Abstract: 

Background and Objective: Due to the high potential of Hamedan city for agricultural products and subsequentlly effects of urban wastewaters and agricultural activities such as the use of fertilizers and chemical pesticides on soil quality, plant, and human health, performing this research was necessary. This research was done by purpose of investigating the effect of wastewater on accumulation of metals Pb and Cd in soil and vegetables. Method: For this purpose, sampling from soil and vegetables was performed randomly in the city of Hamedan. Sampling was done in an area irrigated with well water and in an area irrigated with wastewater. Vegetable Samples were prepared after washing and drying, powdered and prepared for experiment. Also soil samples after air-drying, sieve, and prepared for experiment. Then samples digested with acid mixture and heavy metals measured by Atomic Adsorption Spectroscopy (AAS). Finally obtained data were analyzed by SPSS 20. Findings: Results showed that wastewater had important effect on accumulation of Pb and Cd in soil and vegetables which means concentration of these metals in the soil and vegetables that was irrigated with wastewater was higher than those irrigated with well water. Also this is identified that the concentrations of Pb and Cd in studied vegetables was higher or equal to standards and Cd in the soil of both control and treatment were or equal to standards but Pb were lower than standards. Discussion and Conclusion: Since, in the treatment area, the mean concentration of Cd in scallion vegetable and mean concentration of Pb in leek vegetable is higher than standard. Therefore, in order to prevent creating problems for citizens’ health, irrigation of fields by wastewater must be prevented.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this descriptive-survey study is to design an optimal model for deploying interactive virtual interactive tutorials in Tehran University based on strategic analysis. To achieve this goal, a five-step research method after identifying beneficiary groups using the dimensions and components The virtual intelligent interactive training in Tehran University was identified from the viewpoint of the stakeholders, and after analyzing their views, a selection of experts from virtual education experts and policy makers of higher education was monitored and confirmed, according to which the optimal model was designed and group of experts was validated. The results of this research show that the possibility of deploying interactive virtual interactive tutorials in Tehran University in terms of high technology infrastructure in terms of human resources infrastructure is moderate and in terms of cultural and social infrastructure is lower than average is. Based on these results, optimal deployment model was designed based on five dimensions and 32 components.

سرعت بالای رشد و گسترش شهری به همراه رشد روزافزون جمعیت و مدیریت ناکارامد، پیامدهای متعدد محیط زیستی نظیر آلودگی هوا، کاهش کمیّت و کیفیت منابع آب، آلودگی صوتی، تخریب پوشش گیاهی و انباشت پسماندها را به همراه داشته که تهدیدی جدی برای تاب آوری و سلامت شهرهاست. ظرفیت بُرد شهری به حداکثر تعداد جمعیت و یا آثار ناشی از فعالیت های آنها شامل مصرف ماده، انرژی، تولید پسماند، توسعه فیزیکی و کاربری های شهری دلالت می کند که می تواند توسط زیستبوم شهری بدون ایجاد تغییرات جدی و یا آسیب های غیرقابل بازگشت به سلامت محیط و ساکنین، تحمل شود. برآورد فشار محیط زیستی در مناطق 22 گانه شهر تهران بیانگر فشار زیاد تا خیلی زیاد در 82% مناطق شهری و فشار متوسط تا زیاد در 18% مناطق است که به معنای عدم تناسب بارگذاری های گسترده انجام گرفته با ظرفیت محیط زیستی کلان شهر تهران و عدم امکان بارگذاری جدید در این کلان شهر است. معضلات متعدد محیط زیستی در کلان شهرهای کشور، بیانگر ضرورت تحول در خط مشی ها، برنامه ریزی و مدیریت شهری و توجه به مفاهیمی نظیر ظرفیت تحمل محیط زیست در طرح های توسعه شهری است. در این راستا ایجاد یک سامانه پشتیبان تصمیم گیری مکان مند پایش محیط زیست شهری و امکان پایش مستمر فشارها، می تواند تصویر واضحی از وضعیت شاخص های منتخب ظرفیت بُرد شهری جهت بررسی میزان فشار محیط زیستی وارد بر شهر را فراهم کند. این سامانه موجب تسهیل در پایش و کنترل وضعیت پایداری محیط زیست شهری و منجر به تصمیم گیری صحیح در برنامه ریزی و مدیریت پایدار شهری خواهد شد.
