Waste production, including problems of urban management is today one of the major problems of big cities into Has been. In this study, geographical information systems for optimal positioning and management buried urban waste have been used. For this purpose 20 layers of information involved in the positioning buried in GIS environment prepared on the layer processing was done and then using AHP, weight through the matrix compared to a couple practices and by the two models of Boolean and fuzzy layers with The final compilation and analysis carried out and appropriate areas of extraction and analysis has been selected points. Study results show that the selected points from a place of highest priority are to bury. Two points due to lack of appropriate follow rock, high groundwater levels, high erodability for burial have not been a priority. Finally ¬ selected location compared with the current location and then determine the appropriate place in the city Shooshtar is presented and management strategies.

It is two years that the council of neighborhood confidants is developing and interacting ass the supervising and consulting party of Tehran city council. In the present study the concept of cooperation is studied on the basis of Aizen and Fishbein theory, which is the theoretical body of the research. Based on the theory of aforementioned writers the affecting factors on the citizen cooperation including subjective and objective ones were identified and after designing the questionnaire the sampling process of the citizens and confidants started. The total population for citizens and confidants is 385 and 345 respectively with 0.05 as the error degree. Data gathering was done according to a field study of 5 zones in Tehran. After analyzing the data based on the Carl Person coefficient test, chi 2, this cooperative pattern was investigated. The results show that the effect of cooperative pattern on confidants is by far more than its effect on citizens. The pattern regarding the factor of intention for cooperation is more successful in providing the possibility of cooperation. Furthermore it can be claimed that confidants are more effective in instigation of internal factors of the act of cooperation than its external factors. Finally, although the confidant councils have not found their proper status among citizens, they are important in providing the ground for the cooperation of Tehrani citizens.

The holiness the highest prophet has been introduced as a good example & eternal Paradigm of his human societies especially in Islamic societies, the holiness highest prophet's urban management concepts in Medina city can be used in urban designing's & programming in contemporary Islamic cites. Profiling by Islamic text& sources and true understanding of practical concepts of urban management by the holiness, the highest prophet in Medina city can be a solution to understanding & reaching to samples urban management concepts in today's societies. In this writing, we try to inspect the holiness the highest prophet in Medina city that can be used & relayed on as a sample Aesthetic manifestation of urban management in Islamic city.

In this thesis, problem, expression procedure of problem, importance and necessity of research topic are initially explained in order to survey the social capital effect on performance of Islamic council.also, this work refers the social capital dimensions, its components and how they influence the performance of Islamic councils. Hypothesis questions and research data are analyzed after introduction of research objectives, and recommendations are presented based on the obtained results.

From the birth of geography,, life quality domain has been gained attention by geographers and it has been emphasized by geographers like Smith and Harvey and this issue has got so much significance recently.Present paper is descriptive-analytical and it is aimed at assessing life quality indices in thirteen districts of Mashhad by examining 25 factors in three groups. The most part of this research has been done in the form of survey through field studies and questionnaire. The research population consists of all residents of thirteen districts of Mashhad. To analyze data, SPS S, EXCEL as well as Morris Model, Lord Index and Cost Index have been employed. Findings indicate that there is strong inequality in different districts of Mashhad in terms of life quality indices.

The paper focused on the role urban administration plays in development of entrepreneurial activities among citizens. Considering the capacity of urban administration in resourcing, motivating and creating a platform for entrepreneurship, a model for driving entrepreneurial activities to urban services, by providing capacity needed has been provided, to offer an effective and usable strategy for urban administration. In formulating such model, firstly advantages of entrepreneurship and necessity of paying attention from urban administration to the role should play in that has been explained, then literature on entrepreneurship has been investigates to introducing the effective factors in entrepreneurship development. These factors divided in two category of personal and environmental, and relationship of urban administration to three scope of citizens, government and environment investigated. In result a model has been developed to explain effect off urban administration in development of entrepreneurship. finally some propositions for further research in future has been offered.

Iran has the important status a cording to tourism attractions from aspect of various environmental and geographical landscapes and great historical and cultural heritage. Saqhez, the ancient heritage of Sakaha can be an important place for tourism development because of its various monumental, natural and artificial landscapes in Kurdistan Province. The Study of theses attractions and identifying its strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and treats to present the needed strategies is the main aim of this article. Therefore, the facilities and services were studied in Saghez city by field study. In this article, data gathering and analysis is done by using analytical, interview and documental methods.The results show that the Saghez city has the important potentials because of its cross-road situation, historical heritages and sweet climate. Also the results show that this city has an important economical potential to become a border market. So, the Saghez city can be one of the more important tourism poles in the west of Iran.

In recent years urban managers have made an increasing effort to enhance their place in global metropolitan's network and provide substantial economic advantages for their citizens. Today, this goal has been achieved through understanding and adopting competition intelligence approach that is purposeful monitoring of the environment in which the organization is working, and has been developed through aiming strategic decisions.Using this approach particularly strategy finding tools for having competition with other cities, urban managers are prepared and provide their strategy in transnational arenas to have competition with other cities. Strategy finding is a technique which multi-national companies use to complete with other companies and marketing in 20th century.They tried to analyze their competitors' behaviors and provide their new strategies to compete with these behaviors In this article metropolitan's competition setting is discussed through descriptive-analytic, metropolitan' s competition environment in transnational arenas and competition intelligence approach conditions and applicability of strategic tools in urban management are also analyze.
