Abstract: 

Recently, the interest in cybercrime and cybersecurity has increased dramatically both in terms of critical security issues and national economic information infrastructure and sensitive dealing policies, such as protection and data privacy. Moreover, the growing threat of cybersecurity has prompted the kingdom to pay more attention to its national cybersecurity strategy as the state embarks on a Vision 2030 plan, which aims to diversify the economy and create new jobs. Therefore, Any Computer system is always having security threats which are considered a big problem, and this includes application Codes as increasing demand. The paper aims to give detailed information about secure Coding with Python and present security Guidelines and considerations in di erent disciplines. It focuses on giving an overview of the authentication methods used in the application (Code) and showing program security mistakes to introduce vulnerabilities (Ex. SQL Injection). We review the new user authentication techniques, making it easier for the manager to choose the appropriate techniques for his organization by understanding the way it works, its advantages, and disadvantages. The administrator can integrate these mechanisms in a manner that is appropriate for his security plan. This will be useful for programmers and users to keep their codes and applications more secure and viable for usage in sensitive environments.

Abstract: 

Introduction: There are many demands for accuracy coded data with purpose of the systemic recording, analysis, interperation and comparison of morbidity and mortality data collected in different countries. Therefore the importance of accurate Coding cannot be ignore. Meaningful and comparative statistics needs accurate and comprehensive Coding and it requires knowledge of rules and Guidelines for ICD. So coders must be knowledge about Guidelines for producing quality data. Goal of the research was determining coder's knowledge of Coding Isfahan hospitals.Methods: It is a descriptive study carried out on all coders (N=32) in hospitals affiliated with Isfahan University o Medical Sciences. The data was collected by a researcher-made questionnaire which was validated by experts and its reliability was confirmed by test retest.Results analyzed by SPSS.Results: The mean of accurate response of coders was approximately 45%. Maximum of the coders awareness of the questions was about selection of main diagnosis and related procedures (69%) and procedures Guidelines (51%). Also minimum of the coders awareness was about selection main diagnosis among other diagnoses (32%) and general Coding Guidelines (35%).Conclusion: The coders awareness about axes except the first goal was lesser than 50%. It resulting in not missing of information but inaccurate classification and unreliable reporting.Outcome of its is inefficiency of Coding units and alteration their mission specially research in educational hospitals.

Abstract: 

Background: The accurate retrieval of cancer data in health information systems depends on the correct Coding and classifi cation of data. Thus, it is essential to provide continuous training for clinical coders and ensure the eff ectiveness of this training to achieve high-quality data. Objectives: The present study aimed at evaluating the eff ectiveness of the training workshop on ICD-10 cancer Coding Guidelines for clinical coders. Methods: The present study was performed to evaluate the eff ectiveness of Coding Guidelines training regarding the second chapter of ICD-10 (2016 ed. ). Forty-fi ve clinical coders have participated in the study. A researcher-made questionnaire was provided for Guidelines data gathering, with the scoring system of Likert (0 to 5 points) at the reaction level, and by and pre-and post-test questionnaires at the learning level. The descriptive statistics were applied on the reaction level and the paired sample t-test was performed on the reaction level data. Results: The results of descriptive statistics revealed that the learners had 84. 4% of the average satisfaction with the training courses The paired-samples test indicated that, at the learning level, a signifi cant diff erence (P = 0. 000) existed between the mean pre-and post-test scores. Conclusions: Based on Kirkpatrick’ s model, the training program resulted in satisfaction and improved the clinical coders skills regarding cancer Coding. It is recommended that health information managers hold eff ective training courses to enhance the coders’ knowledge and skills.

Abstract: 

Identification of the exact location of an exon in a DNA sequence is an important research area of bioinformatics. The main issues of the previous signal processing techniques are accuracy and robustness for the exact locating of exons. To address the mentioned issues, in this study, a method has been proposed based on deep learning. The proposed method includes a new preprocessing, a new mapping method, and a multi-scale modified and hybrid deep neural network. The proposed preprocessing method enriches the network to accept and encode genes at any length in a new mapping method. The proposed multi-scale deep neural network uses a combination of an embedding layer, a modified CNN, and an LSTM network. In this study, HMR195, BG570, and F56F11.4 datasets have been used to compare this work with previous studies. The accuracies of the proposed method have been 0.982, 0.966, and 0.965 on HMR195, BG570, and F56F11.4 databases, respectively. The results reveal the superiority and effectiveness of the proposed hybrid multi-scale CNN-LSTM network.

Abstract: 

Semen analysis is usually the firs t s tep in the assessment of male fertility. Although analyzes provide valuable information about male fertility, success of cytoplasmic sperm injection using this method is not predictable. In the recent years, s tudies have shown that sperm quality assessment helps clinicians predict male fertility s tatus based on the expression of biomarkers. To write this article, a comprehensive s tudy was conducted on several RNA transcripts by searching related words on medical information databases by 2018. According to the literature, spermatogenesis based disorders in male infertility have a significant relationship with the expression level of some RNA molecules (like DAZ and PRM1/PRM2 ratio) in semen and tes ticular tissue. Thus, they might be used as predictor biomarkers to evaluate success rate of tes ticular sperm extraction (TESE) procedure, but confirmation of this hypothesis requires more extensive research. By comparing the number of RNAs attributed to each fertility disorder in men, it is possible to trace the causes of disease or return fertility to some infertile patients by regulating the mentioned molecules. Further researches can provide a better unders tanding of the use of RNA expression profiles in the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility.

Abstract: 

In this article, polar codes that have recently been presented by Arikan, to integrate channel Coding and encryption is used. Polar coded bits are divided into two categories. The first batch are the bits that virtual high-capacity channels of the passage that briefly bits of high-capacity are called and the information on it. The second group are bits that are virtual channels with capacity for short passes that "constant bits" are called. In the first proposal of fixed bits as we use encryption key, and on all bits of the plan (data bits and fixed bits) are key. In fact, the plan proposed 8-bit Arikan, we use the 8 key. Then, the proposed method is that it can be applied to the number of key bits can be reduced. The encryption system is effective and desirable that, in addition to the high complexity and lack of correlation between bits, the least it used to be key.

Abstract: 

The progress of the technology in the recent decades has caused the video transmission by communication channels to meet high demands. Therefore, many methods have been proposed to improve the quality of the video under channel errors. The aim of this paper is to increase the Peak Signal to the Noise Ratio (PSNR) for video reconstructed by the receiver. This is achieved by increasing channel encoder rate but in constant transmission rate. In the proposed method the video frames’ parts containing more energy are coded by the local channel Coding inside the source encoder. Then, the resulted data is embedded in the low power frames’ parts. The proposed method is able to increase the channel Coding rates without increasing the amount of the information for any frame. This method provides more robustness for video frames against channel errors. The proposed method is tested for different source Coding rates and several Signals to Noise Ratio (SNRs) for channel and the obtained results are compared with a new method.
