The aim of this article is not to open up the theoretical backgrounds, but it is going to provide a perspective, though briefly, in the field of car Electronics and utilizing the patterns in their suitable stand in order to make this view practical (from Electronics point of view , suggested methods for upgrading homemade car production).Nowadays, governments are trying to control the amount of toxic, dangerous and harmful pollutants production by the ecology rules and regulations. Of course, in these societies, considering their limited resources in huge economy, it is an undeniable necessity to save as much fuel as possible from one side, and considering the possibility of satellite connection and suitable communication infrastructures, a car is not taken as a mere transport means from the other side.

In this paper the traditional and state-of-the-art educational methods and experience in teaching of power electronic devices for undergraduate students are described. The main attention is dedicated to possibilities how to improve the study using e-learning methods. The interactive screens with animations created for better understanding features of power semiconductor devices are presented.

Purpose: The present study aims to examine the knowledge flow among inventors as presented in . the patents based on geographical distribution indexes.Methodology: Using network analysis methodology, this survey tries to give a complete view of knowledge flow in patents in the fields of Electricity & Electronics as indexed in USPTO Web patent.Finding/ Results: Regarding measures of centrality, results indicated that countries such as the United States, Japan, Germany, France, Taiwan, and South Korea have more influence on the network of inventors than others. Data analysis also showed that “citation” can be used as. criterion a proper criterion for evaluating knowledge flow.Findings/Results: The pattern of Inventor’s Network in the field of Electricity & Electronics can be divided into three categories: powerful countries, active countries, and powerless countries. Cooperation among these groups forms the network of knowledge flow in the two areas. Based on research findings, interested countries can use the model of knowledge flow network. Moreover, the findings revealed that with the continuation of cooperation of active countries in the network of knowledge flow in both areas, it can be expected that a number of countries, such as Iran, may end up to appear in the category of powerful countries in the network of inventors.
