Abstract: 

This research has been conducted in order to provide a pattern for assessing the effect of social capital on the sustainable development dimension. The research orientation of this study is basic and the researchers used induction approach. The objectives of its methodology are exploration of a discipline (first step) and explanation of it (second step). Its data was gathered by a questionnaire and its plan was causal strategy. The statistical population of this study included the academic staff of Islamic Azad University (Region 13). From among them, the researchers selected 219 persons as research sample by cluster sampling method. The results of casual analysis showed that social capital has maximum effect on the economical dimension of sustainable development, it has medium effect on the social dimension and the ecological dimension, and it has minimum effect on the political dimension of sustainable development.

Abstract: 

Agility is the ability to react to unanticipated changes in order to take conscious action based on change (knowledge management). Organizational agility has 4 components: responsiveness, competency, flexibility, and quickness. If an organization wants to have agility, it should pay attention to these abilities and capacities. No doubt, obtaining agility depends on responding to guidelines, technologies, employees, and processes. The purpose of the present study is to examine the condition of organizational agility in the public organizations of Kerman. The research is of descriptive type conducted through survey method. The statistical population included 1915 official employees of the public organizations in Kerman. From among them, 322 subjects were selected as the research sample by regular categorization. Descriptive statistics was used for data analysis, and the data collection tool was organizational agility questionnaire. The research findings show that the level of organizational agility of the employees of the public organizations in Kerman is high.

Abstract: 

The researchers have been investigating the subject of how knowledge management capacity would help organizational structures to overcome environmental uncertainty. Therefore, this research examines a comprehensive pattern to analyze the relationship between environmental uncertainty, knowledge management capacity and organizational structure. The necessary data have been collected from 125 companies. The results of analyzing structural equations pattern show that environmental uncertainty tends to force companies to increase their knowledge management in order to show themselves in structural changes.

Abstract: 

Due to managerial weakness and the use of non-human models to solve human issues, one of the problems that employees are faced with today is the problem of work ethics. In recent years, in reaction to this situation, organizations have proceeded with strategies such as compiling moral criteria in order to guide the employees. They hope to increase the moral health and to reduce corruption in the organizations in this way. In addition to creating and developing ethical behavior, another challenge in organizations is providing an atmosphere that will encourage positive behavior among the employees, which Fred Luthans refers to as positive organizational behavior related to the existing ethics in the organizations. In the present research, five basic dimensions of positive organizational behavior includig self-confidence, hope, optimism, peace of mind and emotional intelligence, and their effect on Work ethics have been studied. The results of the statistical data analysis show that the correlation coefficient of p<=0.05 indicates a significant relationship between the five dimensions of positive organizational behavior and Work ethics. Further more, the multi-variate regression analysis shows that the component of inlerest in job alone accounts for 35 percent of optimism, peace of mind, and emotional intelligence. The rate of the effect of Work ethics on positive organizational behavior at the significance level of p<=0.05 is meaningful and equals 74 percent. Finally, the paper presents some practical suggestions.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to determine the rate and characteristics of entrepreneurship among the university students of Uremia. Three questions have been raised in this article. The statistical population includes all the students of Technical and Engineering Faculties of Uremia Universities, totaling 15000. A sample of 375 was selected by using Morgan Table. The data collection instrument in this research is a questionnaire, which was distributed among the subjects after determining its validity and reliability. For data analysis, the researchers have used Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test, Estimation Theory, Kruskal-Wallis Test and Friedman Test. The results of the survey show that entrepreneurship scores for each of the faculties are average. Uremia University has been ranked first regarding entrepreneurship. Friedman test has also shown that among all features, the success-seeking characteristic has the highest rate.

Abstract: 

Organizations at every stage of their life and affected by the competitive atmosphere of the existing environment know that they must make optimum use of resources. Workplace organizing system, 5s, is one of the approaches that make organizational productivity and excellence possible. The advantages and benefits of applying this system in the economic, cultural and social dimensions of the human system at micro ad macro levels indicate the important status of this new managerial design. The purpose of the present research is to investigate the establishment of 5s along with the necessary measures to pave the way for it. Managers and employees by understanding the conceptual points of 5s in reducing all kinds of wastage, improving the procedures, and optimizing the systems, have contributed with increasing interest to the establishment of the system. Analysis of the findings obtained from one sample t-test of the researcher-made questionnaire indicated that both managers and employees have confirmed the establishment of 5s. Optimal use of resources, timely elimination of unnecessary materials, successful spotting of the root causes of pollutions, revision of the existing standards, increasing managers and employees’ commitment, improving people's communication systems, placing importance to the identification of any kind of wastage with the aim of reducing its types have been the instances observed at Islamic Azad University, Ardabil Branch based on the establishment of 5s system.

Abstract: 

The Goal of this paper is The Study of the effect of processing capacity of Accounting Information Systems on Shahin Bonab Steel Complex Organizational Performance. At This Research for measuring independent Variable (Accounting Information System) was defined as in ten levels of Technology, Databases, Reporting, Control, Business operations, Events processing, Management decision making, Systems and operation development, Communications, Accounting and Auditing principles on the basis of the theory of Ulrich Glinass and for Measuring Dependent Variable (organizational performance) on the basis of Khandwalla's theory was defined as including the availability of financial resources and image and clients loyalty used and one main and two minor hypotheses were developed in this process the methodology of the research is a descriptive-survey kind. The statistical population of this study are employee of the Shahin steel complex which were 40 people altogether. The research variables measuring tools are two questionnaires that before the analyticals of descriptive and data Performed by means of SPSS software and Validity and Reliabilities Studied and confirmed then the using of kolmogorov-Smirnov normality of data distribution studied. Since statistical data the deductive analytical the simple-liner regression analysis were used. The obtain findings the hypothesis studied and supported. The results of show Accounting information System on dimensions of organizational performance (availability of financial resources, Image and clients loyalty) effected and the effect of Accounting Information Systems on availability of financial resources more than clients loyalty. Finally on the base on research Findings, practical suggestions have been presented.

Abstract: 

In this study, management of determinant factors on private investment in Iran have been investigated. Investment plays a special role in economic growth and development through creating new job opportunities. Based on the theoretical examination, the results of the Cointegration vectors derived from the Johansen method indicate that the Real Exchange Rate has positive effects on the private investment expenditures. Also, monetary and financial policies have fundamental and important roles in private sector's investment in Iran.
