Dear Editor: Every year Iranian students of medical sciences share the results of their research projects in the Annual Research Congress of Iranian Medical Sciences Students (ARCIMSS) [1, 2]. This year, the 13th congress was held by the student research committee (SRC) of Babol University of medical sciences in Babolsar town from October 9th to 12th of 2012.

Dear Editor,I am writing to you today to express my excitement and insights from the recently concluded 24th National Congress and the 10th International Student Congress. The event was held in Milad Tower in Tehran from October 4-6, 2023 (1). The Ministry of Health arranges this event in different cities annually (2, 3), which was hosted by Baqiyatallah University of Medical Sciences in 2023. It proved to be a resounding success, attracting a diverse group of scientists, researchers, and experts in medical science from around the world.The congress was attended by 1,200 researchers from across the country. There was a total of 74 panels, consisting of 26 lecture panels and 48 poster panels. Additionally, 600 articles were submitted, covering various topics in medical science such as clinical and basic sciences, artificial intelligence, and pharmaceutical innovation. Following a thorough evaluation, a total of 281 articles were carefully chosen from the submissions as potential candidates for publication in the Trauma Monthly Journal (see attached file).The organizers, Baqiyatallah University of Medical Sciences and the Trauma Monthly Journal, should be highly praised for their collaborative efforts in establishing a dynamic platform that promotes effective communication and collaboration among medical experts. The scientific committee's dedication to using the congress's outcomes, especially the selected trauma-related articles for publication, demonstrates their strong commitment to advancing the field.I believe that the 24th National Congress and the 10th International Student Congress have significantly contributed to advancing medical science, especially in the field of trauma. The 10th International Congress of Iranian Organ Transplantation Society (IRSOT) was held in May 18–20, 2011 in the city of Shiraz, southern Iran. The Congress was attended by around 700 participants including 15 transplant surgeons or clinicians from the region, Europe and the United States. The congress was a forum for sharing ideas, experience and research findings among transplant researchers. During the Congress, in two sessions, almost 50 posters and 40 oral presentations were presented various aspects of organ transplantation.

the 13th Congress of the Middle East Society of Organ Transplantation (MESOT) was held in December 12– 15, 2012, in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Participants of this Congress consisted of physicians, surgeons, scientists, organ procurement personnel, and nurses who were interested in different aspects of solid organ and tissue transplantation. Besides the well-known topics on transplantation, the Congress this year also covered ethical aspects of organ donation to combat transplant commercialism, organ trade and unethical conducts.

The 4th Iranian International Headache Congress was held in Tehran, Iran, from September 16 to 18, 2015. The congress was supported by Iranian Neurological Association under the auspicious of International Headache Society.340 physicians and researchers participated in the congress among them Professor A. Rapoport, Professor R. Cowan, Professor H. Bolay, Dr. F. Maniyar, and Dr. H.Ansari were the international guests.

The scientific study of the nervous system has increased significantly during the recent years. Driven by an ever-expanding base of knowledge, we were encouraged to hold the international Basic and Clinical Neuroscience Congress 2012.The Basic and Clinical Neuroscience Congress 2012 is organized by Tehran University of Medical Sciences and will take place on November 7-9, 2012 in Razi Convention Center, Tehran, Iran.
