Abstract: 

In the modern era, gamification is increasingly used as an essential part of services, software, and systems to engage and motivate users and arouse their appropriate behaviors. The main assumption is that gamification can increase the system's ability to meet innate needs and promote the productivity of the staff and system, accordingly. Thus, the present study aims at identifying and prioritizing the factors affecting gamification by applying the fuzzy SWARA approach. This study is applied and qualitative-quantitative in terms of objective and methodology, respectively. The population includes the faculty members of Persia Gulf University who were familiar with the research topic. The sample members were selected through a purposive non-random sampling method of judgment with several 14 members. The researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect the data. By comparatively reviewing the literature and taking the experts' opinion, 16 factors affecting gamification were identified and analyzed. The research results indicate that the variables of ease of use, learning opportunities, and game identification have the highest weights, while the factors of signs, progress ladder, and sociability have the lowest weights. Hence, to implement the gamification approach in Persia Gulf University, the factors with the highest weights should receive the most attention. ty, the factors with the highest weights should receive the most attention.

Abstract: 

Purpose The aim of this study was to design a human resource resilience management model in the context of the corona epidemic based on Islamic teachings with fuzzy riding. Material and Methods: The present research is a practical research in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of the design, and the opinions of thirty religious experts who were familiar with administrative and organizational issues have been used in its implementation process. These people were selected and investigated by snowball method. Finding: To present a resilience management model, twenty components are identified from four dimensions of financialeconomic resilience, physical-biological resilience, culturalsocial resilience and psychological-spiritual resilience identified, the relevant weighting coefficients are extracted and the submitted proposals based on the said component have been extracted. Conclusion: According to studies and expert opinion, the resilience dimensions of human resources during Corona disease pandemic in four dimensions and twenty components have been finalized and the weight coefficients of the physical-biological dimension has the highest value (47. 97) and the social-cultural dimension the lowest The value (10. 15) was obtained.

Abstract: 

An intelligent network agility model and technology, knowledge-based, new, service-oriented, highly economical, low-cost allowing for virtual capabilities and resources. In this research, it has been attempted to determine the effective components of cloud supply agility. Identify and evaluate the effectiveness of each enabler on the results. In this study, the relationship between supply chain agility (with regard to enablers and capabilities) and cloud generation has been investigated in order to quantify the potential impact of ICT strategies on supply chain agility. The method of implementation was descriptive modeling and we tried to finalize the conceptual model using field study through interview and questionnaire (in-and out-of-company experts) with experts and experts in order to provide unit output for agility as well as rate. Their relevance is based on the fuzzy Swaraj model (at ISACO) And refinement of our conceptual model of fuzzy Delphi approach (panel of experts) and using a mathematical model based) ANFIS five inputs and one output) has been trained. The results of this research are identifying the empowering components of the application of productive technologies as well as the effective components in the form of organizational agility (results). The results of this research can help organizations to make decisions about investment in emerging technologies. Abstract: 

امروزه مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار به یک ضرورت استراتژیک برای شرکت ها تبدیل شده است. این نوع زنجیره ها به علت ماهیت پیچیده ای که دارند در معرض ریسک های مختلفی قرار دارند. درنتیجه، شناسایی ریسک های زنجیره تامین ناشی از پایداری، ارزیابی تاثیر آنها و توسعه ابزارهای مدیریت ریسک به مساله مهمی برای مدیران تبدیل شده است.در این راستا، هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و اولویت بندی ریسک های موجود در زنجیره تامین پایدار با استفاده از روش تصمیم گیری چند شاخصه فازی سوارا که به عنوان یکی از نوین ترینروش های تصمیم گیری مطرح است، می باشد. برای تحقق این هدف ابتدا ریسک های موجود در زنجیره های پایدار شناسایی شده، سپس با نظر خبرگان این ریسک هادر حوزه زنجیره تامین یکی از شرکت های قطعه سازی خودرو و با بهره گیری از روش سوارای فازی ارزیابی و اولویت بندی گردیدند. نتایج نشان دهنده آن بود که ابعاد ریسک اجتماعی، ریسک زیست محیطی و ریسک اقتصادی و مولفه های نقض اخلاق در کسب و کار، آلودگی محیط زیست و عدم تحقق تعهد اجتماعی به ترتیب به عنوان مهمترین ابعاد و مولفه های ریسک های پایداری در زنجیره تامین گره صنعتی اورند می باشند. در نهایت پشنهادهایی به شرکت به منظور مدیریت و کاهش اثرات این ریسک ها ارائه شد.

