Abstract:

Introduction: In recent decades, the medical field has faced many challenges in managing and maintaining information security on waiting lists for organ transplantation patients. The lack of trust of the participants in this process, which requires more efforts to ensure the security and privacy of patients and donors, highlights the necessity for finding new security solutions. Method: In this study, a safe and reliable method was presented and implemented using blockchain technology based on the Network Distributed File System (IPFS) to improve waiting list management and solve the challenge of maintaining voluminous medical documents. In this method, patient information is anonymized using appropriate algorithms, and then, stored and linked to the blockchain network. Results: The implemented system provides an integrated and innovative method in organ transplantation management, which not only comprehensively provides the security and privacy of patients, but also reduces social inequalities and increases trust in the organ donation process, as well as fair management of patient waiting lists. Conclusion: The proposed system has provided a scalable and efficient system using microservices architecture and can be provided as a reliable tool for medical stakeholders.

Abstract:

Traceability and auditability are essential features in supply chain management and construction. However, from the customers' perspective, trust is the most critical aspect of these systems. Additionally, relying on third parties for trade in centralized systems is indispensable. Blockchain-based drug traceability provides a potential solution to create a platform for an immutable, trustworthy, accountable, and transparent system in the pharmaceutical supply chain. Furthermore, we present a model for storing pharmaceutical supply chain data using blockchain, which leverages the key advantages of blockchain and smart contracts. Our proposed solution is based on Hyperledger Besu and is complete and cost-effective in terms of the privacy and confidentiality of the blockchain network. Additionally, our proposed model addresses the challenges of storing large data in the blockchain, which we intend to solve by using the IPFS storage system. In such a system, instead of storing big data, we store their abstracts in the blockchain to reduce the load pressure of the chain and realize efficient information queries.

Abstract:

Purpose The Purpose Of This Study Was To Construct And Validating Of The Iranian Personality Factors Scale (IPFS) Based On Joint-Point Centered Marital Therapy (JPCMT). Method The Present Study Was Fundamental-Developmental Research That First Based On Principles And Concepts Of (JPCMT) Theory About Personality 237 Questions Designed In 16 Factors. So After Content Validation And First Performance, Selected 203 Question. Then Selected 439 Inhabitants From Khorasan Razavi That 92, 9 Percents Were Townspeople And Others Were Agrarian With The Voluntarily Sampling Method And They Answered The Final Questionnaire On The Site That Designed For This Purpose. Data Analyzed With Amos24 Software. Findings The Result Of Exploratory Factor Analysis, Identify 7 Personality Factors Included: Confirmative Quest, Blamer, Tool Tropism, Responsible, Controller, Religious-Oriented, And Headmaster. Reliability Results With Alpha, Spearman-Brown, And Guttman Coefficient For A Total Of Scale Very High, And Sequential Was 0. 95, 0. 81, 0. 81. Correlated Coefficient between A Total of the Scale Was 0/83 and Between 7 Factors Together Was Positive Significant. Criterion Validity Of Scale With Neo Consisted Of High Convergent And Divergent Validity Between Two Scales. The Independent T-Test Shows That Males And Females In 4 Factors Are Similar And In 3 Factors Were Different.
