Punishment is of the subjects that has close relationship to industrial evolutions. Penal systems, equivalent to the industrialization of society and appearance of new technologies, are exposed to different transformations. Punishments such as imprisonment, fines, withdrawal of tranquility, forced labor and new methods of execution, more or less, is affected by industrialization and are seriously made ups and downs, as a result of complexity and evolutions of societies. So, in the historical consideration of punishments, it may not neglect the role of industry and technology therein and reduce their evolutions to merely development of philosophical and mental human thinking. The article is to assess long effect of industrialization on the punishment, by an historical review on evolutions of punishments, particularly its some kinds, and establish the theory by drawing and reviewing some historical samples.

despite the importance of interaction between industrialization and health, this subject has not been studied sufficiently in Iran. In this regard, the aim of this study is investigating the impact of industrialization on health in Iranian provinces during 2009-13. The used data has been collected from the Statistical Centre of Iran and the National Organization for Civil Registration. The introduced indices have been combined using Standardized Score method for measuring the degree of industrialization and the levels of health in intended provinces. The interaction between industrialization and health has been tested by econometric panel data method. The results of this paper show that the Iranian provinces are not homogenous from industrialization and health perspectives. In addition there is no significant change in heterogeneity of provinces in terms of industrialization and health during the period of study. Also, the results reveal a significant and negative relationship between industrialization and health in Iranian provinces. This means that the industrialization process has reduced the health of provinces in Iran. So, in terms of policy, in addition to advantages of industrialization, its problems and disadvantages also should be taken into account. In the other words, paying attention to the external diseconomies of industrialization is necessary for successful implementation of industrial policies.

Building construction challenge, in recent years, is the reduction of social, economical and environmental impacts along with economical nature and increasing life quality, as here sustainable construction is important. Pre-fabrication and industrialization are referred as a solution of sustainable construction due to some of its main characteristics consisting of many sustainability aspects. Due to this fact, the application of these building systems in most cases, makes achieving to sustainable building more easy. Sustainability aspects in industrialized systems are categorized in four groups of environmental, social, economical and technical issues and in each group some of general characteristics of industrialization in these methods are studied. Today, industrialized construction systems by relying on quality increase idea and blending with the environment and more flexibility, good design and planning and optimization, can fulfill the goals of sustainable construction.
