Abstract: 

In this paper, we propose a new method for short block length Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) code design. The experimental results show that codes designed using the proposed algorithm have better performance compare to the other short block length LDPC codes. For LDPC code design in short block length, two problems arise: first analytical estimation of code performance using density evolution method is unusable because of infinity of code length in this method. Second because of high code density, the probability of short loop in code graph (Girth) is high that dramatically reduces the code performance. We propose solution for both problems. First, code structure is designed in such a way that the code performance is near to that of the density evolution method estimates and second by improving Extended Bit Filling algorithm, short block length is controlled.

Abstract: 

شیر ESL، شیر پاستوریزه شده ای است که با یک فرایند اضافی، زمان ماندگاری آن به حداقل چند روز در دمای 4 درجه سانتی گراد افزایش می یابد، بدن اینکه تغییرات مهمی در کیفیت آن حاصل شود. زمان ماندگاری یک محصول غذایی مدت زمانی است که کیفیت میکروبی و ارگانولپتیکی آن قابل قبول باشد و یا به عبارتی در مورد شیر، تعداد روزهایی است که(spc) standard plate count  آن به 20000 در 7 درجه سانتی گراد برسد. همانطور که می دانیم زمان ماندگاری کوتاه شیر پاستوریزه مهمترین عامل محدود کننده تولید این محصول است. بنابراین شیر ESL به عنوان تامین کننده خواسته مصرف کنندگان هم از نظر بالا بودن زمان ماندگاری و هم از نظر طعم و مزه شیر پاستوریزه مطرح شده است. کیفیت شیر ESL تحت تاثیر عوامل مهم زیر قرار دارد 1. کیفیت شیر خام 2. نوع فرایند و کنترل آن الف. پاستوریزاسیون و باکتوفوگاسیون، ب. پاستوریزاسیون و میکروفیلتراسیون، ج. Pure-lac، د. پاستوریزاسیون و UHT ه .3 HHST .بسته بندی و 4. حفظ زنجیره سرما تا رسیدن محصول بدست مصرف کننده. در نتیجه شیر ESL جزء شیرهای پاستوریزه طبقه بندی شده و باید در دمای یخچال نگهداری شود و بسته به کیفیت شیر خام، نوع فرایند و شرایط بسته بندی و نگهداری، زمان ماندگاری آن از حدود 10 روز تا بیشتر از 45 روز افزایش یافته است.

Abstract: 

This paper seeks to document the specific structural patterns of Bit Hilanis architecture which were in used in the ancient Near East from the second to the first millennium B.C. The recognition of Bit Hilanis architectural characteristics as well as their provenances and their spread from Anatoly to Palestine have always remained the important issues to be addressed by art historians and archaeologists. The main goal of this paper is to explain the architectural, religious and economic aspects of Bit Hilanis within the Anatolian cultural contexts and assess their cultural interactions with the adjacent areas. To do this we tried to provide a detailed characteristic of Bit Hilani’s architecture and their related arts as the basis to compare material remains from a group of Bit Hilanis. The comparisons were also developed through regarding the descriptions of Bit Hilanis by the different written sources as through which some parts of either the Bit Hilanis structures or their decoration details could be reconstructed.

Abstract: 

This study is designed to consider the two important yet often neglected factors, which are factory recommendation and Bit features, in optimum Bit selection. Image processing techniques have been used to consider the Bit features. A mathematical equation, which is derived from a neural network model, is used for drill Bit selection to obtain the Bit’ s maximum penetration rate that corresponds to the optimum parameters for drilling. At the end, the Bit with the maximum penetration rate is chosen. The results of this study showed that Bit pattern can be inserted in the calculation through a proper Bit image processing technique. This is to ensure that each unique Bit can be discriminated from other Bits. The values of mean square error and coefficient of determination (R2) were respectively found as 0. 0037 and 0. 9473, for the rate of penetration model. The image processing techniques were used to extract the Bit features. The artificial neural network black box was converted to white box in order to extract a mathematical equation and visibility of the model.

Abstract: 

One of the most important parts of a telecommunications system is the synchronization establishment between the transmitter and receiver. So in situations where the synchronization patterns are unknown to the receiver, it is necessary to find the frame structure and Bit patterns, Otherwise is impossible transform the Bit stream into clear text, or into reliable, cryptographic text, for further processing. Frame structures of different protocols at the physical layer have a fixed or variable lengths and each of these frames have one or more repetitive Bit-patterns, depending on the application.. In this paper, a new algorithm for blind detection of Bit-patterns in the different frame structures and the BSC channel noise is presented. In this algorithm the first based on the concept of entropy, length of synchronization pattern is found, following by feature extraction on sliding windows, exact position of the synch pattern is found. It is shown that the proposed algorithm is highly efficient to detect one or more Bit-patterns with the large or small length, in the long or short frames with fixed or variable frame structure, while the very low volume of available data and the noisy Bit stream.

