Abstract: 

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی خواص فیزیکی لایه های ITO بر روی دو نوع مختلف زیر لایه، بر حسب تغییر توان کندوپاش و در نهایت بدست آوردن لایه ای بهینه با مقاومت ویژه حداقل و شفافیت مناسب در محدوده مرئی می باشد. در ابتدا لایه های نازک رسانا و شفاف اکسید ایندیم آلاییده به قلع (ITO) با استفاده از هدف سرامیکی ، (In2O3-SnO2, 90-10wt%) ITO)  بر روی زیرلایه های شیشه و بستر انعطاف پذیر PET به شیوه کندوپاش RF لایه نشانی شده اند. پس از انجام لایه نشانی، خواص الکتریکی، اپتیکی، ساختار کریستالی و ساختار سطحی نمونه ها با کمک آنالیزهای اندازه گیری مقاومت چهار پروبی، طیف سنجی UV/VIS/IR،  XRDو AFM مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان می دهند که لایه های نازک ITO که بر روی بستر انعطاف پذیر PET لایه نشانی شده اند، دارای 77% میانگین درصد عبور نوری و مقاومت ویژه 9.4×10-3 Wcm هستند در حالیکه بر روی زیر لایه شیشه میانگین درصد عبور نوری 83% و مقاومت ویژه 9.4×10-3 Wcm است. بررسی های انجام شده نشان می دهند که با توجه به مقادیر بدست آمده، این لایه برای ساخت سلول های خورشیدی مناسب است.

Abstract: 

Poly (ETHYLENE adipate) و نانوکامپوزیت poly (ETHYLENE adipate)/silica شامل 3 درصد وزنی SiO2 بوسیله روش درجا تهیه شدند. انجام آزمون برروی رفتار سنتیک بلورینگی غیر همدما توسط کالری متری روبشی تفاضلی (DSC) صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که حضور نانوذرات سیلیکا به دلیل اثر هسته زایی ناهمگن این ذرات بر روی ماتریکس پلیمری، باعث افزایش سرعت فرآیند بلورینگی می شود. بر طبق نتایج به دست آمده، ترکیب روابط Avrami و Ozawa مدل بهتری را برای آزمودن این سیستم به دست می دهد.

Abstract: 

Oxidation of ETHYLENE to ETHYLENE oxide over silver catalyst and selenium modified catalyst has been studied by continuous flow and pulse techniques over the temperature range of 230-280 degrees C. The results are discussed in terms of reaction mechanisms proposed by others, rejecting mechanisms which involve peroxide formation. It has been shown that not only selectivity towards ETHYLENE oxide production increases considerably by introduction of 0.01 atom percent of selenium into silver, but the reactivity increases also. Above 270 degrees C selectivity drops almost to the level of unmodified catalyst because selenium atoms diffuse into the grooves between silver crystals on the surface of catalyst. It has also been shown that intermolecular conversion of ETHYLENE oxide to acetaldehyde decreases.

Abstract: 

MEMBRANE TECHNOLOGY IS PROMISING FOR CO2 CAPTURE FROM FOSSIL FUEL POWER PLANTS DUE TO ITS ADVANTAGEOUS OVER OTHER TECHNOLOGIES. IN THE PRESENT WORK, MEMBRANES FROM ETHYLENE VINYL ACETATE (EVA) COPOLYMER CONTAINING 28% VINYL ACETATE AND ITS BLENDS WITH LOW MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLY(ETHYLENE GLYCOL) PEG WERE PREPARED AND THE SEPARATION PROPERTIES OF THE MEMBRANES FOR CO2/N2 HAS BEEN DISCUSSED. THE POSSIBLE PEG CONTRIBUTION IN THE POLYMERIC BLEND WAS UP TO 20 WT% OF CONTENT AND THE MEMBRANES WITH MORE THAN 20 WT% OF PEG WERE STICKY WITH LOW MECHANICAL RESISTANCE FOR GAS PERMEATION EXPERIMENTS. THE GAS TRANSPORT PROPERTIES OF THE MEMBRANES FOR CO2 AND N2 WERE DETERMINED AND THE RESULTS WERE CORRELATED WITH THE MORPHOLOGY AND MEMBRANE CRYSTALINITY. THE CO2 AND N2 PERMEABILITY WILL INCREASE WITH THE ADDITION OF PEG CONTENT. CO2/N2 SELECTIVITY WILL INCREASE WHILE INCREASING PEG CONTENT UP TO 10 WT% BUT IT FALLS DOWN BY MORE INCREASING PEG WEIGHT FRACTION IN THE MEMBRANE.

Abstract: 

Hydrolysis of ETHYLENE-vinyl acetate copolymer in alkaline conditions using two systems of NaOH/methanol and KOH/isopropanol has been studied and the formation of ETHYLENE-vinyl alcohol copolymer was systematically examined using NMR spectroscopy and DSC measurements. Vinyl acetate weight percentage and the degree of hydrolysis were calculated from NMR spectroscopy and it is shown that hydrolysis by NaOH/methanol system has higher rate and reaches a maximum of nearly 100 percent compared with KOH/isopropanol system. DSC was used to follow melting temperature and DH of the hydrolysis products. The results have shown that the obtained copolymers have higher melting temperature and DH indicating that ETHYLENE-vinyl acetate copolymer is converted to ETHYLENE-vinyl alcohol. Moreover, DSC confirms the results of NMR in which higher degree of hydrolysis is reached using NaOH/methanol system. Based on the experimental results and system used, the hydrolysis is reached its maximum between 10 and 30 min in this study.
