Abstract: 

Background and Objective: Phenol presence and its derivatives in water and waste water on human health and the environment is one the major concerns. Because of the toxicity of phenol and also because of the presence of even low concentrations in natural resources, water disinfection and oxidation processes can lead to the formation of additional components. This material is one of the most common organic pollutants in water. In this research, adsorption of phenol from wastewater by sawdust was simulated using intelligent techniques. Method: Intelligent techniques including multi-layer Perceptron, radial basis functions network and support vector regression were used. To design the network structure as well as the training and testing of 125 sets of experimental data is used. Performance evaluation criteria and stop network consists of % AARE and R2, which is used for all three models. Findings: All models compared results showed that the support vector regression with 0. 5132 and 0. 979, respectively, for %AARE and R2 is the best model. All models are better results than the quadratic polynomial model showed. Discussion and Conclusion: Models showed good agreement with experimental data. The optimum conditions for the removal of phenol were 127. 6 mg/l of initial phenol concentration, 0. 84 g/l of adsorbent dose, natural pH value of 3. 62 and 146. 9 min of contact time, under these conditions the maximum removal efficiency was 91. 23%.

Abstract: 

Background and Objective: The urban location with the use of GIS in urban planning is very important. Commercial usage is one the most important urban usage wich affects other urban activities. It is worth noting that people are actively deal with space and always with the business and related information. Individual placement in a convenient location from an environmental perspective and getting it by all senses will be able to actively respond to the environment and it will draw the attention to the environment. Due to the remoteness of the hospitals, railway stations and close to natural areas such as parks, subjective factors such as the appearance of intimacy, originality and vitality affected and will affect the ability to invite people. Method: In this regard, appropriate measures to study the documents formulation and using the AHP model value of each criterion, relative to other criteria determined and to each of the relevant criteria weights. Finally, the resulting weights in layers of criteria and multiplication using fuzzy compounds layers were combined. Results: Integrated data showed that the 2 with more favorable situation than the 1 and the area as well as with situation better than 3 areas with different importance is the best place to create trade center. Conclusion: Region 17 of Tehran withpopulation of more than 358 thousands suffers from adequate access to 3 district municipality and this matter makes the costs of access to urban services increase. Therefore, this study explains appropriate indicators and geographic information systems to locate suitable commercial places in the region in each explained municipal areas which have been chosen for the establishment.

Abstract: 

