Evaluation of Environmental Capacities today as one of the fundamental issues of Economicsocial Planning and Rural and Urban Design is Presented. Achieving sustainable Development and the optimal and Efficient use of Resources depends on comprehensive and accurate under-standing of the capabilities, and limitations that we in achieving the desired status faced. The present study was to assess the Environmental Capacities of the Sarasiab Yousefi District Bahmaei Towenship and to aimes Determine the capabilities of the Environmental with an Emphasis on Tourism has been prepared. Methods The study was a cross-sectional survey data and documents required to be provided And to identify and develop strategies from the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) Is used.Result this study indicated that the Range of Agricultural capability limitation, but the Environmental potential for the Development of Tourism of talent is high. Therefore, Esential applying the Strategies and basic Strategies to Emphasize the Strengths, Weaknesses and threats to Eliminate or reduce And barriers to Tourism Development and utilization of external factors Especially in the vicinity of the hot Khuzestan province as an opportunity to attract Tourism optimal climate is essential.

Problem: One of the specification and problems of cities especially in Iran as the problem of crime and social deviances. Tabriz as one of the county's metropolitans and its special problems is not an exception either. Different sciences have have studied it from the standpoint of urban and its influential elements among which urban ecology is the most important.Method: The present research by Using the library, documentary and geodesic studies through preparing questionnaire and interview with 4129 prisoners of Tabriz Prison, in winter 2014 and statistic pattern of 291 people through Kokral formula, the results has been analyzed in the regions using other information (location, area, population).Findings: The results of the research specifies the distribution and intension of the crime and shows that since places are located on transit roads the drug trafficking is more and since district 6 is in suburban area, the social and cultural issues are more effective, in district 8 since it is located in center of the city and population density is more, has more crime rate and districts 1 and 4 because of their special condition has the least rate of crime. The approved hypothesis could be generalized to statistical society.

The Metropolitan of Tehran is situated in the North of the Country. This city extends in the south of the Alborz Mountain range, with an altitude that varies from 1050 m (in the southern area) to 2000 m (in the highest Points of Northern area) above sea level. According to the different diversity of the environmental, in recent years Tehran has developed as a touristic Center. This city is considered as a multi dimensional city (political, economic and historical city). This paper attempts To describe the different spatial of regions, then have traded to Compare two different districts of city (1 and 20 districts) Presenting the negative and positive aspects of their touristic potentials is The other aim of this paper. The methods used in this study are based on descriptive – analytic. According to the approach of this research that based on Sustainable urban development, with using Cochran formula 130 person from 1 region and also 130 person from 20 region of Tehran as sample selected. Findings indicate that region 20 due to historical and religious potentials is a religious touristic site and region 1 based on beautiful environment is a Nature - based site.

With respect to Mehrabad Station, District 5 is located at the longitude of 51o 19’, latitude of 35° 41’ and height of 1191 meters with special topographic conditions. the district is warm and dry in summer, and cold and dry in winter. The study on climate and architecture of District 5 is conducted aiming to use the climatic elements to provide comfort. The data of Mehrabad synoptic station during a 20-year statistical period (1981-2010) were used to achieve the goals of the present study. According to the methods such as Olgi and Climate Consultant (software), the bioclimatic conditions were used to determine thermal comfort zone. The results obtained from the research show that the appropriate direction for constructing building would be north – south direction stretching along east – west. If laws of architecture are executed using thermal comfort indices, duration of using heating and cooling units in building located in District 5 of Tehran will be reduced.

Aim of this research is to predict the fluctuations of winter (December-March) temperature and precipitation in central Iran using Tele-connection patterns. The applied data is included the Arctic Oscillation index and daily temperature (minimum, maximum and average) and precipitation values during 45 years (1965-2010) in 9 stations in central Iran. After averaging the data, seasonal time series was made separately for each variable. The results of the correlation test revealed that winter temperature is decreased in central Iran in positive phase of Arctic Oscillation. Also, it was cleared that AO variations in autumn justify 25% of winter temperature variations in the under studying zone. Because of lack of significant correlation coefficients in the most under studying stations, we can conclude that there is not any relationship between Arctic Oscillation and winter precipitation in central Iran.

Nowadays tourism has been recognized as a principal socioeconomic force in the world and considered as a powerful tool to benefit local communities. Because of this matter that a tourism destination at first stage is a place that people live in, so their awareness of decisions and planning about development of tourism and being affective abut it is really crucial. Construction of Zayanderud tourism village as the first tourism village at the central region of Iran in Chadegan city, the other recreational and residential complexes and the future vision of tourism development at this region duplicates the importance of this study. This study by the use of descriptive and survey method and face to face interviews with residents of the Chadegan, civil servants and tradespeople has addressed the impacts of tourism development at this city and on its people. In order to analysis the data from the questionnaires, the SPSS software is used and results show both positive and negative economical, sociocultural and environmental impacts at the studied region, lack of presence and influence of local community on planning and decision making process of tourism development and leakage of economic interests.
