Abstract: 

The plain of Sistan has great erodibility because of the existence of alluvial and fine sand blast. Considering 120days winds and the drought of the region, this fine sand blasts were easily dislocated and form sand dune in different shapes. Field investigations interpret that the source of regional sediments is originated to the Pleistocene and new sediments that is the deposits of the lake of Hamoon,s bed has been recently dried, and covered with deltaic deposits of Sistan rivers such as Parnian, Niatak with tens of meters of thickness. Part of this Aeolian sediments is originated from the lake deposits, and the rest of the sand may be carried by winds especially 120 days winds from western and farther region which is not due to be studied here. Western plains of Hamoon River are of those areas which may be considered as a source of these sand places. In this paper, we are to determine the origin of sediments using the methods of physical and chemical analysis such as XRD, BET, TGA and DSC spectral interpretation of different phases of samples and sediments morphoscopy. If the experiments show the similar gender and morphoscopy of samples, it means that the source of all these sediments are the same, otherwise they can have different source and origin.

Abstract: 

Ever – increasing development of aerial transportation in recent decade in the world propound are of the most important axis of development in developed and developing countries and have a special place in economical, social an cultural and technological programs in developed and developing countries. The development of economical and social activities in Iran , needs rapid transport of passengers and goods and 50 the ever-increasing request , make the aerial transportation an unavoidable necessity. On the other hand aerial industry is Avery important actor in economical, social and cultural development in Islamic Republic of Iran. Knowing the opportunities and challenges In his industry , cause to present channels, politics and aims and at the most development of it considering this article study the opportunities which is in aerial transportation programming in Iran, and by using statistical analysis and two-selector regression fore see the Isfahan airport as a model of study in future years and using the coefficient formula of occupied and allocated seats have determined route , type of offered airline in different routes. The results of the research, show that inbound and out bound bulk at passengers to Isfahan airport from 1385 till 1390 have a rate of nearly 3% and type of proposed airline from Isfahan to different cites is Fokker 100 and Boeing 727.

Abstract: 

Synoptic climatology studies the relationships between the atmosphere circulation and the surface environment of a region. This study was done during low precipitation years in Iran (1983, 1985, 1987, 1989, 1990, and 1999). In order to explore the spatial and temporal variation of 500hpa flow patterns and their relationship with the precipitation of Iran , daily geopotential heights for the region 0° E to 70° E and 10° N to 60° N, at 2.5 degree resolution, were analysis. A PCA analysis of geopotential heights in S-mode showed that there are seven significant map patterns. These are explaining about 93 percent of variance. The 1st of map patterns (MP1) represents latitude flow and 2,4,5,6 and 7 patterns determine ridge over Iran. Flow patterns lead air masses toward Iran which the causes low precipitation of the country.

Abstract: 

According to mean monthly temperature data of 338 synoptic and climatologic stations of Iran eight different temperature region have been recognized in Iran. These regions in reference to mean annual temperature of Iran (18°C) have been named as:-South western warm region-Cold region (sloppy areas) -Peneplain cold region-Coast of Persian golf warm region-Temperature glossies-Temperature region (Khazar)-Warm plains-Cold mountainsA cluster analysis applied to theses regions showed that there are three temperature season: Cold season, Warm season and Transient season.

Abstract: 

Water Resources have close relationship with precipitation and runoff in the watershed, and rainfall that coming on watershed, support water consuming by plants. Drinking water, industry and agriculturing from ways including infiltration in soil, surface and subsurface flow. On this basis, studies about rainfall and ground water have been aimed in Buin watershed with area 290.95 Km2 Located in Isfahan province. This watershed has a good situation from rainfall and surface and ground water aspects in Isfahan province. But in some recent years because of annual and rainfall reduction over exploration of water resources, resulting in water shortage in agriculture thus it is necessary that to investigate rainfall changes, wet and dry period predication and their effects on water resources changes (surface and ground water). In this study , with investigation of rainfall trend changes , flood discharge determination by manning , fuller , SCS methods and flood hydrograph in different return period , determined flood situation in watershed , after that with investigation of ground water level changes, determined rainfall changes effects on ground water changes in study area using correlation coefficient in lag time 0,1,2,3,4,5, and 6 monthly for recent years (2000-2003) in 36 month duration.Result shoes that is a significant relationship between rainfall and ground water level changes in study area, and it can be described that a for majoring of station is a 3 monthly lag time from rainfall occurrence to ground water changes. Additional, common trend of ground water level changes has a Descending status.

Abstract: 

Inspite of the wide spread use of regression models in most areas of social sciences, the necessary prerequisites of them less be noticed and often are uncontrolable in these areas. The aim of this article is introducing a substitute for the Least Square regression (LSM) models by using of mathematical bases of goal programming and optimization techniques, with less sensitivity against of non-normal distributions and especially more robustness for outlier data. In the following of introducing the mentioned model called Least Absolute Values (LAV) regression, two models tested on data of a rural development study of influential factors on rurals participation in developmental projects in Kermanshah city, by using of SPSS and LINDO softwares respectively. Results showed the more precise estimations in LAV approach for independent variables coefficients compared with the LSM. Also the residuals of the LAV model estimations are 0 at 10 cases of 12 studied villages, whereas no one of the LSM estimates are 0. So, with the better use of collected data, the LAV approach leads to the better and nore accurate estimations.

Abstract: 

Ozomdel plain was located in Varzeghan county of East Azerbaijan. This plain is the only plain in Varzeghan at the north of the city. Ahar Chay is flowing from the south of city. In the plain, small streams by connecting to Ahar Chay, Caused to developing the plain, creating alluvial terraces and revealing lake terraces in the plain. The river in the study area has been developed meander form because of lowering the slope in the plain. Most of meanders are stable. The aim of this study is indicating of developing of Ahar Chay river by quantitative methods. For this aim, Kornise Index and sinuosity ratio are used. Meanders of Ozomdel plain are developed on the base of Indexes.

Abstract: 

The quality of development and its infrastructures have brought about major problems to the development process of the country’s villages due to unfavorable and concentrated planning. Its various dimensions and structural complexity forms a basic limitation to the presentation of an appropriate model for the distribution of budgets. A first step to the solution of issus arisen from regional imbalances involves the identification and ranking of villages according to their economic, infrastructural, and communication, socio-cultural, public health, educational services. The methodology in this study is a combination of descriptive and analytic ones. The 22 indices studied belonged to one of the four sections of infrastructure and communication, public health, education and finally politics-office and the police.
