Political democracy has mainly developed in respect to the rights for electing and being elected in recent centuries. But by the rise of new social movements, political democracy is inclined to different issues.nonetheless, it would seem that the development of democracy is in such a way that it does not oppose the current political premises in advanced industrial societies, nor does it reject the present socio–economic models. Thus this study argues that new social movements are conservative mainstreams, because they lack an advanced socio-economic alternative. meanwhile, new social movements, from the functional point of view, have a reinforcing role of maintaining political democracy, in final analysis, therefore, the new social movements, in terms of their nature, belong to the conservative forces.

From the political sociology point of view, emerging and continuity of modem societies have been a combined with some kind of totalitarianism in west (as the First step of development), modem nation-states, modem revolutions, modem wars, Formation of totalitarian Communism-Fashism, democratic systems, and at least Globalization, terrorism, Terrorism phenomena has been deep in glomming because of ontology, epistemology, and political sociology, and has been the base of bilateralism and unharmonize Function of national and international political power side. And accordingly this situation has made some kind of disturbance in social and political systems and international relations as a whole. In this research, we take for garented the rise of terrorism by statistic, and the next step Refer to ontology of terrorism according to scholars and politicians point of view. The take for garented that with the falling down of capability of states, sociopolitical movements rise up in national, international, and even global level, and from this perspective, we study terrorism phenomena in level of analysis in which sociopolitical movements formed. At last, we study the function of terrorism mechanism from rational choice point of view.

Considering the meaning of traditional communications and research about its role in the socio-political shia movements can be helpful in many ways besides recognizing the shia identity of the people. It can provide a better understanding of the traditional means of communications, its functions and its potentials, especially in the societies like Iran in which the chief way of communicating is oral. The present article is trying to look at the creative function of the traditional communications and its potentialities in the Constitutional revolution in this area. Also it is trying to present a through picture of the traditional shia way of communications in the social arena. This is done by taking note of sources on the culture and communications. Considering the role and the impact of Shia clergy, Mosques, the pulpit, Bazar, coffee houses, and other collective tradition and religious gatherings they can be helpful to construct new definitions of traditional and Islamic communications. By doing so the impact of the deep and yet the simple and uniqe way of communications of Iranian Islamic oral culture in Shia socio-political arena is understood.
