Abstract: 

Environmental pollution over the past three decades has attracted worldwide attention, in the meantime, the issue of noise pollution in cities as widespread problem, but poses greater countries respectively. However, in the age of innovation and equip them to become cities aspects of emerging technologies, is part of the well-being of citizens, but today the car of a significant contribution from the comfort and safety of its citizens is denied. Noise pollution is a growing problem in urban ecosystems that discomfort with the voice of citizens, as loss-inducing factor for mental health, mental and physical well known. Noise is the one of the most important environmental pollutants in urban areas, which is the development of technology. After various aspects of life in today's mechanized world, in various forms are considered disruptive acoustic comfort. Rapid Urbanization and the changing nature of urban functions, population density, changing residential patterns, transport, industry and urban rise. . . and rise to great challenges with regard to noise pollution is relatively emerging. Acoustic comfort generally have two sources of industrial and non-industrial city. Royal believes that the most important factors in making urban acoustic comfort by streets and highways within the city include traffic volume, traffic composition, speed of movement, Flooring and slope of the street, intensity and wind direction, away from buildings and streets is. However, the scale of the world's most prominent sources of urban noise include road traffic, railways, construction, industry, noise from construction activities are. However, from the perspective of urban planning, requirements and considerations urban location and type of establishment of the most important factors affecting comfort or noise pollution is sound. In fact, the city consists of a set of land use types and their relationships are. In today's metropolises, in addition to multiple electronic products (at home, at work, in the streets, public places, etc. ) industries, workshops, shopping centers, streets, sports centers and all construction activities and noise as a source of jobs pollution and discomfort are sound. The land use planning in order to provide the spatial distribution pattern of urban vocalizations operations is a top priority for city planners. traffic problems of environmental issues, especially noise pollution suffered. Method: The dominant approach to research, analyze location. The following map was prepared to measure acoustic comfort segregated areas, where the results of the analysis indicate that the urban areas, in the District 5 district, zone 2 and zone 4 and zone two military police the area ratio (0/827), the district 1 area three, four regional areas 1 and 4, district 4 area, five, six regional district 1, district 4 area seven, area 1 and area industrial by a factor of (0/720) region eight-noise ratio is very high compared to other areas and low acoustic comfort in these areas respectively.  The second dimension, spatial analysis in the metropolitan area of Ahvaz. In Zone Two (0/782) and the six (0/767) than other urban areas, the average coefficient of noise pollution is more and these areas are less acoustic comfort. The main reasons for the high level of noise pollution in these areas can be pointed to the presence of contaminants user and businesses.  After the third, topical analysis. Among the selected indicators involved in noise pollution, heavy industry, passenger terminals, workshops annoying, multiple workshops, the military-disciplinary and cross the road network (motorways and main roads), the most important pollutants are jobs that foreclose it is comfort. Such as such as: railways in the region of six, Ahvaz airport in the region three, there are numerous workshops in six regions, including (workshop stonework in the region, six, and eight in the welding workshop, etc. ), Takhti stadium in four and seven revolution in the region, a regional market (including fruit market, electronics market, etc. ), the center of the military police in the area, Karoon industrial area in region seven, a large number of industries such heavy (Flour Khuzestan, Golriz Company, Inc. Covenant Nasr, pipe factory, etc. ) in the region of six, highway crossing zones two and six and seven and eight regions and passenger terminals located at the end of the street revolution the six-pointed Khorramshahr in the region. Conclusions and Solutions: Research findings indicate that, 4-2 District (Area 4 in Region 2) by a factor of place (0/879) and 1-6 area (Area 1 in 6) by a factor of (0/807) of the lowest comfort 1-5 have audio as well as areas (area 1 in 5) and 5-4 (zone 5 in region 4) had the highest coefficient of acoustic comfort. Also, findings have shown that the establishment of incompatible land uses in the metropolitan area of the main reasons for high pollution in these areas has been poor audio sound and comfort. In order to enhance the acoustic comfort factor in Ahvaz Metropolis is suggested that you first: Accounting and transfer of units and workshops disturb the six metropolitan region of Ahwaz (welding, turning, rough and repair shops) out of town, Second: the implementation of the Plan annoying jobs (collection of hawkers especially from central and transfer to a suitable place), Third, the development of green spaces in metropolitan areas of Ahvaz using two and six plant species suitable environmental conditions areas, Fourth, reform of network traffic engineering in order to avoid the heavy traffic and increase user and create facilities such as public parking in the area and finally, the fifth Decentralization of downtown and core services in the areas of second and third degree.

