Abstract: 

Due to the extensive capabilities of GIS in decision-making problems and the ability to integrate and synthesize the information layers, The most logical choice to locate the proper and efficient use of GIS and its related technologies. The study of methods for spatial analysis in GIS and multicriteria decision making methods, including Network Analysis Process (ANP) and Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP), To select the proper places and prone village green plantain city chelate is used. Abstract: 

The objective of research is recognition of important factors in creating and intensifying urban sprawl in urban areas of Iran. Main question of research is "what is most important factors thar created and intensified sprawl in urban areas"? Methodology of Research is descriptive – analysis. Data collection based on secondary data analysis and the survey technic. In data analysis use AHP method and factor analysis. According to results and finding of this research, most important Effective factors In creating and intensifying of sprawl in urban areas of Iran are included 14 factors. lack of Integrated urban Management, informal settlement, policy of government in urban housing & earth, Urban Plans, population growth, land speculation, Urban rules and regulations, economic growth in urban area, Political fragmentation, changing of life style and demand for live in suburbs, land use pattern, diphthong of rurals in urban areas, exhaustion of city centers and physical Geography of Cities. By using of SPSS and exploratory factor analysis, these factors summarize in 5 main factors including 1-Economic 2-Urban policy of Government 3-Urban Management System 4-population 5-life style. These factors explain over 90% of changes in dependent variables, means causes of Sprawl in urban areas of Iran.

Abstract: 

With an increasing population growth and subsequent physical expansion of cities and their tendency toward consumerism, waste generation and disposal of solid waste have increased and this non-normative and non-professional disposal has left deleterious effects of the environment. and far to reduce the quality of the urban environment has led. In Ardebil, the current location of waste disposal is in its north, i. e. the east side of Ardebil-Meshkinshar road. The present study is an attempt to analyze land suitability of the site with its current situation using a descriptive-analytical approach. It proposes an optimal location for the disposal of solid waste. Based on library studies and field observations, the parameters affecting the subject of the research were determined and the research criteria maps were produced using the Arcgis 10. 2 software. All these effective parameters were evaluated and standardized using Fuzzy membership and Fuzzy overlay functions; therefore, all Layers were combined by taking advantage of fuzzy overlapping method. After overlapping the criteria maps in the software environment, the obtained results showed that locating the current landfill has not been in compliance with the standards. Hence, the optimal place to locate the landfill was proposed at 32 km southwest of Ardebil city

Abstract: 

Physical and social development of the cities and their transformation to heterogeneous social and cultural centers result in increasing the urban abnormalities. Occurring any kinds of crimes and social abnormalities has led to the important role of environment and physical in controlling and preventing delinquency for the urban planners. In this respect, the aim of the present study is to examine the selected effective environmental-physical indices on the occurrence of crimes in police station no. 15 (Camploo) of Ahvaz. This study is applied-developmental and is done in descriptive-analytical method. Graphical analyzes in GIS environment have been employed for analyzing the data. Results show that mean center of the occurred crimes in Camploo region is consistent with geographical center of police station (Revolution Street) and the crimes related to the rubbery have been distributed in whole region. With regarding to this fact that communicative network in this region is squared and the inputs of this region are terminated to suburb and criminal regions, a suitable field has been created for the escape of criminals. Also because of inadequate lighting and its undesirable quality in the streets of this region, it can be said that the selected indices of this investigation play significant roles in accelerating the crime occurrence in the studied region.

Abstract: 

High temperature extremes are a serious threat to society, the environment and the economics of countries. High extreme temperatures are important features of weather events. Human and natural physical caused climate change can affect climate extremes, as well as maximum temperatures. Heat waves and super-hot days occurrence was increased in recent years due to global warming phenomena. Since south east of Iran is in subtropical location, it is exposed to this extreme climate frequently. In the present study, statistical analysis and identification of synoptic pattern of extreme high temperature in south east of Iran were investigated. In order to do this, firstly temperature data of nine synoptic stations in south east of Iran were collected, and then Normalized Temperature Deviation output data were calculated and by using these data, summer days were categorized into hot, sever hot and super-hot days. Increasing of hot days was concluded. Twenty seven super-hot days were chosen for synoptic analysis. Gang thermal low pressure on earth surface and 850 HPa level and subtropical high pressure on two levels including 700 HPa and 500 HPa cause super-hot days. Ward cluster analysis shows no variation in these patterns. Advection of temperature on hot days shows that maximum temperature was occurred in south east of Iran and not originated from abroad.