Abstract: 

گوهر سنگ یاقوت در رنگ های مختلف از دیرباز مورد توجه بشر بوده است. نگین های طبیعی، شفاف، خوش رنگ و زیبای آن بسیار کم و گران قیمت هستند. بسیاری از نمونه های موجود در بازار، یا مصنوعی هستند و یا دارای بهسازی های مختلفی می باشند. این بهسازی ها روی نمونه های خام و تراش خورده از یاقوت های کم کیفیت و دارای حفره و شکستگی و رنگ نامرغوب، انجام می شود. یکی از فراوان ترین بهسازی هایی که بر روی یاقوت قرمز (Ruby) انجام می شود پر کردن شکستگی ها با شیشه و سرب است. تشخیص وجود شیشه در یاقوت های قرمز با میکروسکوپ های گوهر شناسی مقدور است ولی تشخیص وجود سرب با ابزارهای ساده گوهر شناسی ممکن نیست. شناسایی و تشخیص ترکیب عنصری یاقوت های بهسازی شده با روش شیشه-سرب خیلی سریع وآسان توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی و بر اساس فلورسانس پراش انرژی اشعه ایکس صورت می گیرد. با شناسایی سرب در ساختمان یاقوت و تشخیص بخش های فروافتاده شیشه ای با روش QBSD توسط روش های تجزیه ای SEM این بهسازی تشخیص داده می شود.

Abstract: 

Introduction: When there is no immediate access to dental laboratory for pouring dental impressions, impression materials with dimensional stability over time should be used. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of storage time on dimensional stability of casts poured from alginate impressions.Materials and Methods: In this experimental-laboratory study, a metal model containing two dies and acrylic impression trays were used to make five alginate impressions at each time interval using three different alginate brands [Hydrogum 5 (Zhermack), Elastic Cromo (Spofadental), and Alginmax (Major)]. The impressions were kept in a humid environment for 0, 24, 48, 72, and 120 hours and then poured with Type III dental stone. Five dimensions were measured in each cast with a digital caliper: ED (distance between the two dies), H1 (height of the smaller die), H2 (height of the larger die), D1 (diameter of the smaller die), D2 (diameter of the larger die). The results were compared among groups with two-way ANOVA and a post hoc Tukey test (a=0.05).Results: Dimensional stability of alginate impressions was dependent on both the material and time (p value<0.05); however, their reciprocal interaction did not exhiBit any significant relationship at the same interval (p value>0.05). After 24 hours, dimensions of Elastic Cromo alginate only did not exhiBit any statistically significant differences with the model (p value>0.05). After 48 and 72 hours Hydrogum5 alginate only did not demonstrate any significant dimensional differences with the model (p value>0.05). After 120 hours, Hydrogum5 alginate exhiBited a significant difference with the model in H2 dimension.Conclusion: The results showed that Alginmax impressions must be poured immediately. Elastic Cromo impressions can be poured after 24 hours. The impression of these three kinds of impression materials did not exhiBit any significant dimensional differences before 120 hours; however, they are not reliable for five-day usage.

Abstract: 

Manouchehri Damghani is one of the famous poets of the 11th century whose divan has been repeatedly corrected in Iran and other countries, although, one of the most well-known and significant corrections to his divan, made by Mohammad Debir Siyaghi, first was published in 1947 and was re-edited in its subsequent editions. Since any handwritten copy of the Manuchehri manuscript has been left, and because of the special style of Manouchehri in composing poems that cannot be found in the work of the others, and also considering his particular attention to the world around, it is very difficult to correct his divan. It has been tried, in present study, to correct some distiches of some copies of Manouchehri's divan on the basis of Debir Siyaghi edition, paying attention to two recent editions of his divan have been done recently: the editions of Habib Yaghmaei (2013) and Saeed Shiri (2016). In addition to the manuscripts used by the correctors, several other handwritings, some of which are older than their manuscripts, are used for corrections have been made in this study. Rhyming rules, syntax, sentences order, other literary requirements and the meaning of distiches have been paid attention by the researchers in addition to the consensus of older handwritten copies.

Abstract: 

Good and efficient decisions are the core of legislation and public policy design and have a high impact on the behavior of humans and communities, which is one of the most important areas of policy makers' attention. For achieving this purpose, nowadays behavioral sciences are being used in the field of policy making, which has caused the formation of behavioral insight units in different countries. In this research, the selected behavioral insight institutions in the government level and international institutions are analyzed according to different aspects using the comparative study method and content analysis, and the result is a framework of the basic characteristics of the behavioral insight units. The key aspects identified for behavioral insight units in this research are: the goals and missions, the expertise working in the behavioral insight units and the way of employing these experts, the activities, the way of funding and the structure of the behavioral insight units. Ten selected behavioral insight organizations have been studied and analyzed according to the mentioned aspects in this research.