Abstract: 

Cloud computing comes from a new paradigm in order to empower future manufacturing companies to be responsive, customizable and adaptable, and flexible in a word of agility. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of cloud manufacturing on the agility and chaos of the supply chain, as well as to identify the factors affecting cloud manufacturing in the level of supply chain agility. In this study, the relationship between supply chain agility (with regard to empowerment and capabilities) And cloud computing in order to quantify the potential impact of ICT solutions on supply chain agility. The research type in this study is descriptive modeling. This is an applied and developmental study. Using a field study, interviews and a questionnaire with experts and experts were conducted to find the dimensions and components of the conceptual model of the research and their significance based on the fuzzy model (in the company Isako). The fuzzy Delphi method is used to refine the conceptual model and a mathematical model is presented based on ANFIS. The result of this research based on the model of organizational excellence (empowerment and results) approach is to identify the empowering components derived from the use of manufacturing technologies as well as components that are effective in the form of organizational agility (outcomes). The result of this study could facilitate the investment decision on cloud manufacturing technologies and could provide a better understanding of how to use the effectiveness of cloud computing to develop the agility of the supply chain. Due to the increasing expansion of cloud manufacturing technologies as well as rapid changes in the business environment, and the quantitative and qualitative change in customer demand and the need to effectively meet customer demands, this research can be effective in structuring and intelligently selecting agility components from organizations.

Abstract: 

It is well known fact that binary relations are generalized mathematical functions. Contrary to functions from domain to range, binary relations may assign to each element of domain two or more elements of range. Some basic operations on functions such as the inverse and composition are applicable to binary relations as well. Depending on the domain or range or both are fuzzy value fuzzy set, interval fuzzy value fuzzy set or fuzzy number value fuzzy set, define of the fuzzy relation is different. Given a fuzzy relation, its domain and range are fuzzy number value fuzzy sets. In this paper, initially we define fuzzy number value fuzzy sets and then propose fuzzy number-valued fuzzy relation (FN-VFR). We also introduce property of reflexive, symmetric, transitive and equivalence relation of FN-VFR. As follow, we prove some theorems for FN-VFR with property of reflexive, symmetric and transitive. Also, we show examples for FN-VFR.

Abstract: 

Weighted average with normalized weights is a widely used aggregation operator that takes into account the varying degrees of importance of the numbers in a data set. It possesses some important properties, like monotonicity, continuity, additivity, etc., that play an important role in practical applications. The inputs of the aggregation as well as the normalized weights are usually not known precisely. In such a case, their values can be expressed by fuzzy numbers, and the fuzzy weighted average of fuzzy numbers with normalized fuzzy weights needs to be employed in the model. The aim of the paper is to reveal whether and in which way the properties of the weighted average operator can be observed also for its fuzzy extension. It is shown that it possesses three conditions characteristic for aggregation operators { identity, monotonicity and boundary conditions, and besides that, also compensation, idempotency, stability for linear transformation, 1-lipschitzianity, and continuity. Furthermore, it is proved that it preserves strict monotonicity in case of positive fuzzy weights, and symmetry in case of equal fuzzy weights, although it does not coincide with the fuzzy arithmetic mean operator in such a case. One of the most valuable result of the study is the fact that in contrast to the crisp weighted average operator, it is not additive. The importance of the obtained results is discussed and illustrated by several illustrative examples.

Abstract: 

The present paper aimed to develop a bridge management system using a combination of new fuzzy multi-criteria decision making methods. The developed system consists of a three-phase protocol. In the first phase, using past studies, personal intuitions and judgments and experts' experiences, a database containing critical factors affecting the critical condition of bridges was prepared, as well as identifying a number of urban overpass bridges in Tehran city with relatively similar characteristics and in need of maintenance. In the second and third phases, considering the uncertainties in the decision-making problem, by combining Delphi-SWARA-ARAS methods in a fuzzy environment, while screening and prioritizing more efficient and effective critical factors, the critical situation was assessed and the steps studied were selected. The results of Fuzzy SWARA method to determine the effective final factors showed that the factors of seam filling and discontinuity of the bridge related to the main structural index, average and duration of maximum annual rainfall at the bridge location of the main index of climate and hydrology, drainage, water discharge Surface and insulation of the bridge from the main index of safety, proximity and convenience of bridge access to adjacent arterial roads in terms of the main index of strategic (regional) importance, cost-benefit ratio for maintenance or reconstruction and replacement of the bridge from the main budget index and finally The volume of traffic passing over the bridge has gained higher ranks than the main index of traffic and pavement, respectively. Also, the results of Fuzzy ARAS method based on final critical factors (18 factors) showed that among the 24 bridges, Sheikh Fazlollah-SattarKhan, Hakim-Sheikh Baha'i, Hemmat-Africa, Lashkari-Aircraft industries bridges And Resalat-Haqqani with usefulness of 3. 226, 3. 171, 3. 081, 3. 080 and 3. 077, respectively, are considered as the most preferred bridges in terms of the need for maintenance allocation.
