پژوهش کیفی که اغلب با پژوهش های کمی از نوع تحلیلی اشتباه می شود، به تاثیر نتایج بررسی های کمی جامعه می پردازد. به عبارت دیگر با ارزیابی اعداد و ارقام به رد یا تایید تاثیر گذاری دارویی یا روش جراحی خاص بر بیمار نمی پردازد؛ بلکه اثرات نتایج حاصل از آن را به جامعه در مقاطع زمانی کوتاه و دراز مدت بررسی می کند. نگرش به پژوهش کیفی و نگارش آن ملزم به اطلاع و رعایت نکاتی است که دراین مقاله ارایه می شود.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to examine qualitative research in practice. Qualitative research implies processes and methods that are not measured in terms of quantity, amount or frequency. Direct research is one of the strategies used by qualitative researchers to explain organizational behavior. These article intents to show the results of the researcher's experience in applying direct research to describe managerial roles Iranian administrators play at work. In this study deductive method was used to draw the model of the study and inductive approach to build the theory.

Abstract: 

پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنتز ادبیات مربوط به دانشگاه مهارت محور در راستای شناسایی مولفه های دانشگاه مهارت محور در نظام آموزش عالی کشور انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و با روش کیفی فراترکیب انجام شده است. جامعه آماری، کلیه مطالعات انجام شده در بازه زمانی 1380 الی 1401 است. در این راستا 38پژوهش در زمینه موضوع موردنظر ارزیابی و درنهایت 22 پژوهش به صورت هدفمند انتخاب گردید و با تحلیل محتوا و ترکیب ادبیات مربوط، درمجموع 126 کد،12 مفهوم، 7 مقوله کلیدی طی فرایند جست وجو و ترکیب نظام مند متون شناسایی و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت و اعتبار آن از طریق آزمون کاپای کوهن تأیید گردید. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد، که مهم ترین مولفه های کلیدی شناسایی شده شامل: دولت، ماموریت و رسالت های دانشگاه، پژوهش، آموزش، ارتباط با صنعت، فرهنگ و تعامل با محیط بین الملل است. این پژوهش ازآن جهت که درک عمیقی از ادبیات موجود در مورد موضوع پژوهش با شناسایی مولفه های دانشگاه مهارت محور ارائه می دهد، می تواند در سیاست گذاری های نظام آموزش عالی کشور در راستای توسعه مهارت محوری در نظام آموزش عالی کشور مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.

Abstract: 

Heidegger has always emphasized that Husserl’s Logical Investigations has a major share on providing the base of the basic questions in Being and Time. This paper is, according to the basic question of Being and Time, which is the question of Being, discusses how Logical Investigations aid Heidegger to elaborate this question. Among the six investigations it is especially the sixth investigation that interested Heidegger. It deals with so called “categorical intuition” which, according to Heidegger, helped him to pursue the question of Being. What has the “categorical intuition” to do with the question of Being? In the “categorical intuition” we face a kind of “surplus” of sensual data, which will be added to the predicate proposition during the transition phase of perceptions to it. Heidegger believes that in this “surplus” of sensual data is the possibility of raising the question of Being given.

Abstract: 

The present study aimed to present a paradigmatic model of a research-based school using the qualitative method of grounded theory. The population comprised of all the experts and specialists in educational management and curriculum development in Isfahan province, from whom 24 experts and specialists in educational management and curriculum development were selected by purposive (snowball) sampling and a semi-structured interview was conducted to interview with these experts. Findings of the study showed that the deficiency of the course-based structure, the developmental attitude, the requirement for research orientation in the document of fundamental change, the requirement for research orientation in the law of the sixth five-year plan of development and the development of prospective thinking are the causal factors that directly influence research orientation and somehow justify its necessity. The change in learning policies, multimodal grounding, and institutional support are also the contexts that facilitate the realization of research orientation,furthermore, a number of macro factors (socio-cultural, conflict among the institutions of power) and micro factors (psychosocial capital, the demonstrative discourse of education) mediate these influences. To realize research orientation in schools, a number of strategies are needed among which we might refer to the revival of the school’, s mission and the rearrangement of educational elements. If the research orientation is realized, positive effects can be observed both on the individual (development of individual pragmatism, mental dynamics), and socio-organizational (social knowledge-based development, organizational improvement) levels.
