This is a biodiversity plant study of the Zalian mountain ranges in east of Borojerd. The area is around 25acr.covering. within two years (1382-1384), we take action to gathering the plant species of this region and being them ready. By using the available resources, the gathering species were be identified.The area comprisses 255 species and subspecies belonging to 158 genus and 42 families the most important families are respectively, Asteraceae with 38 species, Fabaceae with 21 species. with attention to the wide folr region covering. The importance of the variety of plant species shows that this region is so rich.Hemi cryptophyte constituting% 41/56 of the biological types are dominant, followed by therophyte and chamaephtes% 32.54 and% 14.9 respectively. Regarding to this information we can guess the region climate is muntaing modrate and a bit drought.In phy to geographical point of view, %38/8 of the elements belong to Irano- Turannian and Europa-siberi region and the rest relate to two, three or various other regions. The study of the ecology of this region plant species shows that having a lot of similratiy to the central parts of Iran. Based on the type of vegetation, type of basins and accessibility of water, the habitats can be divided into flat plains, rocky slopes, dry slopes, wet slopes, aquatic habitats, habitats, landslides and degraded- Landshabitats.
