One of the services that crime investigation police gives to citizens, is finding the stolen cars. A number of new technologies have been design and implemented around the world to detect these cars. In Iran, as well, an “electronic police” has been designed to quickly track down the stolen vehicles having a digital license plate. The operation is in a way that it can track down any stolen car and assess its location and finally stop it by the police. In addition, it is possible to enter the stolen car information in the system and then the system will automatically detect the car when it intercepts the system receiver and identify it. In this article, another method based on the RFID, as an intelligent tracking system for stolen cars which has been designed in Iran University of science and technology, is introduced. These systems can be divided into to major parts: hardware and software. One of the unique features of traffic systems based on RFID is the possibility of tracing the cars anywhere within the intelligent network. The car information will be registered in the data bank as the reader reads the index. The information include: VIN, Reader’s antenna number, reader number, antenna location, time and date of reading. These information bring out the possibility of tracking down the stolen cars, tracing in security plans and recovering the car passages

Through history, there has always been a different approach toward punishment and in every era, considering the scientific, political and cultural transitions, a special type of punishment outcomes have been noticed. On of these outcomes, is preclusion which can be general or specific. This division suggests that penal preclusion can have two distinct faces. One which concerns the entire citizens and one concerning some individuals within the society. On the other hand, the importance of preclusion issue cannot be disregarded by the penal lawyer but it is an empirical subject to criminologists which has to be noticed during investigations. How predictions of different issues which are protected by sanctions can affect the felons equations? In this article, preclusion is investigated from two perspectives: legal and criminological.

Risk management of offenders is from new concepts of penal justice that has grown and increased from outset 1990s. The concept that has formed in follow defeat correction and treatment goals of punishments and control of penal justice system annual costs, defines crime as normal issue in society and categorize and controls and manages offenders considering risk measure of them for society. Custody punishment is used for dangerous offenders and alternatives sanction or society punishment is used for control offenders that have low level of danger. Daily fine, community service and restricting and depriving of rights, deferment in penalty,? system, to bring under supervision electronically system in a given place are from risk management forms that is considered to them in Islamic Penal Bill. It is necessary to consider to personal and financial status of offender by court to sentencing in the bill. The bill has divided crimes to felony, misdemeanor and tort? To legal Severity and… and manages offenders on the basic crime sort of them. The paper is seeking to study the bill from view of risk management.

The most dangerous crimes which threaten our economic, social and even political security, due its unique characteristics, are organized crimes which has emerged in new shapes as the technology progresses. Because of the complexity of criminal groups and their networks and accomplices it greatly affects the economy, politics and the international society. It is not easy to detect all of their activities but most of them are organizations which have strong and rich communities. The total assest of some of these organizations may be as huge as some countries total budget. Their target is profit seeking rather than getting political strength. According to Interpol research report, fourteen percents of the GBP for developing countries and two percents of the GBP for developed countries is consumed by them. This research investigates the organized crimes in a documentary method. Reinforcing the combating tools and signing new regional and international contracts for cooperation's between police forces as well as legal cooperations can reduce their threats.

In forensic researches, determination of bullet direction and its route to target area is the most important subject. Since in some instances it is impossible to examine the wounds on dead bodies and determine the area of bullet entrance and exit as well as the shooting direction, an alternative method can be implemented. Therefore, determining the hole where the bullet has entered the body, finding the gunshot residues on the clothes and examining the shapes and specifications of holes caused by shooting the victim can readily specify the bullet direction.

In traditional theories, the criminal’s personality is something that is created as a result of domestic experiences. Yet, may criminologists still have doubts about this because this approach is related to many aspects of Lombroseux project.In general, criminal acts are the result of a social environment and in the realm of crimes both personal factors and the role of social organizations should be considered since no single factor can solely explain them. Even in environmental predestinarianism viewpoints, there is this agreement that many crimes committed by certain persons are the result of internal processes. Psychological processes and events, in many individuals, can be the causal factor for many crimes and their continuation. These processes are effective in explaining issues which make the border between normal and abnormal vague. In this article, crime and criminal behaviors are explained by classical conditioning, operant conditioning and cognitive -behaviour learning theories as well as information processing technology and their applications in decreasing crime rates among young and adult felons are discusses in detail.

The current applications of capillary electrophoresis in forensic sciences has been investigated and their main focus was on its advantages over chromatography based methods. For example, in chiral analysis of drugs having forensic importance like methamphetamines capillary electrophoresis has been used. Another major application of capillary electrophoresis is forensic investigation of DNA. In this article, capillary electrophoresis and these two applications will be investigated to show that its advantages are incredible in some instances.
