Abstract: 

The rate of applying cruciform columns with bolted connection in double directed moment resisting frames and tubular systems has positive trend because of their architectural advantages. Construction of double plate for shear strengthening panel zone and continuity plate, with regard to special moment resisting frame requirement, needs convenient DETAIL which is presented in this research. There was no applicable information in this research field, so new constructional DETAILs involving inclined plates and vertical angles were presented in order to strengthen the panel zone. Furthermore, the different welding configurations were studied. For this reason, 16 nonlinear numerical models were simulated to study different constructional DETAIL of panel zone. In present research, steel material and weld behavior were evaluated by fracture indexes of material. Results show the performance of panel zone will be improved by using proposed constructional DETAILs.

Abstract: 

Introduction: With due attention to great application of irreversible hydrocolloid impression material in treatment dentistry and importance accuracy of impression in final result of treatment was necessary to study the all of effect factors on the accuracy impression. So this study was done for comparison of surface DETAIL reproduction some of the kinds of irreversible hydrocolloid.Materials and Methods: In this laboratorial experimental study, was used the recommended laboratoril model of the standard (Iran) and research organization, with the registration number 2787. The form of this model was a stainless steel slotted block in 20, 50 and 75 sizes. The impression materials that used were Super Iralgin, Iralgin and Bayer irreversible hydrocolloid. For each materials was take 20 impression in the same conditions and was poured with type III gypsum and totally 60 cast models was earned. These models were observed with steriomicroscope randomly and each of the identical lines 20, 50 and 75 were allowed with a specific score. For evaluation of the results was used statistic analysis of Mann-Whitney Test and Kruskal Walli's (a = 0.05).Results: In registration of 20-line, 20 samples of Super Iralgin had sore 3, 19 samples of Regular Iralgin and Alginoplast had score3 and 1 sample score 4. The difference among these 3 groups was not significant (p value = 0.601). In registration of 50-line, 15 samples of Super Iralgin had score 2 and 5 samples had score 3, 7 samples of Alginoplast, had score 2, 13 samples had score 3, 6 samples of in Regular Iralgin had score 2 and 14 samples had score 3.The difference among these 3 groups was significant (p value = 0.008). In registration of 75-line, 15 samples of Super Iralgin had score 1 and 5 samples had score 2, 7 samples of Aliginoplast score 1 and 13 samples had score 2, 6 samples of Regular Iralgin had score 1 and 14 samples had score 2. The difference among these 3 groups was significant (p value = 0.008).Conclusion: In registration each three lines, the super Iralgin was more precises than the other types and was an ideal impression material. In registration of 20-line, Regular Iralgin and Alginoplast were in the same level, but in registration two others lines, Alginoplast was more precise. It is better to advise to the factory necessary recommendations to improve the quality of the Regular Iralgin material.

Abstract: 

The Barite mine of Komshecheh is located in north eastern of Isfahan province and south western of Ardestan County at 30o12' N, 52o02' E coordinates.The ore reserves are formed among anticlines which their main axle public orientation are north eastern-south western. Barite occurs above crest lines and toward down and beside anticlines. Barite reserves are located beneath a conical hill that their stones are Triassic Dolomite.Based on the exploration operation, Barite is located among Triassic Dolomite as three main veins and some layer like forms; these layers are accordance with sedimentary layers.Komshecheh barite generally considered as worthy mine, containing 20 percent of Fluorine and lower percentage of Calcite and Quartz inside veins. Veins’ protractions are north-south and their slopes are almost vertical and somewhere are 80 degree to east. Totally, the amounts of Fluorine among veins are layer concentration form and Barite concentration looking like lenses inside a layer form.

