Abstract: 

Background and Objective: Due to the high potential of Hamedan city for agricultural products and subsequentlly effects of urban wastewaters and agricultural activities such as the use of fertilizers and chemical pesticides on soil quality, plant, and human health, performing this research was necessary. This research was done by purpose of investigating the effect of wastewater on accumulation of metals Pb and Cd in soil and vegetables. Method: For this purpose, sampling from soil and vegetables was performed randomly in the city of Hamedan. Sampling was done in an area irrigated with well water and in an area irrigated with wastewater. Vegetable Samples were prepared after washing and drying, powdered and prepared for experiment. Also soil samples after air-drying, sieve, and prepared for experiment. Then samples digested with acid mixture and heavy metals measured by Atomic Adsorption Spectroscopy (AAS). Finally obtained data were analyzed by SPSS 20. Findings: Results showed that wastewater had important effect on accumulation of Pb and Cd in soil and vegetables which means concentration of these metals in the soil and vegetables that was irrigated with wastewater was higher than those irrigated with well water. Also this is identified that the concentrations of Pb and Cd in studied vegetables was higher or equal to standards and Cd in the soil of both control and treatment were or equal to standards but Pb were lower than standards. Discussion and Conclusion: Since, in the treatment area, the mean concentration of Cd in scallion vegetable and mean concentration of Pb in leek vegetable is higher than standard. Therefore, in order to prevent creating problems for citizens’ health, irrigation of fields by wastewater must be prevented.

Abstract: 

این طرح دو هدف را پیگیری کرده است: بررسی موافقتنامه های TRIMS سازمان جهانی تجارت و تاثیرات آن در جذب سرمایه های خارجی با تاکید بر تجربیات کشورهای مختلف و ارائه راهکارهایی به منظور افزایش جذب سرمایه های خارجی به سمت بخش معدن و صنایع معدنی ایران. برای رسیدن به اهداف فوق ابتدا مطالعات کتابخانه ای با استفاده از منابع و مستندات موجود در زمینه توافق های صورت گرفته بین سازمان جهانی تجارت و کشورهای مختلف صورت پذیرفته است و در ادامه با سازمان های صنعتی و معدنی کشورهای مختلف ارتباط برقرار شده یا اطلاعات آنها از طرق مختلف گردآوری شده است و مطالعه تطبیقی صورت پذیرفته است. بدین ترتیب ضمن بررسی وضعیت تجاری در 28 کشور دنیا، پنج کشور شیلی، چین، برزیل، استرالیا و عربستان به عنوان مولفه های اصلی، مورد مطالعه دقیق قرار گرفتند، در نهایت با بررسی وضعیت این کشورها درخصوص وضع و حذف ضوابط تجاری مختلف، راهکارهایی در خصوص اعمال این ضوابط و نحوه حذف آنها در بخش معدن و صنایع معدنی ایران ارائه گردیده است. با توجه به این نکته که ضوابطی در دستور کار قرار گرفته، با توجه به نوع و هدف سرمایه گذاری در شرایط مختلف متفاوت است. الزاماتی نظیر بکارگیری فناوری های نوین به منظور بهره برداری صیانتی از معادن، استخدام و آموزش نیروی کار، بومی کردن و انباشت مهارت های مدیریتی می بایست در تمام قراردادها مدنظر قرار گیرد. همچنین در خصوص الزاماتی که مغایر قوانین سازمان جهانی تجارت می باشند و می بایست با گذشت زمان حذف شوند و با توجه به نوع این ضوابط و اهداف پیش روی سرمایه گذاران پیشنهادات مختلفی ارائه گشته است.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study in the first phase was to determine the relationships between the characteristics of the articles published by the Iranian top one percent researchers in 2020 (journal Impact Factor, and author impacts; paper, abstract, and title lengths; author affiliations, number of references, author-supplied keywords, and number of countries; access type, and funding) with the citation counts, readership counts, and altmetric attention score (AAS), which were respectively extracted from Web of Science (WoS), Mendeley and Altmetic.com. The research aim in the second phase was to demonstrate their presence in the international patents, Iranian research outputs indexed in WoS, the curriculum of their fields, profiling services, and their academic inbreeding status and collaborations patterns. The method of this applied study was descriptive in terms of purpose and scientometric in terms of approach, which was conducted based on citation analysis, altmetric and bibliometric techniques. The statistical population of the research was 12 Iranian top one percent researchers from the top one percent researchers listed on Clarivate Analytics in 2020. The findings demonstrated that the characteristics of the articles, including the number of affiliations, authors' h-index, journal impact factor, authors and references counts, and title and abstract length, have been correlated positively with their citations, AAS, and readership. In addition, articles published by authors with a higher h-index had a greater AAS and readership, and articles with longer titles had a lower AAS. However, no statistically significant correlation was found between the citation counts and the AAS with the author keywords counts, and paper lengths, also between the AAS with the countries count. The access type variable did not affect the number of citations, but non-open-access articles received higher AAS and readership than open-access articles. In addition, funded articles obtained less citations, AAS, and readership than non-funded articles. There was no relationship between academic inbreeding of Iranian top one percent researchers with their citations and AAS. However, there was a weak correlation between the average number of citations and AAS of the Iranian top one percent researchers. Eventually, these researchers did not have a high national impact based on the indicators of presence in the references of Iranian papers indexed in WoS and references/resources of the curriculum of their field. Just 1.5 percent of publications of these researchers' were cited in patents, and many of them were contributed by Omid Akhavan and Nosratullah Dabir Vaziri.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this descriptive-survey study is to design an optimal model for deploying interactive virtual interactive tutorials in Tehran University based on strategic analysis. To achieve this goal, a five-step research method after identifying beneficiary groups using the dimensions and components The virtual intelligent interactive training in Tehran University was identified from the viewpoint of the stakeholders, and after analyzing their views, a selection of experts from virtual education experts and policy makers of higher education was monitored and confirmed, according to which the optimal model was designed and group of experts was validated. The results of this research show that the possibility of deploying interactive virtual interactive tutorials in Tehran University in terms of high technology infrastructure in terms of human resources infrastructure is moderate and in terms of cultural and social infrastructure is lower than average is. Based on these results, optimal deployment model was designed based on five dimensions and 32 components.

