و معیارهای طراحی مسکن روستایی و تهیه چند طرح معماری برای مسکن روستایی استان اختصاص دارد. نتایج طرح عبارت اند از: -1 تعیین الگوی نظری مطالعات -2 برداشت میدانی و جمع آوری داده ها و نمونه های مطالعاتی -3 بررسی معیارها و تعیین سرانه ها -4 تدوین ضوابط طراحی -5 تدوین ضوابط اجرایی -6 ارائه مدل طراحی با استفاده از نتایج بندهای 1، 2 و 3 -7 ارائه طرح معماری مسکن نمونه با معیشت غالب کشاورزی -8 ارائه طرح معماری مسکن نمونه با معیشت دامداری و دامپروری ارائه گزارش نهایی طرح به کارفرما