Abstract: 

The present study aims to introduce a suitable housing investment model in Ahvaz city based on barriers and incentive policies. The present study is applied in terms of purpose, exploratory-explanatory in nature, and descriptive-analytical in terms of implementation method. Documentary and field studies and interviews with experts (Delphi method) were used to collect data. Content analysis method and ATLAS TI software were used to analyze the data. Based on the findings the most important challenges and obstacles to achieve the desired housing investment model are environmental issues and water and drought crises. On the other hand, some policies and opportunities such as changing the way real estate firms receive transaction fees to a fixed transaction fee, acquiring brownfield land, and transferring their warehouse and industrial sectors outside the city limits to create the city's internal capacity for housing development are policies and opportunities that, if implemented and recognized, can somehow control the housing market. While in other countries there are various criteria for appropriate housing location; one of the most successful ones is affordability criteria. In these criteria, in addition to physical criteria, attention is also paid to social, cultural, and ecological sustainability of supportive complexes, improving the quality of life of residents, and ultimately establishing spatial social justice.

Abstract: 

Green space is one of the important components in the city's biological system and it is one of the basic demands of the urban community. Green space should fit with demands and physical volume of the city quantitatively and qualitatively and develop and expand in line with the ecological conditions of the city. This research was carried out to evaluate the effect of green space on the quality of urban life in order to improve the quality of life of citizens in Ahvaz. The method of this research descriptive and post-event type. Data collection was done by using two methods of library and field studies. The statistical population of this research includes all citizens in Ahvaz city. According to Cochran formula, the sample size was 390 people. The questionnaire was distributed randomly among citizens. In this research, five parameters of quality of life in relation to green space were studied and citizens' opinions were analyzed with t-test and spearman correlation test using by SPSS software. The findings showed that the effect of urban green space on the life satisfaction score with a mean of 3. 81 and on social and psychological dimensions was 2. 97 in the 95% confidence level in the mean and significance level. The impact of green space on public health and environment of citizens, with a mean of 3. 58, is meaningful at a high level and all parameters of quality of life with green space are directly and positively related. Green space, as part of the body structure and urban texture, has a very close relationship with people's lives. Therefore, with the increase and improvement of green space in the city, the overall quality of life can be improved.

Abstract: 

The urban space belongs to the general citizens of each city and other individuals present in the city. Therefore, urban planners should aim to create comfort and security for citizens to improve the urban space through appropriate and proficient management. The purpose of this research was to investigate the desirability of urban space in Ahwaz. The research methodology employed a quantitative approach in a descriptive-analytical manner, and the statistical population consisted of all citizens aged 15 and above in Ahwaz in 2020. Using Cochran’s formula, a sample size of 375 was estimated, considering all urban areas of Ahwaz as a cluster. The collected information was analyzed using the SPSS software, employing a one-sample t-test, independent t-test, and one-way analysis of variance. The results indicate that the desirability of urban space in Ahwaz falls below the standard and desirable level, with District 2 being in a more favorable situation among the eight districts of Ahwaz.

Abstract: 

