This research exanimated Imam Khomeini’s defensive thought. We trying to answer this question that is the effective factors of formation the principles of these thoughts? The results show that for realizing Imam Khomeini’s defensive thoughts, we must using tetragonal pattern consisting theoretical principles, opinionative principles, personality characteristics of Imam Khomeini and era condition. Components, constituents and principles of Imam Khomeini’s defensive thoughts were shape based on this pattern. In his defensive thought there is most consider to comprehensive defense for defending doctrine of Islam, Islamic republic system, Muslims and world indigents in all of material and none material aspects, with defeating global imperiousness and ungodly, we could establish global peace and would achieve our final purpose that is establishment global equity government.

Iran’s most important threat, is us threat, that its militarization based on maritime. The purpose of this research is answer to this question that which factors deterred us aggression over Iran’s security interests in Persian Gulf at last three decade? In this research, we used descriptive and analytic method and gathering library in formations questionnaire for quantitative data. The results were shown to 100 specialist people and then we analyzed these results by SPSS software. The results emphasis the impacts of geopolitical, man powers, equip mental and tactical capabilities of Iran naval forces deterring us naval forces aggression over Iran’s security interests. of Course, United States America had hit Iran’s interests at last three decades, but these deterring factors that we referred them, prevented USA from hitting further. Therefore, Islamic Republic of Iran for reserving own security and improvement its deterrence, must practice appropriate actions for creating and developing new factors.

Virtual networks are the most important tools of soft war and that is very useful in future wars. The purpose of this research, is recognition its functions, opportunities and threats. The results of research show that exigency strategies in necessary for encounter these threats, and it must be one of the strategic priorities of our country. In this research, we interview with defensive managers in strategic and cyber space domains, scholars and experts.The result of this research show that exigency strategies such as formation of virtual network’s war room, training elites of cyber space, acculturating and educating public people in these domains, should be at topic of priorities country’s strategies in front of virtual network in the future war.

Russia is one of the international policy player and its role is important in the formation of power global system.Realizing Iran – Russia relation in strategic cooperation framework require to realizing global and regional players outlook. Iran and Russia opposite with power distribution pattern in global policy.In this situation, there is the question that what are the characteristics of Iran – Russia cooperation? In our view, strategic pragmatism could analyze as main axis of their relations.For achieving this purpose, we must do such actions, building coalition, strategic neutralization, tactical cooperation’s and constructional balancing with international players such Russia.

Russia as most important neighbor of Iran’s has geographical characteristics and high position of geo-strategic advantages. Russia following improve its global role in the international and regional changes. This research assessed factors of integration, of and Russia together and its impact over Iran’s national security. For this research, we used descriptive and analytic method and, questioned from 40 people experts. In the result, we founded that the factors of Iran and Russia’s antagonism with American unipolar system have most impact over national security of Iran and it depending to high sobriety of Iranian politicians.
