IN THE ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT THE HUMAN RESOURCES ALWAYS DESCRIBE AS A MOST IMPORTENT RESOURCE IN ORGANIZATIONS AND THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGERS SHOULD ALWAYS CONTROL THE PERSONNEL LOCATION, CONNECTION AND NEEDS. OUR GOAL IN THIS RESEARCH WAS DESIGN A MODEL FOR PERSONNEL BY USING THE MASLOWS HIERARCHY OF NEEDS. THIS ARTICLE IS BASED ON ANALYSE THE NEEDS LEVEL OF HARARATGOSTAR CO. MARKETING AND SALES UNIT PERSONNEL IN TEHRAN, THE MODEL DESIGNED BY COMPARING NEEDS WITH THE PERSONNEL PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT, THE QUASTIONNAIRE IS USED FOR DATA GATHERING. THIS QUESTIONNAIRE SHOWS THE PERSONNELS LEVEL IN THE MASLOW HIERARCHY OF NEEDS AND THEIR ORGANIZATION LEVEL, THE SATISFACTION LEVEL OF MANAGERS, SUBSIDARES AND COLLEGUES USED FOR DESIGNING THIS MODEL. THE HIERARCHY OF NEEDS IS INCLUDING: PHYSIOLOGICAL, SAFETY, BELONGING, ESTEEM, SELF-ACTUALIZATION THAT COMPARE WITH JOB SATISFACTION AND PERSONAL RELATION IN THIS ARTICLE.