Abstract: 

Land use and land cover change has become an important problem in many countries. These changes have direct impacts on component of environment like soil, water and atmosphere and land use changes are key elements in studying global environmental changes. Modeling and simulation of land use changes have an important role in resources management and helps managers to better planning of land use. This research firstly investigated the synthetic method of land use classification in the Ramian city, South of Golestan province. Then land use change between years 2000 and 2012 was determined using remote sensing technique. Land use demand calculated using extrapolating past changes of land use. The rule of effective factors on land use was investigated using logistic regression. Finally land use patterns in Ramian was simulated for the year 2030 from the actual land use data for the year 2000 and the year 2012, respectively, by spatial land allocation of CLUE-s model. The results showed that synthetic classification is a suitable method to prepare land use map. Our findings also showed that the main land use changes in Ramian were the conversion of forest and rangeland areas to agriculture and residential land. Effective information regarding future land use provides useful tools for decision making in land use planning, management and policies.

Abstract: 

As cities get more developed, they get more involved with various features of the topography, geomorphology. Thus the importance and necessity of identifying natural contexts for distinguishing and recognizing appropriate places for creating buildings is achieved through inappropriate places. This study aimed at probing: the development of Javanrood city with regard to natural and geomorphologic causes in the last three periods, determining the appropriate places for future development of the studied area, its identification, and spread. in so doing, at the first step nine effective criteria in developing an locating cities were considered by combining two AHP and FUZZY LOGIC models. First the mentioned criteria were given proper weight. Then each of layers was become between zero to one fuzzy spectrum through fuzzy factors programming in GIS software medium. Eventually, the product, sum and fuzzy Gama factors were performed to them. After that, the resulting map of Gama factor of 0. 7 was prepared in 5 classes. The results show that the city had grown the most on geomorphologic causes in first period of development. Also in alliance with future city development, the most appropriate places (with high proportion) are more located in northwestern part of the city and constitutes 1. 34 percent of the wholearea, which shows the spatial dissipation of this area, the most part of the region has a very little proportion for city development.

Abstract: 

The necessity of a more sustainable approach has been widely highlighted by international resolutions and directives as a way to promote sustainable development in daily life activities Furthermore, spatial planning processes need support by specific instruments for evaluation that are able to analyze long term effects of the defined policies. This research tries to introduce a new approach to monitoring and evaluating of tourism activities in tourism rural destinations from TLCs point of views. This research is fundamental and research method is descriptive – analytic. This study is tried to analyze the tourism destination rurals in Ardabil province. In this article the Necessary data has been gathered by surveys and librarian methods. The study area consisted of four villages include boosinej, Ganzagh, Gazaj and Biledaragh. Statistical population of this study consisted of 3541 people (1388 households). The sample society (210 people) has been estimated by using of Cochran techniques. Households Samples selected by Systematic sampling and Tourists through simple random sampling. The results of this research shows the fact that the lack of a clear approach to in destinations of Ardabil led to placed our study villages in the early stages of their development. On the base of our finding in this research, we need to propose suitable strategy to the tourism destinations appropriate to the place of them in TLC.

Abstract: 

The Lorestan province is one of the most suitable areas of Iran for planning and development of tourism projects based on natural resources; the position of province in the zone of central Zagros Mountains with numerous elevations and holds the snow is caused to be desirable potential of development recreation and Mountain sports. The main objective of this article is locating and identifies favorable zones of province for construction of ski resort with emphasis on geomorphologic characteristics. In this article that is done in two stages, has been used of the geomorphologic information layers, climatic elements, land use, supplementary data and data extracted from the questionnaires and interviews. Stages of prioritize, weighting and normalization of input criteria have been implemented in the specialized software’ s and multivariate models of integrating layer in geographic information system (GIS). The first stage results showed that in case study range, located in 3 regions, so convenient zones; northern slopes of the Oshtorankooh Mountains, Ghalikooh and Gareen elevations. In the second stage, Oshtorankooh that in terms of the 8 initial natural index was identified as one of the suitable regions to create ski resort, in terms of the studied supplementary indicators that is included the infrastructures and wind speed indicator, is in more suitable situation compared to Ghalikooh and Gareen elevations, thus in terms of collection of studied indicators is most suitable region for the construction of ski resort
