In this study, which was conducted by the field and inductive methods and through interviews with semi-structured questions, 38 researchers and employers in the electricity industry were purposefully selected and interviewed in depth. In these interviews, some questions were asked about the research ethics norms of efficient researchers in the industrial field, and the answers were collected based on their research experiences. Then, using open coding, axial coding and selective coding on the data obtained from the interviews, the final analysis was performed by interpretive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the most important characteristics of research ethics about efficient researchers are: Honesty, specialty, patience, good communication, hard work, professional ethics, beyond the commitment to act, known in the industry, being responsive to objections and criticisms, understand the problems and the issue, national patriotism & flag, faithfulness, satisfaction / understanding the needs and position of the employer, being young, problem solving concern, curiosity, persistence, innovation and patent, research articles, applicability of research in one or more companies.

Access to the required information in all available scientific disciplines is one of the most important factors in the survival of that field. In the architecture field, the type of information format differs from other disciplines. The purpose of this study was to identify the behavior of images in the architecture of Shahid Beheshti University. The present study is an applied target and uses a descriptive survey method. The statistical population of the study consists of two groups of students and professors in the architecture major of Shahid Beheshti University. To determine the sample size, the Cochran formula was used and the sample size in this formula was 296 people. The results showed that the architects mainly used images for identifying creative ideas and taking advantage of the details of architectural structures. The type of image content they used was mostly photos, maps, and charts, which could be found in engines and image databases by limiting the size of the image and following related links as long as the image was taken. One of the major obstacles in finding images for architects was the lack of familiarity with the way they were searched. Creativity, proximity to the subject, credibility, and quality of the images were the criteria for selecting content. Considering the library's share in retrieving research-based images, it is suggested that library and library librarians conduct awareness-raising activities at the university's research groups such as brochures, conferences, library visits, and workshops.

Background and Aim: Acinetobacter baumannii is a major cause of nosocomial infections and is considered one of the most serious health threats worldwide. Several researchers have attempted to study and report this issue to find a solution. In this regard, the observation and monitoring of topic and conceptual priorities are thus crucial. This study aimed to identify and formulate the relationship among topic research priorities of A. baumannii to accurately understand the intellectual structure concerning A. baumannii. Materials and Methods: This scientometric study is quantitative and applied, conducted by using the co-word analysis technique. A total of 10, 898 records indexed at the WOSCC were retrieved and analyzed during 2002-2021, and 102 keywords out of 12, 060 keywords were selected for analysis. Following the vocabulary homogenization process, the threshold was determined, and UCINET 6. 528. 0. 0 2017, NetDraw (2017), VOSviewer 1. 6. 14, and SPSS-16 software were used to analyze and preprocess the data and visualize the maps. Results: The keyword 'Multidrug Resistance (MDR)' was in first place among the most frequent keywords of A. baumannii articles. The main concepts of the documents published regarding A. baumannii were obtained using the hierarchical clustering with the Ward method (6 topic clusters). The largest cluster had 27 keywords and 680 links with a centrality of 25, 185 and a density of 0. 969. The distribution of clusters in the strategic diagram indicated that topic clusters were located in quadrants 1 and 3, including mature and central topics and emerging or marginal topics, respectively. Conclusion: Identifying and monitoring significant topics and conceptual priorities of the A. baumannii area with scientometric techniques is an appropriate tool for determining the intellectual structure of the A. baumannii area, leading optimal and efficient decisions in officials' research financial policy.
