Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to design an integrated model of cultural policymaking indicators of municipalities in the metropolises of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The methodology of the research is combinatory. This research, through Structural Interpretative Analysis (ISM), seeks to design a model based on classification and categorizing variables related to cultural policy in Tehran, Isfahan and Shiraz municipality. Accordingly, the qualitative section is based on the identification of factors related to cultural policy through the examination of theoretical foundations and the analysis of the subject with the participation of 21 expert panel members; And a small part through structuring a structural self-constructed matrix into structural and interpretive modeling. In this section, 15 senior managers of Tehran, Isfahan and Shiraz municipalities participated. According to the results of the research, the most important factors are the explanation of cultural policy, religious identity, revolutionary identity and cultural interactions; These factors are indicators of strengthening the cultural identity of citizens and managing cultural change in the results of the analysis of the subject. Also, the highest level and the least effective factor in explaining cultural policy, urban health factors, ethics and citizenship behavior, quasi-mysticism and constructive laws are indicators of lifestyle improvement and management of cultural change.

Abstract: 

In the current age, the strategic direction of companies ensures their performance in achieving the best results. In fact, this orientation contributes to the construction of fundamental principles in the operational activities, which may lead to better performance in the future by creating appropriate behaviors. In other words, this orientation may lead to better performance of the company in operations and its place in the market. In this research, we examine the effect of strategic orientation on growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with respect to the mediator role of brand performance and market performance. The statistical population of this study consists of small and medium-sized companies operating in University of Tehran science and Technology Park and 80 knowledge-based companies were chosen as a sample of research. To investigate the research model, structural equation test was used which concluded that strategic orientation of businesses had a significant effect on brand performance and their growth. Also, the tendency to entrepreneurship, innovation and market has a significant effect on the brand performance. Tendency to market, besides having an impact on the market performance of firms and the propensity to innovation, results in company growth. Finally, brand performance and market performance can cause growth in businesses.

Abstract: 

Manufacturing companies in various industries are under a high pressure to think over a sustainable business which has led to sustainability promotion in external and internal affairs. Evaluation of sustainable production models and recognizing the related indicators are a suitable response to decrease harmful measures in the industrial operations. The target of the present study is to perform a quality analysis on the results of previous studies in the field of the strategy sustainable production. so, with applying meta-synthesis method, 33 articles were evaluated. Before coding the texts, the documents were filtered by CASP methodology and 228 reference codes (indicators) were recognized. It should be noted that the frequency of some of the identified codes are different. From this point of view, considering the frequency factor, totally 714 codes were extracted with abundance. Among the identified codes, the social dimension (category) with 82 reference codes and 217 abundance was identified as one of the most important dimension. in the study, one of the innovations is identifying indicators and dimensions of a strategy sustainable production, which were obtained from meta-synthesis quality research method.

Abstract: 

Today, intense competition between manufacturers, increasing innovation and reducing the life span of products has led to the design, production and marketing of products for a variety of purposes, and the types of risks involved in large-scale design for supply chains. The purpose of this research is to design a strategic supply chain risk management system with a systematic approach to risk assessment and control in the auto industry. For this purpose, with the exploratory blend approach, a survey methodology has been used by experts to design the system from a forward-looking method and then to test it in the automotive industry. Six stages and the main dimensions for designing the strategic risk management system of the supply chain in the automotive industry were identified and approved by the experts: creation of a platform, establishment of the process and status of the objectives of the risk management system, identification of supply chain risks, risk analysis and measurement Supply chain, determination of supply chain risk management strategies, determination of information and education procedures in supply chain risk management system and improvement of supply chain continuity and risk management system.

Abstract: 

According to the importance of political contributions in communities on the one hand, and the highlighted role of marketing in the success of candidates on the other hand, whereas, political marketing is a new and scientific way in the process of attracting votes, it is clear that, the necessity of comprehensive research in this regard is a very important and necessary, that in addition to the introduction of traditional and modern effective tools of political marketing, expresses the effect of each of them, particularly ranking the tools. In this study, while relying on the principles of marketing we have tried to determine the status of traditional and modern tools in political marketing from the perspective of the elite. In this study, a questionnaire was designed and distributed among 388 Iranian elites (economists, politicians and military rings(. Data was analyzed by using structural equation modeling. Results of the study show that: Propaganda tools have a positive impact on the elite attitude and expectations, as well as, attitudes and expectations have a positive impact on the elites' decision-making process. Propaganda tools have a significant impact on the decision-making process of elites through attitudes and expectations as an intervening variable. In addition, related and determining factors of the elites' decision-making process include respectively: Propaganda tools, propaganda tools based on expectations, propaganda tools based on propaganda tools based on attitudes, expectations and attitudes.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to survey the role of communication strategies on commercialization of research projects. This communication strategy, information, persuasion, is in favor of dialogue. The research has been conducted exploratory-survey. The population included of 48 experts and managers working in the field of technology commercialization, ideation and researchers of Iranian Research Organization for Science & Technology (IROST in Tehran) in1393 year. This research study is to answer four questions. What are the obstacles and factors affecting commercializing research projects? What are the Communication strategies and priorities for each of them? Based on the results, the priority of each of the strategies is notification, persuasion, making agreement and conversation. In the first phase of the study analyzed factors and barriers to commercialization. Then, using the literature including Communication theories and Interviews with experts the main factors were extracted and questioners have been prepared. Based on factor analysis and using SPSS software in the second phase of study, communicative strategies of test results and priorities were determined. Based on the results 16 viewpoints have been obtained and regarding the influence and role of communicative strategies on commercialization of research projects suggestions have been presented The findings represents that each communication strategies could not be effective and should be along with other strategies. The relationship between industry, idea makers and investors through the communication strategies that extracted in this paper will promote the commercialization of research projects.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, the main concern of most organizations is the formulation and implementation of the strategies that ensure their success and their survival in a varying and complex environmental condition, on the other hand, many strategies fail in implementing phase in spite of the strategy formulation and they don’ t gain their goals because of the gap between the strategic layer and the operations layer in the organization. Consequently the managers in the organization want to achieve a comprehensive, reliable and flexible method so that they can evaluate their organizations, determine strategies and with the aware of the strategies implementation acquire the exact information about the weaknesses and strengths and their needs and position. There are several methods to reach this goal and one of them is XPP close-loop system that by making a relationship between strategic plan and operational plan for all stakeholders of the organization, allow the organizations to successfully implement their distinctive strategies. The present study uses this tool to operationalize strategies of research department of Vali-Asr University of Rafsanjan.
