Abstract: 

The purpose of the study is the effect of work values on the protean and boundary less career orientations. The research method was descriptive, survey and applied. For collecting data, the Super Questionnaire (1991) used to measure the variables of work values, McCryakast's (1997) questionnaire to measure the personality of the workforce, and to measure the career path orientation from Briscoe et al (2006). The statistical population of this research consisted of all engineers with a specified contract with the system partners of whom 950 people were employed, using the Morgan table, 274 of them were selected as samples. In order to determine the validity of the questionnaires were used of the expert and professional opinions of the experts and to determine the reliability of the questionnaires was used of Cronbach's alpha method. Structural modeling and PLS software were used to analyze and test the research hypotheses. The results of the structural equation modeling show that the work values of human capitals investment both directly and through the mediator variable of the personality of the workforce influences the protean and boundary less career orientations.

Abstract: 

The present study aimed to compare the sense of coherence and marital conflict styles of employed and housewives. Method: In order to conduct a causal-comparative study, sampling was used for selection of employed married and home-based sample from available language schools of Tehran district 2. Data were gathered using the Sense of Consistency Questionnaire (Antonovsky, 1993) and the Conflict Resolution Style Questionnaire (Rahim (ROCI-II), 1983). Descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and independent t-test were used. Results: The results showed that there was no significant difference between working women and the rest of the society. The results also showed that there is a significant difference between the conflict resolution scale of working women and home-based women, as well as the lightness of the style and the style of avoidance and style (p <0. 05). As a result, the results show that the style of organizational disagreement and reconciliation between working women and the hidden house is not meaningful. Conclusion: According to the findings of this research, considering the important role of conflict management in interpersonal relationships, especially marriage and marital satisfaction, knowledge of conflict management knowledge and skills is essential in order to use it. Abstract: 

For aim of indicating better model for use in career counseling with university Student a sample of 640 university students (321 m & 319 fm) from University of Isfahan was selected cluster-randomly, and Occupational Preference Form of Personal Globe Inventory performed between them. Results of randomization test of order relations in each of three groups (men, women, separately; men and women together, supported from better fit for Holland's model than Gati's model (in difference of fit, P=0. 01). In each groups, correspondence index (CI) of Holland's model was greater than 0. 70 (respectively CI=0. 72, 0. 75, & 0. 72, P=0. 02), but CI of Gati's model was respectively 0. 50, 0. 56, & 0. 50, (P>0. 05). Results didn't show any difference in model fit between Holland’ s and Gati’ s model cross sex (P>0. 05 for each model). Results supported from cross cultural validity of Holland’ s RIASEC model and structural validity of Occupational Preference form of Personal Globe Inventory. Some implications and suggestions were discussed.

Abstract: 

Aim The present study was aimed at comparing the effects of career counseling method based on social cognitive theory and calling-oriented career counseling method on academic engagement among high school students. Methods The research method was semi-experimental with pre-test, post-test and follow-up design with four experimental groups and two control groups. The statistical population included all students attending Secondary high schools in Shahriar. The study sample consisted of 120 students (60 boys and 60 girls) who were randomly assigned into 6 groups (2 groups of social cognitive intervention, 2 groups of calling-oriented intervention, and 2 control groups). The study instrument was Academic Engagement Scale. Results: The results of the repeated measures ANOVA indicated that career counseling method based on social cognitive theory and calling-oriented career counseling method had a significant effect on academic engagement. Moreover, Scheffe paired comparisons test in the pretest, posttest, and follow-up stages showed that the means sig increased after the test and remained stable until the follow-up. However, there was no significant difference between the social cognitive group and the calling group. Conclusion Both career counseling methods, based on social cognitive theory had an effect on academic engagement. By identifying individuals with low engagement in career counseling method based on social cognitive theory and calling-oriented career counseling meetings, it is possible to help improving the quality of education and achieve higher educational goals, and help them to make better use of their abilities and potential talents in order to get better performance.

Abstract: 

Attention to importance of university students presence who are the future of a country, it is important to perpend to students' motivation and factors of increase and decrease. Purpose: This study was conducted to determine of effective factors on students' motivation decrease. Methodology: This study is sectional-analytical that survey relationship between the decline of academic motivation and variables of age, gender, type of university and busyness. The statistical population includes all 570 students who have been dropped out of the educational system in the 2015s and who were extracted from the educational system. the sampling method is census-based. for analyze of data was used statistical method of three-level regression. was implemented data analysis and model fitness in SAS software version 9. 1. Results: The results of the findings showed that the average number of dropping out of school were 23 people. age, gender, type of university has no significant effect on students' motivation (p = 0. 506; 0. 185; 0. 145) but was significant the relationship between busyness and drop out of school (p = 0. 003). Namely unemployment and lack of busyness was reason for drop out of school. Conclusion: Taking into account the dependency between data and use multilevel regression model were employed to find a random effect of busyness variable that indicates to busyness problem and concerns not getting employment in the future is reason to reduce the students motivation in studying. and the use of multilevel models reveal this the difference. Educational authorities should consider the issue of job counseling and unemployment as an important issue.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to predict deviant behaviors directed to organization and colleagues based on locus of control and perception of job stress. The design of the study was descriptive-correlational and the sample was all the employees of Education Organization of Tehran in summer 2016. The instruments were as follow: Locus of Control Questionnaire (Rotter, 1966), Job Stress (Spector and Jex, 1998) and Deviant Behavior Questionnaire directed to organization and colleagues (Bennett and Robinson, 2000). Data were analyzed step by step using Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that there was a significant positive relationship between locus of control and deviant behaviors (organization and colleagues) (p ≤ 0. 01) and perception of job stress and deviant behaviors (organization and colleagues) (p ≤ 0. 01). Moreover, the results of stepwise multiple regression revealed that perception of job stress and locus of control could predict variance of deviant behaviors (organization and colleagues) up to 6. 7% (p ≤ 0. 01 & f=11. 956). Based on the obtained results it can be concluded that employing people with internal locus of control will decrease deviant behaviors (directed to organization and colleagues).

Abstract: 

This paper was an applied guide in identifying and ranking staff improvement indices which aimed to identify indices using parametric statistics methods and rank the indices by AHP technique. In this paper, the author identified and developed the staff empowerment indices, initial criteria and sub-criteria of their ranking first through the related documentation and then by a survey of experts and designed the hierarchical structure. Finally, the employees' empowerment assessment indices were ranked according to the determined criteria using the designed questionnaire and the EXPERT CHOICE. The study aimed to identify and rank the effective factors on the staff empowerment in Khaje Nasir Din Tusi University of Technology in Tehran. For this purpose, 216 employees of Khaje Nasir Din Tusi University of Technology in Tehran was selected by simple random sampling method out of 493 people and responded to the researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by the supervisors and counselors and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha 98% (Delavar, 2016). In the end, the results of this questionnaire were analyzed using one-sample t-test and the results showed that all the empowerment indices were effective in performing the staff assigned tasks. The results also showed that the education index was of the highest priority and was preferred more than technology and expertise sub-indices.