تأمین مسکن مناسب به ویژه برای گروه های کم درآمد از مهم ترین مسائل و چالش های پیش روی کشورهای جهان برای دستیابی به توسعه پایدار محسوب می شود و بسیاری از کشورها در این زمینه با معضلات جدی مواجه هستند. برنامه ریزی کاربری اراضی شهری، عدالت در توزیع و پراکنش فضایی کاربری ها، یکی از مؤلفه های اساسی در توسعه پایدار شهری و برنامه ریزی مسکن محسوب می شود. عدم توزیع نامناسب خدمات و توسعه شهری ناپایدار خود باعث تحمیل هزینه های سنگین به سبد هزینه خانوارهای کم درآمد خواهد شد و با توجه به شکننده بودن شرایط بودجه خانوار در این طبقات توجه به این مسئله حساس و حیاتی خواهد بود. شکل گیری نظام کاربری اراضی در هر شهر و نحوه تقسیم اراضی و استفاده از آن در فعالیت های مختلف بازتاب عملکرد جمعی از نیروهای مختلف محیطی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و حقوقی است. در رویکرد عدالت اجتماعی به شاخص های مختلفی پرداخته می شود که میزان دسترسی به خدمات شهری، ارزش افزوده زمین و عدالت در اختصاص کاربری ها ازجمله مهم ترین آنهاست. لذا نظام کاربری اراضی، امروزه به یکی از عرصه های تشدید نابرابری های اجتماعی در شهرها بدل شده است. با توجه به این مطلب می توان دریافت که توزیع بهینه خدمات ارتباط مستقیمی با برنامه ریزی کاربری اراضی دارد. با وجود این کاربری اراضی، الگوی تغییر آن و نحوه توزیع و پراکنش فضایی کاربری اراضی، بخش مهمی از اندیشه های برنامه ریزی و سیاستگذاری های شهری منطقه ای را به خود تخصیص داده است. درواقع هدف نهایی برنامه ریزی کاربری زمین، ایجاد نوعی «تعادل زیست محیطی» و «عدالت اجتماعی» در روند پیشرفت و آبادانی محدوده های سکونت شهروندان است. پروژه مسکن مهر به عنوان مهم ترین پروژه تأمین مسکن برای گروه های کم درآمد و فاقد مسکن در ایران مسائل و مشکلاتی داشته که تا امروز نیز مسائل آن رفع نشده است. ازاین رو در سلسله گزارش هایی سعی می شود با بررسی ابعاد مختلف این پروژه کلان ملی ضمن توجه به مشکلات موجود در این پروژه و حرکت برای رفع آن، نکات و درس آموخته هایی که می توان با استفاده از آنها در برنامه ریزی و اجرای پروژه های جاری مانند نهضت ملی مسکن از بروز مسائل و مشکلات آتی نیز پیشگیری نمود، عنوان کرد. در این گزارش با تمرکز بر وضعیت تأمین سرانه کاربری ها و امکانات روبنایی سعی می شود ارزیابی جامعی نسبت به این موضوع انجام گیرد، البته لازم به توضیح است که دسترسی به اطلاعات این بخش بسیار محدود بوده و بعد از نزدیک به 6ماه مکاتبات و پیگیری، صرفاً بخش هایی از وزارت راه و شهرسازی با مرکز پژوهش های مجلس شورای اسلامی همکاری داشته اند.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Myocardial infarction (MI) is one of the leading causes of mortality worldwide. This disease imposes a high socio-economic burden on patients. Since the Spatio-temporal analysis of diseases plays an essential role in the design of prevention and management programs. The present study aimed to identify regional clusters of MI and also analyze the time trend of the disease among an Iranian military community. Methods: In this ecological study, all registered cases of MI from different provincial centers of the military community were studied during the period 2015 to 2018. The Getis-Ord Gi statistics were used to identify the hot spots of MI and the Spearman correlation coefficient to the trend of the disease. Results: The incident cases of MI in military officers and conscripts during the study period were 103 and 4, respectively. Gilan and Golestan provinces (90% confidence level) in 2015, Gilan, Golestan, Semnan, and Zanjan provinces (95% CI) and Isfahan province (90% CI) in 2016, Golestan province (95% CI), and Gilan province (90% CI) in 1396 and Golestan province (95% CI) in 1397 were identified as hot spots of the disease. The results of the temporal analysis also indicated a significant increasing trend of MI in military officers. Conclusion: The Northern regions of Iran are at high risk of MI, and the trend of the disease also demonstrates a significant increase. The findings of this study can be considered in policymaking in the field of public health of military communities for control strategies and preventive programs. In future studies, the risk factors and nonecological parameters should be addressed in hotspot regions.