Background and Objective: Due to the high potential of Hamedan city for agricultural products and subsequentlly effects of urban wastewaters and agricultural activities such as the use of fertilizers and chemical pesticides on soil quality, plant, and human health, performing this research was necessary. This research was done by purpose of investigating the effect of wastewater on accumulation of metals Pb and Cd in soil and vegetables. Method: For this purpose, sampling from soil and vegetables was performed randomly in the city of Hamedan. Sampling was done in an area irrigated with well water and in an area irrigated with wastewater. Vegetable Samples were prepared after washing and drying, powdered and prepared for experiment. Also soil samples after air-drying, sieve, and prepared for experiment. Then samples digested with acid mixture and heavy metals measured by Atomic Adsorption Spectroscopy (AAS). Finally obtained data were analyzed by SPSS 20. Findings: Results showed that wastewater had important effect on accumulation of Pb and Cd in soil and vegetables which means concentration of these metals in the soil and vegetables that was irrigated with wastewater was higher than those irrigated with well water. Also this is identified that the concentrations of Pb and Cd in studied vegetables was higher or equal to standards and Cd in the soil of both control and treatment were or equal to standards but Pb were lower than standards. Discussion and Conclusion: Since, in the treatment area, the mean concentration of Cd in scallion vegetable and mean concentration of Pb in leek vegetable is higher than standard. Therefore, in order to prevent creating problems for citizens’ health, irrigation of fields by wastewater must be prevented.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study in the first phase was to determine the relationships between the characteristics of the articles published by the Iranian top one percent researchers in 2020 (journal Impact Factor, and author impacts; paper, abstract, and title lengths; author affiliations, number of references, author-supplied keywords, and number of countries; access type, and funding) with the citation counts, readership counts, and altmetric attention score (AAS), which were respectively extracted from Web of Science (WoS), Mendeley and Altmetic.com. The research aim in the second phase was to demonstrate their presence in the international patents, Iranian research outputs indexed in WoS, the curriculum of their fields, profiling services, and their academic inbreeding status and collaborations patterns. The method of this applied study was descriptive in terms of purpose and scientometric in terms of approach, which was conducted based on citation analysis, altmetric and bibliometric techniques. The statistical population of the research was 12 Iranian top one percent researchers from the top one percent researchers listed on Clarivate Analytics in 2020. The findings demonstrated that the characteristics of the articles, including the number of affiliations, authors' h-index, journal impact factor, authors and references counts, and title and abstract length, have been correlated positively with their citations, AAS, and readership. In addition, articles published by authors with a higher h-index had a greater AAS and readership, and articles with longer titles had a lower AAS. However, no statistically significant correlation was found between the citation counts and the AAS with the author keywords counts, and paper lengths, also between the AAS with the countries count. The access type variable did not affect the number of citations, but non-open-access articles received higher AAS and readership than open-access articles. In addition, funded articles obtained less citations, AAS, and readership than non-funded articles. There was no relationship between academic inbreeding of Iranian top one percent researchers with their citations and AAS. However, there was a weak correlation between the average number of citations and AAS of the Iranian top one percent researchers. Eventually, these researchers did not have a high national impact based on the indicators of presence in the references of Iranian papers indexed in WoS and references/resources of the curriculum of their field. Just 1.5 percent of publications of these researchers' were cited in patents, and many of them were contributed by Omid Akhavan and Nosratullah Dabir Vaziri.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this descriptive-survey study is to design an optimal model for deploying interactive virtual interactive tutorials in Tehran University based on strategic analysis. To achieve this goal, a five-step research method after identifying beneficiary groups using the dimensions and components The virtual intelligent interactive training in Tehran University was identified from the viewpoint of the stakeholders, and after analyzing their views, a selection of experts from virtual education experts and policy makers of higher education was monitored and confirmed, according to which the optimal model was designed and group of experts was validated. The results of this research show that the possibility of deploying interactive virtual interactive tutorials in Tehran University in terms of high technology infrastructure in terms of human resources infrastructure is moderate and in terms of cultural and social infrastructure is lower than average is. Based on these results, optimal deployment model was designed based on five dimensions and 32 components.

Abstract: 

در اسفندماه سال 1401، شاخص تولید و فروش شرکت های صنعتی بورسی نسبت به ماه مشابه سال قبل به ترتیب با افزایش 12/8 و 11/2 درصدی مواجه شده است، اما نسبت به ماه قبل شاخص تولید رشد منفی 1/5 درصدی و شاخص فروش رشد مثبت 5/7 درصدی داشته است. در این ماه شاخص تولید و فروش رشته فعالیت خودرو و قطعات اگرچه نسبت به ماه قبل به ترتیب 20/2 و 5/5 درصد کاهش یافته است، اما نسبت به ماه مشابه سال قبل به ترتیب افزایش 93/2 و 20/3 درصدی داشته است. همچنین، شاخص تولید و فروش رشته فعالیت فلزات پایه پس از رشد مثبت بهمن ماه در این ماه رشد منفی 9 و 13 درصدی داشته است. در اسفندماه سال 1401 نرخ رشد ماهیانه قیمت فعالیت های صنعتی بورسی رشد مثبت 7 درصدی را ثبت کرده است که بالاترین رشد ماهیانه پس از اردیبهشت ماه( حذف ارز ترجیحی) بوده است، همچنین رشد نقطه به نقطه در ادامه روند صعودی 2ماه اخیر با 7/3 واحد درصد افزایش نسبت به ماه قبل، به 42/8 درصد رسیده است. گفتنی است میانگین سالیانه شاخص قیمت نیز در اسفندماه سال 1401 روند نزولی یک سال اخیر خود را ادامه داد و با 0/4 واحد درصد کاهش نسبت به ماه قبل، میزان 45/3 درصد افزایش را نشان می دهد.

