INTERDISCIPLINARY STUDIES IN THE HUMANITIES (IRANIAN JOURNAL OF CULTURAL RESEARCH)

Human life and its new requirements have made the specialization of sciences a must. However, from the beginning the categories of knowledge could not make a clear boundary among different fields of sciences. Extra specialization along with the complexity of science’s issues caused the spread of assimilation attitudes in production of knowledge. In the first part of the paper, the present situation of knowledge and need of unity among sciences will be explained. In the second part, the authors briefly explain the new patterns of knowledge are discussed. The final section of paper presents a model to emphasize on necessities of unity of humanities disciplines.

In spite of the globalization phenomenon of sport, club development, private businesses and the scope of the Olympic movement, authority and rising influence of sports global organizations, it is necessary to establish a master’s degree in sports law’s Field? The overall goal of the research was the feasibility of the establishment of sports law’s Field in the master degree of Iran’s universities from the perspective of faculty members of Law and Physical education departments in university of Isfahan, Tehran Shahid Beheshti in 2013 (n=173). The type of research was descriptive and the qualitative research kind. The required information was collected through semi-organized interview.28 people of faculty members, who were in relation with teaching, writing and translation of law, sport and curriculum were selected as the statistical sample and answered to research questions. Respondents believed that, because of the obvious shortcomings in the rules relating to the Iran’s sport law and needs of society, it is necessary to establish the field of sports law. Interviewees were agreed for establish sports law’s field in faculties or departments with a combination of courses in law and sports. The existence of professor with doctorate degree in law and sports sciences in the universities was an excellent background for the establishment of this field. In this paper has been reviewed professor’s perspective in seven areas: shortcomings of sports law, commercialization of sport, create new jobs, specialized facilities, independent sports law’s field, short-term training, courses of sports law, faculty member’s qualifications and conditions of Sports Law’s workshops.

Cultural translation is one of the most important Linguistic necessities of interdisciplinary studies in which its purpose is matching the cultural Themes of variant disciplines. Cultural semiotics has tree models for this purpose: Cultural Other, Semiosphere & Creolization. The model of Cultural Other supposes Empathy as a key for resolving “other” in Intercultural communication. Semiosphere is the one in which its center the cultural texts introduce and outside of it, anarchy threats the inside of Semiosphere; And it is the Cooperation of inside and outside of the Semiosphere that create a new culture. In Creolization model, the formation of Intercultural languages has examined. Knowing the state of this, could lead the interdisciplinary researchers into a criterion interdisciplinary. Undoubtedly the cultural semiotics which its emphasis is on the linguistic symptoms is the best discipline for the study of Linguistic necessities in interdisciplinary studies. So the cultural semiotics models are the maintain Framework for this article.

The broadest language realm is the realm in which language is connected with the domains outside itself. In this scale, language has an impact on some of the environmental factors and receives influence from some of them. One of the most important of these areas is the domain of education. In this article, using a descriptive-analytical research method, while introducing a new field which is prevailing in large universities in the world, the usefulness of running it in line with development of language studies with regard to Iranian linguistics issues in particular in education is dealt with. The result of the study shows that the educational linguistics as a bridge between lingual world and educational system tries to organize the educational activities with regard to lingual issues in a more ideal way. The studies of educational linguistics are focused on the role of language in learning and education. While emphasizing on the integration of linguistics and education, and using the methods and theories of linguistics, this scientific field considers the practical issues and problems of formal educational systems in the area of language learning and learning through language. It is also necessary to pay attention to three realms of language learning, learning sciences through language and the cultural and educational role of language in designing curriculum of educational linguistics in Iran. The solution to expand this study field in Iran is to establish the mission-oriented post graduate courses which could provide necessary grounds to solve the common issues between language and education.

Future study is a new interdisciplinary science that is classifying in part of the science and technology applications. Future study have introduced as a science and art of discovering and shaping the future. Till now future studies in various field soft technologies, economics, politics, and other various methods and experts have been identified and presented many trends in the relevant fields. On the other hand changes in the world are so fast so homologize with it, is so difficult.This retrospect sometimes leads to and looking away from the present and future and puts jurisprudence in the passive position. That is why all our efforts are making the Future element in to the fight that decision makers of jurisprudence field would have preemptive deal with future changes. With this assumption in this paper we tried to combine the interdisciplinary science with the jurisprudence, and made its concepts and methods Conceptualization and equivalent generally. The research in this paper is descriptive.

Among the various and different categories provided for the political thoughts in Islam and Iran, the emphasis is usually on political jurisdiction, political philosophy, political theology and Siyasatnama (Book of Government); but the most Iranian area of thinking in Islamic Iran must be sought in poetry. Because the Iranian sphere of thought is poetry. Most jurists, philosophers, theologians and mystics of Persia, when wanted to freely express their heart, have relied on poetry.However, unfortunately, due to the extreme specialization of academic courses and lack of interdisciplinary studies, political literature is not considered as an important subject in intellectuals thinking and academic considerations.This paper invited thinkers to systematically focus on this interdisciplinary course and seeking typology of poetry based on its political function. Political literature (including poem and the rhythmic prose) has been divided to the heroic and patriotic literature, critical literature, reformist literature, praising literature, resistance literature and social and political satire; Ferdowsi, Hafez, Saadi Shirazi, Unsuri Balkhi, Saif Farghani, Nasir Khusraw, Ubayd Zakani are the representatives of these literary types that have been studied in this paper.

The necessity of establishing the scientific relationship between the two fields of international relations (IR) and international law (IL) has been ignored for years in Iran. Prior to the presidency of Hassan Rouhani, the Iranian students were banned from any kind of interdeciplinary study In spite of numerous possible collaborations between IL and IR. But is it possible to have a good analysis of international phenomenons by adopting mono disciplinary approaches? This article is an attempt to respond to the above question, and to portray the complex mutual interaction between IL and IR in international security agreements. This article is the first to introduce the concept of Reputation building to the Persian community of researchers. We seek to use the comparative methodology and argue how the reputatios of a state in international relations could overflow into areas of international law.
