Abstract: 

BACKGROUND AND AIM:CLOSTREIDIA PERERFRIGENS IS ANAEROBIC BACTERIA WITH SECTATION EPSILON TOXIN THAT CAUSED ENTEROTOXAEMIA IN MAN AND ANIMAL. IN THIS STUDY, IT IS CHARACTERIZED TWO MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES (4D7, 5B7) SHOWN TO NEUTRALIZE THE CYTOTOXIC ACTIVITY OF EPSILON TOXIN BY IN VITRO TECHNIQUE WITH STAINING MDCK CELL CULTURE. METHODS:IN THIS SURVEY CYTOTOXICITY OF EPSILON TOXIN ON MDCK CULTURE TECHNIQUE WAS STUDIED. THE EFFECTS OF INHIBITORY OF TWO MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES 4D7, 5B7 NEUTRALIZE EPSILON TOXIN OF CLOSTREIDIA THAT WAS CULTURED ON MDCK CELLS BY STAINING 7-ACTINODIAMINE DYE. RESULTS: IT WAS SHOWED THAT THE TWO MONOCLONAL NEUTRALIZING ANTIBODIES 4D7, 5B7 INHIBITED THE PORE FORMING ACTIVITY OF EPSILON TOXIN AND REDUCED THE EPSILON TOXIN BOUND TO MDCK CELLS AT 4 ºC  CONCLUSION:EPITOPES RECOGNIZED BY 4D7, 5B7 ANTIBODIES THAT NEUTRALIZED THE ACTIVITIES OF TOXIN AND PROVIDE VALUABLE INFORMATION THAT MAY BE USED IN THE DEVELOPMENT ANTITOXIN THERAPIES.

Abstract: 

Objective: Investigation of the suitability of electrospun Poly (e-caprolactone) (PCL) nanofiber scaffold for the Vero cell culture.Materials and Methods: Electrospinning was used for production of PCL nanofibers scaffolds. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), MTT assay, hematoxylin staining and histology analysis were used to investigate the cell morphology, viability, attachment and infilteration of the vero cells on the PCL nanofiber scaffolds.Results: The results of the MTT assay, SEM images and hematoxylin staining showed that Vero cells attach and spread on PCL nanofiber scaffolds. The proliferation of Vero cells is as well as that of control group, but histological analysis showed the lack of cell infilteration into the scaffolds, which was found to be due to the small diameters of the pores of nanofibrous scaffold.Conclusion: The result of this study show that PCL nanofiber scaffolds are suitable for cell culture, proliferation and attachment and Vero cells attach and proliferate on PCL nanofiber scaffolds.

In this paper, using the linear form of FDH model, its dual programming problem is determined and the role of the non-Archimedean number e is studied. Then, by solving n linear programming problem, an assurance interval is attached.
