Abstract: 

اگر چه زنان کمک عمده ای به تولید مواد غذایی در سطح جهان معمول می دارند. اما به ندرت از خدمات ترویجی سود می برند. تماس ناچیز آنان با موسسات ارایه کننده خدمات ترویجی باعث گردیده تا مسایل آنان به ندرت در نظام ترویج منعکس شود. اطلاعات حاصل شده از بررسی سال 1989 سازمان خواربار و کشاورزی (فائو) نشان می دهد که در حدود 5 درصد از کل منابع ترویج کشاورزی در سطح جهان، برای کشاورزان زن اختصاص داده شده و فقط 15 درصد از پرسنل ترویج جهان را زنان تشکیل می دهند. این در حالی است که در صورت یکسان بودن سایر موارد؛ زنان خدمات ترویجی را به نحو موثرتری نسبت به مردان مورد استفاده قرار داده اند. این تحقیق به بررسی انگیزه های مشارکت زنان روستایی در فعالیت های ترویجی پرداخته و به عوامل انگیزشی موثر در جلب مشارکت زنان در برنامه های ترویجی و مشارکتی می پردازد. این پژوهش با توجه به هدف آن، از نوع علی- قیاسی می باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل 4915 نفر زنان روستایی استان فارس بود که در سال 76 حداقل یکبار در فعالیت های آموزشی ترویجی و مشارکتی مدیریت ترویج و مشارکت مردمی جهاد استان فارس شرکت کرده اند. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 149 نفر زن روستایی بود که بر اساس روش کوکران و با روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای جغرافیایی چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. برای داده پردازی علاوه بر آمار توصیفی از آماره های استنباطی نظیر ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن، آزمون من ویت نی- یو و آزمون کروسکال والیس استفاده شد. در مجموع، اکثر زنان روستایی مورد مطالعه نسبت به برنامه های ترویجی مورد مطالعه اظهار رضایت کرده اند. در یک اولویت بندی از کل انگیزه های مورد بحث انگیزه های «آموختن دانش و مهارت به خاطر علاقه»، «یادگرفتن نکات تازه و جدید» و «استفاده مفید از وقت» در بین زنان مورد مطالعه به ترتیب در اولویت اول تا سوم قرار گرفتند. با استفاده از نتایج تحقیقات قبلی و بررسی سوابق موضوع جمعا 28 انگیزه برای مشارکت در فعالیت های ترویجی استخراج گردید. این انگیزه ها در 4 گروه تقسیم بندی شدند و برای نظرخواهی به پاسخگویان ارایه شد. با توجه به ضریب همبستگی اسپرمن و سطح معنی دار مشاهده گردید. در نهایت پیشنهاد شد که از زنان کارآفرین برای جلب انگیزه زنان روستایی و شرکت آنان در برنامه های آموزشی ترویج استفاده شود و حتی المقدور در برنامه های ترویجی و آموزشی از کارشناس و مروج زن به جای مروجان مرد استفاده شود.

Abstract: 

The man and the human resources are among the most important factors in the realization of development in todays world. Basically, the man power will be converted to human wealth when the society provides for its citizens an appropriate ground for the acquisition of knowledge and skills. Furthermore, the availability of skill learning and various specialities will result in attracting human force in different economic and industrial activities in the society. Since unemployment is the mother of crime and social deviations as well as the origin of social and political unrest in the society and the frusteration of the young. the present article investigates different strategies for providing employment and job opportunities in Khorassan province. Besides, it discusses the issue of job creation and the factors that might motivate people to create job opportunities both in the province and the country. The realization of job opportunities needs basic change in our views about the importance of employment as compared with other economic factors. Bringing people up as entrepreneur rather than job seekers from childhood is a vital issue which this article has tackled.

Abstract: 

The purpose of present research is to identify the main environmental, internal and consequent barriers of CE in Mazandaran University. In order to get the objective of the study, the pattern of CEB, which is applied in non-profit organizations, was used. The independent variables were categorized in three groups: 1) Environmental variables including lack of competition, managers not having authority to make policies or mission, existence of several stakeholder and responding to people, 2) internal variables including inappropriate decisions of higher management in appointment and selection of lower managers, not giving adequate authority to lower managers and complexity and diversity of goals, and 3) consequent variables, including cultural-social variables despite the inefficiency and success, possibility of the organizations continuation of activities despite the inefficiency and frequent changes of managers in short periods of time. The type of this research is applied and the method is descriptive and correlation in which questionnaire and interview were used for data analyses. The population consisted of 87 heads, deputies and managers of the university, 64 of whom answered the questionnaires. According to the results of the study, using Freidmans test, the internal barriers had the least influence. Among the internal barriers, inappropriate decisions of executive managers in appointment and selection of lower managers, among the consequent barriers, the social-cultural variable and among the environmental barriers, lack of competition were the most important of variables of CEB in Mazandaran University. In the end, it was suggested that a more inclusive research be done on other universities to promote the reliability of this research.

In this everchanging world, any policy - makersand expertshave been focused on the problems of employment and it"s complexities. It is obvious that the frame of country"s youth population and increasing work inquiries, requires more attention to this phenomenon. The fact is that, in due to change in traditional economies, in providing imployment and generating production, some temporary industrial projects, are not efficient. In other words, in today"s country situations, which have been most affected by external elements, to decfease the problem of unemployment, the new job opportunities should be defined and introduced to the society. In this paper, the focus woutd be on analysing the infrastructure obstacles facing the problems of country"s unemployment. Finally, with more attention to the different economic sectors with high potential, educational system and production development, the ways that can get rid of this crisis, will be presented.