IntroductionThe city is a manifestation of political economy and spatial reflection of the difference in socioeconomic characteristics that is manifested in the physical structure. One of the major challenges of urban management today is the issue of poverty, which is considered to be the greatest human tragedy. A closer look at the urban poverty challenge shows that poverty has a multifaceted nature and structure and therefore requires a proper analysis of the structures. The spatial extent of poverty includes the different forms, titles and causes of its formation in cities. Although areas of poverty have been addressed by local and global communities due to their adverse consequences, despite efforts to improve the quality of housing in areas of poverty, spatial analysis of urban poverty structures in addressing the issues of these areas has been neglected. Ahvaz metropolis is one of the cities that face problematic, worn, inefficient and heterogeneous spaces inside and on the outskirts. In this article, according to the necessity of spatial analysis of urban poverty structures, the target areas are to create an information layer and prepare the ground for the preparation and implementation of poverty alleviation programs and improving the quality of housing in the poverty areas of Ahvaz metropolis. The main question is about the general state of poverty and its structures in the dilapidated and dysfunctional contexts of the Ahvaz metropolis.MethodologyThe present research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of nature it uses descriptive-analytical and survey method. The typology of spatial areas of poverty in the metropolis of Ahvaz and the recognition of worn and dysfunctional tissues through operational translation and application of old and new criteria of worn and dysfunctional tissues, in the form of theoretical foundations led to the development of research rules. A total of 49 urban poverty structures were operationalized in the form of three components: social, economic and physical-environmental. To determine the sample size through Cochran's formula and Morgan table, 457 researcher-made questionnaires were considered. The sample size in each neighborhood was determined by the method of optimal allocation and the questionnaires were distributed in a systematic random method in 11 identified poverty zones of the target, for field perception of the general poverty situation among the heads of living households. The collected data after integration in each neighborhood were spatially analyzed in SPSS software by comparing the final results of Z-Score and SAR techniques for poverty zones. The zoning map of worn and inefficient tissues of Ahvaz metropolis and the bar chart of worn and inefficient tissues were drawn by ArcGIS10.8 and Excel software, respectively.Result and discussionResults show Identify area of poverty and spatial analysis of its urban poverty structures is effective at all scales and fields for planning and empowering the inhabitants of weak areas and preventing the consequences of poverty. 42 neighborhoods with inefficient texture in Ahvaz metropolitan were identified and classified as urban poverty domains in 5 deferment types. Finally, the fifth species of urban spatial poverty domains (urban worn-out and inefficient texture) including 11 neighborhoods between them were recognized as target areas. Public indicators of poverty or urban poverty structures in the form of three social, economic, physical- environmental factors through 457 in target areas show that Amere is in first place and Sekhereyeh, Koye Alavi and Hasir Abad jointly are in second place. Eain2, Aliabad, Sayahi, Malasheyeeh, Manba Abb, Koye Karoon and Koye Allesafi are in third to ninth place of final ranking of public situation of poverty based on spatial analysis of urban poverty structures. It seems that the issue of urban poverty areas of Ahvaz Metropolitan is a function of the growth trend of poverty in the whole country. Unemployment difficulties, limited use of Production  capacities, weak economic bases and lack of deserving optimal allocation of resources, facilities and services in the city, has led to inconsistency of space in the neighborhoods of Ahvaz and the appearance of poverty zones.ConclusionIn this article, since the geography perspective is the basis for social, economic, physical, environmental and so on development, and the complexity of issues of poverty zones, avoids from prescribing radical strategies and we believe the solution is appropriate measures for doing sustainable regeneration communities and each kind of poverty reduction programs and reform its poverty structures. Urban managers and Planners should refer to the approach of sustainable regeneration of neighborhoods with community-oriented, holistic, comprehensive, strategic and integrated features. As the largest surgery in worn-out and inefficient textures which causes injection and   circulates of huge capitals and investment in the neighborhood and raise and improves the quality of life in them. At present, no complete action has been taken to regeneration in Ahvaz. Major Measures done including: Preparation comparative scheme, for Manba Abb and Koyekaron neighborhoods, which includes the construction of a retaining wall and solving some legal problems related to land ownership, to facilitate, the use of bank credit, securing, setting up facilitation offices, and defining the space, commercial and green, as well as forecasts for the relocation and resettlement of 811 households are resided in danger zones. To reduce urban poverty,  we first need accurate knowledge, accurate measurement, documentary and realistic analysis. Such cognition requires the definition, invention, and application of appropriate indicators, indicators, and methods that are consistent with the existing realities of urban development. The application of these indicators should be done with the aim of promoting economic, social, physical-environmental and improving living conditions and individual and public security and help increase the authority and ability of citizens to achieve real development. "The priority of intervention and reconstruction in dilapidated and inefficient neighborhoods of Ahvaz metropolis is also with the neighborhoods that have the lowest ranks and have the worst general poverty situation in terms of study indicators."