Abstract: 

Background and Aims: Gypsum products are used for several different purposes. Adaptation and success of casting restorations are dependent on dimensional accuracy, strength, and reproduction of DETAILs of dental gypsums. This study was designed to evaluate the dimensional changes and accurate DETAILs reproduction of three type IV dental gypsums. Materials and Methods: 60 samples in 3 groups of dental gypsums of G30, Yeti Rock and FujirockEP were evaluated. The DETAIL reproduction of 50 micron scratched line was analyzed by a microscope at 12× magnification. The samples were assayed for dimensional changes at 2 and 24 hours and 1 week after pouring. Photograph images were taken from samples in fixed distance by a camera (Canon D600) and analyzed in corel draw software. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and chi-square (P<0. 05). Results: There were significant differences in the DETAILs reproduction between three gypsums (P≤ 0. 05) and the highest values was for Fujirock EP, Yeti Rock. The G30 did not reconstruct the DETAILs. There was no significant difference in the dimensional changes of the evaluated gypsums based on time (P≥ 0. 05). Conclusion: All three different gypsums evaluated in this study showed the dimensional stability during one week. Fujirock EP and Yeti Rock could reconstruct the DETAILs and G30 gypsum could not.

Abstract: 

Today, politeness is mostly manifested in the use of its ostensible words, and traces of deep manners that indicate true education and creation of inner manners can rarely be found. In addition to mentioning external etiquette, the Holy Quran also mentions innate and deep manners to serve as a comprehensive plan to build human beings born with manners and a human society committed to manners. It is worth mentioning that in addition to the physical health of its members, a sound society needs their mental health depending in its turn on the manners and etiquette of its people in interacting with each other.The type of research is fundamental and descriptive-analytical method has been used. The method of collecting information is documentary. The documents used are the verses of the Holy Quran.Since the rules of manners mentioned in the Holy Quran have been required by the creator of human, the most comprehensive and necessary points related to etiquette have been mentioned. These points define the duties and rights of human beings in their interaction with each other and it can be claimed that if they are observed, human relations with God and other human beings related to them will be improved and many family, kinship and social disputes and dissensions will be resolved. The explanation factor researches the set of verses raised around a specific topic with the aim of measuring the amount of emphasis of the Holy Quran on that topic.The many emphasized topics that we have found in this research bring the emphasis on the topics raised in the Holy Qur'an.

Abstract: 

Fatigue analysis and estimation of safe life of structures that are subjected to cyclic loadings, such as ships and offshore structures is one of the most important steps of structural design. Fatigue failure in the form of crack will start from DETAILs and propagate in structure. In steel structures these cracks will started from welds. Most of the methods for fatigue life assessment in welded connections are based on stress values at critical points, called "hot spot".Determination of hot spot stress is done by finite element analysis with using some empirical relations, which is expected to be the most practical method. These empirical relations are mostly based on linearization of stress through the thickness or extrapolating the stress to the hot spot locations. In this paper, different methods are reviewed for the evaluation of hot spot stress at a typical ship structural DETAIL by finite element analysis and the results are compared with an experimental data. Accuracy and sensitivity of hot spot stress to finite element meshing is investigated, and the best method for calculation of hot-spot stress based on required accuracy, time and money is proposed.

Abstract: 

Statement of Problem: Although the basic use of tissue conditioners is to treat inflamed mucosa, they are also employed as functional impression materials. No information was obtained on the reproduction of surface DETAIL of these materials over time.Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate changes in the surface quality of three tissue conditioners after being immersed in water for a period of time.Materials and Method: DETAIL reproduction was determined by using from a ruled test block the same it was specified in ISO Specification 4823. Three tissue conditioners (GC, Acrosoft, and Visco-gel) were evaluated. Samples were made by pouring freshly mixed materials into a ruled test block. The samples were then stored in distilled water for either of the followings periods of time: 0 hour, 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days. Subsequently, the dental stone was mixed with distilled water and poured on each sample and allowed to remain for 60 minutes. Then, 25 specimens were prepared. The DETAIL reproduction was determined based on what is specified in ISO Specification 4823. The samples were examined under a stereo-microscope with low-angle illumination. The data was analyzed through running Kruskal-Wallis Test and Mann-Whitney Test.Results: The three materials had minimum standard of DETAIL reproduction. The DETAIL reproduction were more significantly influenced by the time period of immersion in water (p<0.0005) than the type of the material. The best DETAIL reproduction was pertained to Visco-gel not immersed in water. Acrosoft was less influenced by the time period of immersion in water than the two other types.Conclusion: The DETAIL reproduction may be attributed to chemical composition. The type of material and immersion time had a significant effect, while the effect of the type was less significant. The best time for making functional impressions was ranges from 0 to 24 hours.
