Allameh Majlisi - as one of the greatest traditionist who compiled the greatest encyclopedia of Shiite Hadith - not only edited the ancient Hadith collections and put ,them into anovel classification but also tried to interpret (Hadith texts and resolves their ambiguities. The principles of Hadith interpretation in Allameh Majlisi's viewpoint are very significant as a model of Hadith understanding and criticism. In the present article, the writer has researched into the principles of Hadith criticism and its interpretation according to Allameh Majlisi in Bihar al- Anwar.

This thesis examines the "nature of meaning" that the hermeneutic of text is based on it. However, author's view in this article brings up to recovering view of three extensive interpretational-exegetical approaches among Muslims: inferential rationalism, external textualism and esoteric internalism. Thereby this important purpose pursued by reviewing each of these three approaches and discovering their views in the nature of meaning of Qura'n and the center of searching it. The Author's conception of these three interpretational approaches in the question of meaning can be summarized in these statements: Text-oriented, addressee oriented and comprehensive (speaker, addressee, text).

"Principle" means the base and foundation of everything. In science of as well "Principles" refer to grounds, foundations and basic elements comprising each science without which it would be incomplete. Due to their multiplicity, in each discipline they are applied in plural form, for instance, "the principles of Tafsir" or "the principles of Elmal -Hadith" and so on. The apprehension of Hadith as well has several principles and foundations without which comprehending hadith would not occur. These principles are the very "pre-known"- and not presuppositions - which mostly are rooted in other sciences. The apprehension of hadith has four groups of principles: "common principles" of text apprehension, which is essential and effective for comprehension of any text including hadith; " specific principles of revealed texts" such as genuine hadith or " certain tradition "; " doctrinal principles" and" intellectual principles" of hadith apprehension. These principles could be different from "personal principles".

When a party to a contract fails to perform his main contractual obligation such as delivery of the subject matter of payment of the price, it is an issue whether such a failure entitles the other party to terminate the contract. Majority of Shiite jurists believe that the aggrieved party has no right to terminate the contract, but he may ask the court for the enforcement of the obligation. Some jurists, however, incline to establish a general basis for allowing the aggrieved party a right to terminate the contract. In this article, the different views of Shiite jurists in this respect are considered and examined. Furthermore, this article provides a support to those jurists who believe that the aggrieve party has the right to terminate the contract if main contractual obligations has been breached.

The issue of authenticity of the Shiite tradition is the most important challenges between Shiite scholars of Akhbarees and Usulees. The former believes in absolute authority of Shiite traditions while the latter believes only in authority of traditions that transmitted by authentic narrators. This article holds that the "common acceptance" is the criterion for adopting or rejecting a tradition. According to this criterion all narratives in the four great books of Shiite tradition i.e. Kafi, Faqhih, Tahdhib and Estebsar are authorized provided absence any problems in the text.

Tafsir al- CAyyāshĪ is one of the Shiite traditional exegeses. One of the copyists of manuscripts has deleted its chain of traditions and consequently the criticism of these chains has become impossible for us. Some of researchers of the interpretation believe that these deleted chains can be found in the Hakim Haskakani's Shawahid al- tanzil. This research by comparing the contents of these two books has proved that idea has not been based upon strong and sound scientific foundations.

A remarkable percentage of innocents traditions are about explanation and interpretation of lexicon. With study of these traditions, it is obvious that innocents' explanations either Qora'nic lexicons or other traditional terms -are not of the same type, but there is a special variety among them. Some are about explanation and interpretation of lexicons and some cases are paraphrasing explanations, etc. This article attempts to identify the different types of explanations of lexicons in innocents' traditions; also study of the semantic development of lexicons in these traditions is another goal of this article.