Abstract: 

شهرهای امروزه به سبب انقلاب صنعتی و نتیجتا افزایش چشمگیر جمعیت انسانها و مهاجرت گسترده به شهرها بیش از پیش دارای توسعه عمودی و افقی شده است. این مساله علاوه بر نابودی و تخریب مراتع و جنگل ها موجب مشکلات بارگذاری جمعیت و سکونت آن ها را در پیش داشته است. همزمان با رشد افقی شهرها و گسترش شبکه های ترافیکی و کمبود فضاهای باز، معضلات و آلودگی های شهری نیز افزایش می یابد. یکی از مسائل مورد توجه امروز کلان شهر ها، کمبود فضاهای باز قابل استفاده جهت استفاده ساکنین به عنوان فضای سبز و استفاده در مواقع بحرانی می باشد. از طرفی ناکارآمدی زیرساخت های شهری و دسترسی ضعیف ساکنین به آب و فاضلاب شهری و منابع انرژی از دیگر مشکلات افزایش تراکم جمعیتی ساکنین شهرها است. طراحی شهری عمودی به عنوان یک نظریه جدید در راستای حل مشکلات شهری ناشی از کمبود زمین، خصوصا در کلانشهرها در عصر حاضر بیش از پیش در حال بررسی است. هدف اصلی این مقاله درک مفاهیم، مزایا و معایب طراحی شهری عمودی در متون تخصصی و در نمونه موردی مورد بررسی (محله کیانپارس اهواز) است که بر اساس مطالعات میدانی و تهیه پرسشنامه و نتایج حاصل از آن استخراج شده است. نتایج مورد استفاده در این پژوهش در به کار گیری هدفمند مدیریت شهری در توسعه این محله و محلات مشابه موثر خواهد بود. این پژوهش در نهایت از تاثیر بلندمرتبه سازی در رشد قطب های شهری و بازتاب آن در اقتصاد، اجتماع و توسعه پایدار در محله کیانپارس اهواز، به عنوان سوال اصلی پژوهش مساله گشایی می شود.

Abstract: 

Due to the globalization of the economy and the fluidity of capital, the competitiveness of metropolises is one of the most important vital strategies. In this regard, branding based on the environmental capabilities, including the optimal use of the geographical foundation of urban rivers, for example, the cities of London and Paris, are among the fundamental strategies to achieve this importance. But the problem of this research was that Ahvaz metropolis has not been able to use Karun River as an influential brand to attract customers, tourists, investors, global companies and to obtain target markets-according to its capabilities, which logically the roots should be considered to investigate the subject. Therefore, the present study followed an exploratory approach and used a descriptive-analytical method based on library and documentary studies. Also, the qualitative method of data theory (grounded theory) and content analysis has been used. The research tool was MAXQDA software. According to the findings, which were done in combination with presenting some suggestions, the background and intervention conditions were not suitable. Therefore, to achieve the Karun River as an influential brand of Ahvaz metropolis and its benefits, there is a need for four strategies, including necessary and immediate measures, urban planning and architecture measures, social and cultural measures, and measures specific to the Karun waterway.

Abstract: 

Ahvaz metropolis due to its sensitive and unique position in the realms of energy strategy and geo-economic, geo-culture, and geostrategic position of Iran, has strategic position from the perspective of an urban passive defense for the Islamic Republic of Iran. Hence, it is the optimum model of locationspecific applications (vital and sensitive) with respect to adjacency issues and one of the passive defense requirements in this city. This study had extracted the location-proximity to vital and sensitive land use in Ahwaz after the recognition of the principles of passive defense and spatial position standards in place. This study is functional in terms of target and descriptive-analytic in terms of method. The study sample is consisted of all vital and sensitive land use categories, urban installations, facilities management, military-security, support and transportation within the city of Ahvaz. Prevailing approach to data analysis is position analysis and for analysis data the combined model of FGIS-FAHP has been used. In order to analyze the data, after extracting spatial standards, the map distances have been prepared according to the principles of proximity and vicinity in the Special lane use and after next maps overlay in the five named lane use, the fuzzy spatial models derived from particular lane use proximity. The Research findings have shown that 57% percent of especially land use was located in the critical zone of the high risk the principles of proximity between 29%-55% have been served. The results show that the region of 7 from principles of proximity Point of View are known as the most vulnerable area of the municipality of the City of Ahwaz and the region of 5 are known as the safest region in Ahvaz.