Abstract: 

در مرداد سال1402، شاخص تولید و فروش شرکت های صنعتی بورسی نسبت به ماه مشابه سال قبل افزایش 6/1 و 0/7درصدی را تجربه کرده است، اما نسبت به ماه قبل شاخص تولید و فروش به ترتیب کاهش 8/5 و 11 درصدی داشته اند که تحت تأثیر محدودیت های تأمین برق صنایع و تعطیلات تابستانی کارخانه ها در مرداد ماه بوده است.در مرداد سال 1402 نسبت به ماه مشابه سال قبل شاخص تولید رشته فعالیت خودرو و قطعات افزایش 2/8 درصدی و شاخص فروش کاهش30/5 درصدی و نسبت به ماه قبل کاهش 22/7 و 41/8 درصدی داشته است. همچنین، شاخص تولید و فروش رشته فعالیت فلزات پایه نسبت به ماه مشابه سال قبل افزایش 3/2 و 15 درصدی و نسبت به ماه قبل کاهش 14/6 و 4/8 درصدی داشته است.در مرداد سال1402 نرخ رشد ماهیانه قیمت فعالیت های صنعتی بورسی رشد مثبت 1/9 درصدی را ثبت کرده است، همچنین رشد نقطه به نقطه با افزایش 3/8 واحد درصدی نسبت به ماه قبل، به 20/8 درصد رسیده است. گفتنی است میانگین سالیانه شاخص قیمت نیز در مردادماه سال 1402 روند نزولی یک سال اخیر خود را ادامه داد و با 2/2 واحد درصد کاهش نسبت به ماه قبل، میزان 29/1 درصد افزایش را نشان می دهد.

Abstract: 

بن مایه اصلی در اجرای طرح «ساماندهی، تأمین و تربیت نیروی انسانی آموزشی و پرورشی وزارت آموزش و پرورش (آوپ)»، برآورد دقیق نیروی انسانی مورد نیاز آوپ است تا به واسطه این برآورد بتوان از قبل زمینه سازی مناسبی برای تربیت و جذب این نیروها در دانشگاه های فرهنگیان و دانشگاه شهید رجایی صورت پذیرد. این گزارش با ارائه شبیه سازی حوزه منابع انسانی آوپ، تلاش دارد تصمیم گیران را برای رسیدن به این مهم یاری نماید و میان نظرات آنها تفاهم و توافق ایجاد کند. این شبیه سازی می تواند تعداد مورد نیاز دانشجو - معلم و یا مهارت آموز را در سناریوهای مختلف برآورد نماید. در پایان گزارش، بهره گیری از مدل های مورد استفاده در آزمایشگاه های حکمرانی در راستای اجرای هرچه بهتر این طرح پیشنهاد می شود.

Abstract: 

در دوره یازدهم مجلس شورای اسلامی، پنج طرح (به شماره ثبت 175، 202، 638، 403 و 568) با هدف اصلاح جدول حوزه های انتخابیه مجلس شورای اسلامی و افزایش تعداد نمایندگان اعلام وصول شد. طرح های مذکور به استناد تبصره «1» ماده (143) قانون آیین نامه داخلی مجلس، به دلیل اشتراک موضوع با یکدیگر ادغام و در کمیسیون امور داخلی کشور و شوراها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و در نهایت در جلسه مورخ 1402/03/01 کمیسیون امور داخلی کشور و شوراها، با انجام اصلاحاتی در متن به تصویب رسید. گزارش حاضر به بررسی ماده واحده مصوبه کمیسیون اختصاص دارد. در این راستا تلاش شده است مصوبه کمیسیون امور داخلی کشور و شوراها از منظر تغییراتی که در حوزه های انتخابیه و تعداد نمایندگان به وجود خواهد آورد، به تفکیک استان های کشور و بر اساس شاخص های مندرج در اصل (64) قانون اساسی و سیاست های کلی انتخابات، مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد. طبق نتایج پژوهش، به استثنای تغییرات جمعیتی که طبق مصوبه کمیسیون در حوزه های انتخابیه کشور، در راستای تحقق تبصره «2» ماده (14) قانون تعاریف و ضوابط تقسیمات کشوری به وجود خواهد آمد، مهم ترین نقطه ضعف ماده واحده این است که از میان 63 حوزه انتخابیه ای که مشمول تغییرات مصوبه کمیسیون خواهند بود، پس از اعمال تغییرات مندرج در ماده واحده، 13 حوزه (20/7درصد) از انحراف جمعیت 40- درصد و بالاتر نسبت به میانگین کشوری «هر 245.927 نفر یک نماینده» برخوردار خواهند بود که در 12 مورد این وضعیت مغایر عدالت انتخاباتی مندرج در بند «1» سیاست های کلی انتخابات و لذا نیازمند اصلاح است. لذا تصویب ماده واحده طرح، مشروط به اصلاح 12 مورد مذکور پیشنهاد می شود.
