This article sheds light on the origins of the Rule of saving the system (hifdh al-nidhā m) in both theology and jurisprudence. The article insists the broader sense of the Rule and its close relationship with social order. While mentioning some examples of the Rule in juristic issues, the article explains the importance of a transcendental and virtue-based discipline as it is conceived in the Rule. Also the article clarifies the connection of the Rule with saving the government. According to the article, the implication of the Rule in Islamic jurisprudence is more connected with protection of social order in its broad sense. Although the Rule relates to saving and protecting a good government as a necessary element of the society, it is more protecting the disciplines and systems made by human being. The insistence of the rule on social order is not limited to Islamic society and/or saving an Islamic government. Therefore, every human discipline as far as it helps the survival of human being and the quality of its life should be respected. The article also points out the ideal concept of the discipline and the potentials of the Rule for making a better social order.

2Introduction: Suicide is considered as a serious and important problem in health and comprehensive health. Every year, approximately 700,000 people around the world die by suicide, which is more than those killed in war. Death by suicide is not only the loss of a life, but it also causes psychological damage to the other family members and friends. Important factors affect suicidal behavior. So much suicide is a serious public health problem. All 194 member states of the World Health Organization have signed the Comprehensive Mental Health action plan 2013-2020, which tasks governments with implementing evidence-based interventions in community settings to prevent suicide at all stages of life. In addition, the guardians of mental health also play an important role in the prevention of suicidal behavior. Conclusion: Based on recent studies, effective treatments based on clinical evidence in the fields of psychology and psychiatry are introduced to save a life for colleagues in the field of mental health.

Water for paddy fields irrigation is getting scarcer in Guilan. water input can be reduce by reducing ponded water depths to another water managements. The research was conducted a RCB design with 4 treatments and 3 replications at rice research Institute of Iran, Rasht in one rice variety consisted of Hashemi. The results over this and another research of Hashemi variety showed, water saving was on average 40% with yields reductions of only 10%. Water Productivity and Water Use Efficiency were 0.28-0.75 and 0.29-0.92 Kg grain per water. Total rice production can be increased by using water saved in one location to irrigation new paddy field in another. If this is not done, a strategy of saving water at the field level potentially threatens total rice production at large.
