Abstract:

Rapid technological advancements and the increasing complexity of the business environment have posed numerous challenges for High-tech companies in monitoring and forecasting technological developments. In this context, the emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) has opened new horizons in intelligent technology scouting. This study aims to identify and analyze key themes and components in the AI-based technology scouting process within High-tech companies, with the goal of reducing R&D project risks. Through thematic analysis methodology, 70 scientific articles published between 2014 and 2024 were systematically analyzed. The analysis resulted in the identification of 11 main stages, 44 primary themes, and 132 sub-themes within the AI-based technology scouting process. These themes were organized into a comprehensive and integrated model that encompasses not only technical aspects but also organizational, managerial, and strategic dimensions. The proposed process model can serve as a framework for designing and implementing intelligent technology scouting systems in High-tech companies, helping to mitigate risks associated with technological decision-making.

Abstract:

Training systems and calcium foliar application can improve apple fruits pigmentation by changing mineral compositions. In this study, effect of foliar application of calcium chloride with different concentrations (0, 0.75, 1.5 and 3 g L-1) over 2, 4 and 6 weeks before harvest time on fruit mineral nutrient composition and colour values of apple cvs. Gala and Delbarestival which trained in three different systems (V shape, HighTech and Cordon) was investigated. The results showed that training systems and calcium foliar application had a significant effect on apple fruit mineral nutrient composition and colour values. Apple fruit cv. Gala which treated V- shape and HighTech showed suitable pigmentation as compare to cordon, but the favorite fruits pigmentation was found in Delbarestival, when trained in High Tech. Furthermore, the highest calcium concentration was found at V- shape and HighTech for Gala fruits and HighTech for Delbarestival. Calcium foliar application could increase significantly fruit peel a* value that means anthocyanin pigment synthesis and red colour production. Phosphorous and potassium contentin ‘Delbarestival’ fruits were sprayed to 1.5 g L-1 calcium increased but their content decreased in higher concentration of calcium application. Overall, the results showed that color improvement of ‘Gala’ apple fruits in HighTech and V shape systems and ‘Delbarestival’ fruits in HighTech system which spray 1.5 g L-1 calcium at three times could be due to increasing calcium concentration in fruits.

Abstract:

International outsourcing and intermediate goods trade as a signal of economic globalization have been in progress. One of the benefits of technology transfer is acquiring foreign technology with higher efficiency, as technology spillovers lead to increased productivity of local firms. In this study, objective is to investigate the effects of international outsourcing, High-tech capital, foreign direct investment spillovers and capital stock of R& D on total factor productivity in selected High-tech industries in Iran. we have specified a theoretical framework, and then estimated its empirical version by the panel data econometric method for the selected hightech industries in Iran during the period (2000-2012).  The results show that the estimated coefficient of international outsourcing (OS) is statistically significant at the 5% of significance level. The results also indicate a significant positive effect of High-tech capital and FDI spillovers on total factor productivity in the selected Iran’s High-tech industries. However, the results show that the R& D capital stock has not been statistically significant in the estimated total factor productivity equation for such industries.

Abstract:

In this article, by presenting the scope of national innovation capability in the context of a multi-sector system, a dynamic network model is introduced. In this system, to identify Iran's performance problem, at first by bibliometric studying and holding focus group sessions with experts, the steps and indicators of the processed model were identified and designed. Then, the dynamic network data envelopment analysis model was implemented to compare Iran's performance with other countries. The model results indicated that Iran's national innovation capability has a poor performance in the third phase of its three steps that include converting patents to hightech products and creative goods. Then, to present the proposed policy to enhance Iran’, s performance in the third step of the mentioned model, by using qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy set (fSQCA), the combinations of institutional, human capital and research, infrastructure, market sophistication, and business sophistication dimensions were investigated. For calibration of these data, K-MEANS clustering method was used. The output of the mentioned comparative analysis indicated that the combination of the two dimensions of institutions and human capital and research in promoting the country's performance is sufficient.

Abstract:

Nowadays many consumers of ICT, like Social Media, used it not only to keep in touch with their family and friends, but also to stay connected to their favorites business. ICT also paved the way of business units toward marketing and made corporates capable of conducting business through e-platforms. Then, the needs of corporates could no longer be met by the current models of Corporate Entrepreneurship. So, in today's dynamic business, creating an entrepreneurial environment in the corporate taking factors affecting hightech into account was imperative. To boost the profitability of Corporates, this study presented a conceptual model for Technological Corporate Entrepreneurship, like e-business. It helped drive profitability of Technological Corporates by developing smart strategies and making best and effective decisions. Then, the present study was an “ Exploratory-Applied" research sorting into purpose-based categorization and a "Qualitative" one in terms of its method. Identification of factors affecting Corporate Entrepreneurship in e-businesses was reached by a well-done literature review. Then 4 rounds of Delphi Techniques were conducted. Afterwards it was screened by 20 experts in those fields. Finally, a conceptual model categorized with 15 influential factors was presented for Techno-Entrepreneurship in Corporates.

Abstract:

The type of training system and application of calcium spray have considerable effects on storability of fruits. In this study, the effects of calcium chloride spray (0, 0.75, 1.5 and 3 g.L-1) in three times during 2, 4 and 6 weeks before harvest time on apple (Malus domestica) fruits cvs. ‘Gala’ and ‘Delbarestival’, which trained in three different training systems (V shape, HighTech and Cordon) were investigated after 4 months in cold storage. This experiment was designed as split factorial in frame of randomized complete block design with four replications. The fruit characteristics such as fruit firmness, total soluble solids (TSS), titratable acid (TA), TSS/TA, total phenolic, total flavonoids, total anthocyanin, ethylene and respiration rate were evaluated at the end of storability. The results showed that training systems types and foliar application with calcium chloride had significant effect on postharvest quality of fruits. Calcium chloride spray increased TSS, TA content, antioxidant capacity, anthocyanin content, phenol content and tissue firmness of fruits at the end of storage in compared to control. Fruits firmness of Gala was higher than Delbarestival cultivars. The highest TSS (14.22%) and TA (0.47%) content were found in fruits produced with High-tech system when sprayed with 0.75 g. L-1 calcium chloride. Ethylene production of Delbarestival (18.36, 15.22 and 15.11 nL/g.h) was higher than Gala fruits (6.60, 6.38 and 8.43 nL/g.h) at three different training systems. Preharvest calcium spray suppresed ethylene production and respiration rate of apple fruits produced at three different training systems as compared to control at the end of storage.
